“My mother & I came here for a conference and were were immediately welcomed at the airport by the Sheraton shuttle who was a very kind gentleman that carried & stored our luggage. Upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk warmly greeted us & ensured if we needed anything to reach out. During our stay we ate at both restaurants, we had DELICIOUS food & again, SUPERIOR service!!! We met the manager (Shannon) whom was also extremely kind & welcoming. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience!”

“Due to a canceled flight 7/25/22 ✈️ I was left in a bind but my night was made better by the service, energy and accommodations provided by Pierre once I arrived. I called in advance to request the shuttle pick up a door 115 and the driver was friendly and arrived promptly. Pierre also advised on the best way to book a room. My room was immaculate and on a high floor - 10. I’m eager to try the buffet breakfast and see the lounge in the morning. It’s almost 1am I’m writing this review now as a testament to the front desk team with Pierre being a standout!”
