“Simplemente estelar. Cómodas habitaciones, muy bien hechas. Elegantes zonas comunes. El cantinero en el bar de la casa hizo excelentes cócteles, gracias Katie, ¡eres increíble! Los asistentes de recepción fueron muy amables, el servicio fue impecable. El portero, que también era el conductor del transbordador, era posiblemente el chico más amable con el que he estado en contacto. Fue absolutamente encantador y una excelente adición a su equipo. Los jardines eran hermosos, desde la fuente hasta las áreas para sentarse al aire libre en el frente. No se deja piedra sin mover, no se deja ningún detalle. Había una recepción de boda cuando fuimos, pero aún así nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos la máxima prioridad. Amplio estacionamiento en el lugar. No cenamos en el restaurante del hotel Il Palio para la cena, pero llegamos allí para el desayuno. A la comida y la presentación tampoco le faltaba nada. No puedo pensar en una cosa mala que decir honestamente. Mi esposo incluso se sorprendió, soy bastante crítica y difícil de complacer... sin embargo, fue una estadía perfecta. Definitivamente regresaremos para otra estadía.”

“The staff was friendly was but did not go the extra mile to assist us. No valet service or offers to help with getting luggage to or from our room. At a lower end (and lower priced) hotel I would not be bothered by this, but for what this place costs the level of expected service should be held to a higher standard. The room itself was beautiful and everything was comfortable, however our room (#222) was located near some kind of septic tank that was being pumped by an environmental clean up service in the early morning of our visit. This pump was loud and left a strong, foul odor in our room that wrecked the romantic ambiance of our visit to an otherwise beautiful hotel. The location of this hotel in a safe, sleepy part of town away from 24 hour stores and late night traffic was definately a plus.”
