Welcome to Europamundo! Upon arriving at the airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Check the information boards in the hotel reception area for details of the welcome meeting with your guide and fellow travelers.
Day 2 - Lisbon

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City Tour of Lisbon. Evening transfer.
In the morning we will have a sightseeing tour with a local guide. We will visit the traditional neighborhoods including the Belem district, which is the birthplace of the great Portuguese navigators who sailed the oceans in the Fifteenth Century. We will have a look around the Monument of the Discoveries, Belem Tower, and the beautiful Jeronimos Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy the free afternoon when you are free to explore the city at your own leisure. In the late afternoon, we will have a transfer to the Restauradores Square, a public square with plenty of restaurants and cafes. We suggest you ride the Elevador Da Gloria funicular that takes you to the viewpoint of San Pedro with beautiful views over Lisbon and the Bairro Alto. Return to the hotel.

Today we will travel to the north of Portugal and visit FATIMA, an important sanctuary (a pilgrimage site). We will continue on through the green lands of the centre, passing into Spain and then, over grasslands, we will cross the North of Extremadura. Lunch included en route at a regional cuisine restaurant. We will travel on to MADRID where we will be arriving towards the end of the day. Then we include transfer to Plaza Mayor where you can enjoy at some typical taverns.

Por la mañana tendremos una visita panorámica de la ciudad donde conoceremos los puntos monumentales más representativos. Tarde libre. El guía le ofrecerá opcionalmente realizar una excursión a Toledo o por la noche un espectáculo flamenco.

Saldremos hacia tierras de Castilla y el País Vasco. En SAN SEBASTIÁN podremos pasear por la playa de la Concha y tomar algún vino en su casco viejo. Paso a Francia. BURDEOS, llegada al final de la tarde. Le sugerimos un paseo por el centro de la ciudad.

Tierras de vinos y coñac nos llevan a la Región del Loira. Conocemos CHAMBORD, probablemente el castillo más espectacular del Valle del Loira (entrada incluida al parque). PARÍS, llegada a media tarde.

Incluimos un traslado al Palacio de Versalles. Podrá pasear por sus hermosos jardines o visitar su interior si lo desea. Iremos tras ello al barrio bohemio de Montmartre, con sus artistas al aire libre y sus pequeños restaurantes. Tiempo para almorzar y continuación con visita panorámica de París con guía local. Regreso al hotel. Opcionalmente podrá asistir a algún espectáculo de variedades.

Sightseeing tour of AMSTERDAM. We will visit its narrow canals, Dam Square, its parks and official buildings. We will also have an opportunity to see the diamond cutting technique. Free time. We will depart from Amsterdam to Germany after lunch. Arrival in HANNOVER.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Visit to the beautiful villages of Goslar and Quedlinburg.
After breakfast, we continue the route to GOSLAR; We are in one of the most beautiful villages of Germany, with its wooden architecture, its walls, its squares. Time to walk. We travel to QUEDLINBURG, a city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO due to its fascinating historic center of more than 2100 half-timbered girder houses that have managed to survive almost unscathed for centuries. It also noteworthy its town hall and castle. Time for lunch. Continuation to BERLIN. Arrival in the afternoon. Free time.

We will visit the historic center, Museum Island, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate and the city’s magnificent parks. We continue our visit by stopping at the Holocaust Memorial and the Berlin Wall Museum. This visit can help us to understand the difficult situation the city experienced during the Twentieth Century. Free time to explore the city.

Viajamos entre bosques hacia DRESDE, ciudad que gracias a su excepcional patrimonio arquitectónico y artístico se ha convertido en uno de los centros turísticos principales de Alemania. Tiempo para almorzar y conocer sus palacios. Posteriormente pasamos a la República Checa. PRAGA, llegada a media tarde, incluimos visita panorámica de esta ciudad, una de las más hermosas de Europa, destaca el Castillo, la Plaza del Ayuntamiento y el hermoso Puente de Carlos. (nota: la visita podrá ser realizada el día domingo). Al final del día incluimos un traslado nocturno al centro, donde se encuentran numerosas cervecerías tradicionales

Salimos por la mañana de Praga, viajamos a CESKY KRUMLOV, hermosísima pequeña ciudad medieval, sobre un cañón y rodeada de sus murallas. Tiempo para pasear y almorzar. Al comienzo de la tarde salimos hacia Austria, efectuamos parada en DURSTEIN, muy pintoresco pueblo a orillas del Danubio donde fue apresado Ricardo Corazón de León Siguiendo el Danubio continuamos a VIENA, la capital austriaca; llegada al final de la tarde.Nota: durante los meses de invierno, de noviembre a marzo, no se visitará Durstein por llegar en horas nocturnas y no tener actividad ni recursos turísticos en ese periodo.

Today we take a scenic visit around this impressive city with a local expert. Here we experience its majestic avenues, its palaces and the vibrant city center. Then we head directly to Schönbrunn Palace, where visitors can stroll around and enjoy its beautiful gardens. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon of leisure in the city center. In the evening we will go to the City Hall Square to enjoy the nightlife in the neighboring streets. Here you will get the opportunity to take dinner.

We leave Vienna on a stage of great scenic beauty, travelling through the mountains to Slovenia. A short stop in MARIBOR, a stroll around the Cathedral and Castle and time for lunch. In LJUBLJANA we have time to visit the pretty center of this small capital and in the afternoon we travel on to the Adriatic Sea and cross the border into Italy. VENICE, arrival at the end of the afternoon and accommodation in the Mestre district.

TODAY´S HIGHLIGHT: Vaporetto boat on Venice’s Grand Canal. Admire the technique of crafting Murano Glass.
In the morning we include a boat transfer to the area of Saint Mark in Venice, a city built on more than 100 islands connected by bridges. We include a walking tour with a local guide around the city of canals. Afterwards, we shall be able to visit the Murano glass factory city. It is marvelous to see the technique of crystal blowing. Free time. In the afternoon, some might like to take the chance to have a trip on a gondola. At the end of the afternoon, you will have the chance to eat dinner in the Mestre area, where you can choose the type of restaurant that you prefer (Indian, Oriental, Italian, etc.).

Siguiendo la laguna de Venecia, llegamos a RÁVENA donde podemos conocer el Mausoleo de Gala Placidia y la Basílica de San Vital. Tras ello cruzamos los Apeninos hacia ASÍS. Con un guía local conocemos la Basílica de San Francisco. Continuación a ROMA, llegada al final del día.

In the afternoon, we recommend a visit to its famous markets. Florence is one of the most recommendable Italian cities for shopping or for visiting any of its important museums.

Salida de Florencia hacia PISA, tiempo para admirar su conjunto artístico donde se encuentra la famosa torre inclinada. La etapa que seguimos a continuación es de extraordinaria belleza paisajística siguiendo la Riviera Italiana. Llegada a SESTRI LEVANTE, encantadora pequeña ciudad turística junto al mar. Tiempo para almorzar y pasear. Continuación hacia la Costa Azul francesa. Llegada a media tarde a MONTECARLO, podrá conocer su histórico casino. Continuación a la NIZA. Llegada sobre las 20.00hrs.

Disponemos de tiempo en NIZA para pasear por la capital de la Costa Azul y el paseo de los ingleses (en ocasiones este tiempo libre podrá darse el día anterior). Saldremos hacia ARLES, ciudad en el corazón de la Provenza que inspiró a tantas pinturas de Van Gogh. Sus impactantes ruinas romanas nos atestiguan la importancia de esta ciudad en aquella época. Tiempo para dar un paseo y almorzar. Por la tarde seguimos nuestra ruta hacia Cataluña siguiendo la Provenza. BARCELONA. Llegada al final del día.

Por la mañana incluimos una visita de la ciudad, sus ramblas, las obras de Gaudí, los recuerdos de las Olimpiadas. Tarde libre. Por la noche incluimos un traslado la Fuente Mágica de Montjuic, con sus ritmos de luz, colores, agua y música.
Nota: en caso de tener el traslado a la Fuente Mágica un día que por mantenimiento o cualquier otra razón, el espectáculo no se realice, el traslado nocturno se dará al Maremagnum, vanguardista centro de ocio y restaurantes junto al mar y la Plaza Colón.

Salimos de Barcelona. En la comarca del Penedés, conocida por sus vinos espumosos, visitamos una de sus importantes bodegas (entrada incluida) . Posteriormente, viajamos a ZARAGOZA con tiempo para almorzar y conocer la Basílica del Pilar. Continuación a MADRID y llegada sobre las 20:30 h.
