“Myself and my boyfriend stayed at the Canopy at the Wharf in the corner (larger) room for roughly 2 months because our neighbor had a fire. Here is my breakdown for review: Room: 9/10 Nice View from the corner, floor to ceiling windows, nice sized bathroom and layout. Bathroom: 6/10 They need to re-seal the showers, there was mold (as seen in pictures). I notified the manage, and they sent someone to deep clean it, however, the issue was not with cleaning, it needs to be re-sealed and caulked. Also, the tile work is not the most appealing color (from a design standpoint). Lobby: 7/10 Decent lobby, not a fan of their 2 sided elevators Front Desk: 7/10 A few of the front desk staff/management, were very a friendly, and a few others not so friendly. Gym: 7/10 Good size, sufficient equipment, clean. Restaurant: 6/10 Food is decent at best, coffee/lattes were not good; after 2 time of eating there when we first came, we did not go back. Only nice perk is that they are open later than most restaurants at the Wharf. *Also, they do not offer room service. Grounds: 7/10 Nice grounds, clean and sufficient space. Overall, I would go back for the view for a staycation, but some of the staff really made me dislike the hotel, and not want to come face-to-face. Therefore, I probably will go to the Intercontinental for my next visit. All the best!”

“Mi novio y yo nos alojamos en el Canopy at the Wharf en la habitación de la esquina (más grande) durante aproximadamente 2 meses porque nuestro vecino tenía un incendio.Aquí está mi desglose para su revisión:Sala: 9/10 Bonita vista desde la esquina, ventanas de piso a techo, baño de buen tamaño y distribución.Baño: 6/10 Necesitan volver a sellar las duchas, había moho (como se ve en las imágenes). Notifiqué al gerente y enviaron a alguien para que lo limpiara profundamente, sin embargo, el problema no fue con la limpieza, debe volver a sellarse y calafatear.
