“Serviço péssimo, cheguei à noite, e me deram um quarto sujo, cheio de lixo, sem limpar, notou-se que outra pessoa tinha se hospedado recentemente, o chuveiro urinou e nem que foi limpo, muito sujo, ao solicitar o revisão da sala Eles só fizeram fila para dizer, desculpe, e nem se preocuparam em limpar, em tempos de Covid, um lugar como este é uma péssima opção. No restaurante o cozinheiro é muito mal encarado. Não é uma opção pernoitar. Infelizmente, era a única opção que eu tinha para a hora de chegada. No dia seguinte, mudei de lugar.”

“I was so unhappy with my stay first off all my check in time was 3:00pm I was running a lil late so I called them to let them know, when I finally got there they said I had to wait 15min my room wasn't ready so I waited like 20min when I finally decided to get up to say something I'm like this why I reserved my room a day before anyways we finally got the room I asked for extra towels nd I never got them also free breakfast wasn't the best...”
