Stayed here with my friend for 5 days. The property is stunning! Everything is new, modern and designed with luxurious taste. The service all around was very friendly and accommodating. Now the food… buffet was excellent and the night restaurants were amazing! The Italian restaurant LeLuce was our favorite.. every dish came out like a piece of art and absolutely delicious. The manager Jesus was very welcoming and pleasant. The beach is also amazing.. you can actually swim there and enjoy the water. Thank you Hilton for such a beautiful resort! We had an amazing time and will be back!

El servicio fué excelente. Todo el personal está dedicado a atender a los huéspedes en todo. El edificio es nuevo. La comida es de primera calidad y las bebidas están excelentes. De todos los all-inclusive que hemos estado sin duda el mejor. La playa es pequeña pero, las albercas compensan.Leí malas reseñas del hotel y del personal, pero son falsas. De mis mejores vacaciones. Recomiendo al 100.

El hotel está muy bello, la mayoría del personal es muy atento. Sólo cuenta con un acceso a la playa cerca del lobby, las habitaciones están divididas por edificios llamados casas y son desde la 1 a la 6, si vas con niños quédate en la 5 o 6 pues es la zona para ellos. Para mi es la zona más linda pues el restaurante de ahí tiene una vista espectacular del mar 😍 Los 4 restaurantes para cenar están cerca del lobby y aunque hay distancia considerable siempre hay carritos que te llevan. Hay italiano, chino, mexicano y de carnes. En el mexicano y chino la atención es padrísima y todo muy delicioso 👏🏻

Me encantò el lugar, disfruté de sus comidas, playa, bebidas, atenciones. Reconozco el trabajo que hacen cada uno de uds para brindarnos una estancia confortable e inolvidable, vi como trabajaron para acabar de plantar los jardines, limpiar la playa , incluso me heche la grabación y fotos de su publicidad,tengo un recuerdo muy hermoso de su playa. Yo feliz de haber podido concidir con mis amigas y colegas en tan bellos lugar, gracias!

Es un hotel con mucho a mejorar, que no se justifica por el poco tiempo que tiene, pues la cadena ya es reconocida, lo mejor del hotel son las habitaciones, pero la playa es pésima y la atención al cliente no es lo mejor, pues solo dicen no saber o que no hay más opciones, tiene algunas fallas de corriente eléctrica y no hay mucho por hacer durante el día. La comida es buena aunque puede mejorar, el sistema para las cenas es malo pues si no reservas con varios días no cenarás en el restaurante que quieres y menos si estás pocos días allí.

El personal es muy amable y cálido. Todos se esfuerzan por mantener contentos a todos y se ve un buen ambiente. La comida es muy rica en todos los restaurantes. El desayuno muy completo y siempre te atienden con una sonrisa. El hotel es MUY grande y siempre está impecablemente limpio. Visité el área de niños que está increíble con juegos para todas las edades y juegos en las albercas muy divertidos. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, me gustó que el reloj despertador fuera cargador inalambrico de celular. El minibar lo rellenan a diario, la cama y cojines muy comodos para dormir, el roomservice es completo y bastante bueno siempre entregaron el pedido recien hecho y caliente. La playa es totalmente privada y con un oleaje tranquilo. Hay lugares donde se puede rellenar la botella de agua lo cual es fantástico para no generar tanto desperdicio. 100% recomendado porque ponen mucha atención a los detalles.

Primeiro porque depois de um longo dia de viagem eles nos mandaram para o quarto errado onde nossas pulseiras não funcionavam. Então, a segurança nos deixou entrar e era o quarto errado. First because after a long day of travel they sent us to the wrong room where our wristbands didn’t work. So security let us in & it was the wrong room. We called down and they finally directed to the correct room not the one that was written down. They don’t clean the sea weed so when walking outside of all the rooms it’s smells like walking past a bathroom that hasn’t been cleaned for months. They don’t clean the floors in the room so make sure you where shoes or your feet will get super dirty. The staff at the Italian Restaurant lied to us about the extra charge, 3 members assured us the cost was $7-8 USD extra for the Risotto & come to find out with it was triple that with tip. So make sure you bring a calculator or phone which I left in my room & don’t trust the staff cause they will just try to rack up charges. When I brought that to the checkout staff “Dulce” at checkout when I was surprised by this bill she patronized me by saying, would you like some Lobster to go or a free bottle of Tequila, cause looks like you want everything for free... very rude & she wouldn’t give me a checkout ticket to leave after I signed the receipt anyway otherwise she said she was going to call the police on me & put me in Jail... I didn’t dispute the charge but I wrote on the receipt what happened. The food here is awesome, scenery is awesome & there event center is beautiful. Most staff is very nice and graceful. However after this experience I will never recommend this place...

Muito limpo e funcionários muito simpáticos! Gostaria que tocassem música durante o dia à beira da piscina para tornar a nossa estadia mais agradável. Gostaria que houvesse mais vida noturna adulta, a maioria dos lugares perto da meia-noite. Bebidas e comida foram todos agradáveis e foi um grande momento geral e conheci algumas pessoas incríveis! Dulce à beira da piscina foi absolutamente fenomenal e tão doce e rápida e lembrou nossos nomes e pedidos todos os dias, ela tornou essa experiência ainda melhor. William e margie, que também estavam ajudando nas atividades, é muito agradável estar por perto!

O hotel é lindo, a equipe é incrível, a comida é deliciosa, até tinha menus veganos para todos os restaurantes. No entanto, se você quer se divertir, este não é o lugar, não há música, não há dança, nada para os adultos fazerem, às vezes você quer relaxar, mas às vezes também quer se divertir e não há espaço para isso. À noite, há um monte de bêbados sentados no saguão porque ninguém sabe o que fazer depois de beber o dia todo porque não há festas para adultos, nem jogos, eles não tocam música na piscina.Estive no México várias vezes e cada vez havia pelo menos uma para você ir se quisesse festejar e havia dança e atividades para adultos fazerem e se você quisesse relaxar, pode ir para outra piscina se você teve filhos, você pode ir para outro resfriado, mas aqui é literalmente apenas comer, beber e sentar.

Deixei um comentário depois da minha primeira noite e ia atualizar, mas não consigo encontrar meu comentário. Esta noite é a nossa última noite aqui e eu queria deixar uma nova avaliação.No geral, direi que o serviço ao cliente foi recuperado a nossa estadia bem. Fiquei surpreso com o atendimento incrível nos restaurantes, e a qualidade da comida também foi surpreendente. Antes de chegar à propriedade, li comentários de hóspedes que esperam longos períodos de tempo para obter bebidas. Essa definitivamente não foi minha experiência. A equipe de garçons foi extremamente eficiente e muito vice.Meu espanhol está faltando para dizer o mínimo, mas a equipe foi paciente e trabalhou com minha barreira linguística. Minha outra preocupação foi o tempo de espera para os ônibus, mas novamente o horário do transporte foi eficiente e muito conveniente. Muitas vezes decidimos caminhar, e toda vez que o ônibus passava por nós no caminho.No geral a nossa estadia foi incrível. A propriedade era incrível. A comida era incrível (exceto para o restaurante italiano). O serviço foi incrível.Faço eco da minha preocupação inicial de que minha vista "parcial" para o mar era zero vista para o mar, o que parece ser um tema com outros comentários, mas não passamos muito tempo em nosso quarto, então o impacto foi mínimo.

Hotel lindo com acomodações muito aconchegantes mesmo para casal com 2 filhos adolescentes. Praia do hotel maravilhosa apesar do sargaço nesta época do ano. Café da manhã espetacular e ótimas opções nos restaurantes italiano e japonês. Já no steakhouse as opções sem extra charge são apenas ok. Apesar de ser um all-inclusive os restaurantes possuem algumas opções de pratos e bebidas com extra charge e no caso dos vinhos os preços são um pouco abusivos para vinhos super normais. Cordialidade da equipe é um ponto de destaque em todas as áreas do hotel.

Mala administración para la entrega de habitaciones, mucho tiempo perdido en check in, entrega de habitaciones, servicio y check UP igual muy mala administración. Cosas buenas los alimentos, malo los horarios de los restaurantes y las reservas para los de especialidades. El hotel es bonito aún no está terminado al 100 pero esperemos pulan todo ya que vale mucho la pena. La atención en la mayoría de los servicios es excelente. Los detalles están en los empleados de restaurante y servicios playa y piscina. Hacen mucha diferencia en la atención al mexicano. Un servicio de mala gana y muy tardío. Pero a los extranjeros si los atienden de lo mejor. Deben hablar con el personal de esas áreas. Restaurantes y servicio playa y piscina para que sean parejos en la atención y con buena actitud. Espero en mi próxima visita poder sentirme realmente valioso. Como dato las habitaciones en su mayoría no cuentan con jacuzzi.

Newly opened hotel in Tulum. Opened early this year. Beautiful property, clean rooms, beautiful view from our King Ocean View Suite and great friendly staff.Esp. servers Alex, Alexander, Juan & David. These guys we saw for lunch, dinner and breakfast the next day. They work shifts for 1 or 2 restaurants on premises. Excellent service!Wish we could have kept our bracelets for souvenirs, but lady at front said they have to cut and take it. Hope to return with the whole family next time.

This gave us the perfect all-inclusive resort vacation. Food and drinks were top-notch. Like most resorts in the area, the usable beach area was small but the pools are spacious and offer a great view. The resort was not at all busy, which was great. The spa is incredible as well. Very close to many cenotes and a short cab ride away from the main Tulum Ruins. The only downside is that transportation to/from the airport is pricey.

I left a review after my first night and was going to update but I can’t find my review. Tonight is our last night here and I’m a wanted to leave a new review. Overall I will say that the customer service was recovered our stay nicely. I was surprised by the amazing service at the restaurants, and the quality of the food was also surprising. Before coming to the property I read comments of guests waiting long periods of time to get drinks. That was definitely not my experience. The wait staff was remarkably efficient and very vice. My Spanish is lacking to say the least, but the staff was patient and worked with my language barrier. My other concern was the wait time for the shuttles, but again the shuttle schedule was efficient and very convenient. Many time we decided to walk, and every time the shuttle passed us en route. Overall our stay was awesome. The property was awesome. The food was awesome (except for the Italian restaurant). The service was amazing. I do echo my initial concern that my “partial” ocean view was zero ocean view which seems to be a theme with other reviews, but we didn’t spend much time in our room so the impact was minimal.

Very clean and very friendly staff! Wish they played music during the day by the pool to make our stay more enjoyable. Wish there was more adult night life, most places close by midnight. Drinks and food were all enjoyable and it was an overall great time and met some amazing people! Dulce by the pool was absolutely phenomenal and so sweet and fast and remembered our names and orders each day, she made this experience even better. William and margie who were helping with activities as well we’re very enjoyable to be around!

Hotel is beautiful staff is amazing food is delicious even had vegan menus for every restaurant. However if you’re looking to have fun this is not the place there’s no music no dancing nothing for adults to do like sometimes you wanna relax but sometimes you also wanna have fun and there is no space to do that. At night there’s just a whole bunch of drunk people sitting in the lobby because nobody knows what to do after drinking all day because there’s no parties for adults no games they don’t play music at the pool. I’ve been to Mexico multiple times and each time there was at least one for you can go to if you wanted to party and there was like dancing and activities for adults to do and if you wanted to relax you can go to another pool if you had kids you can go to another cold but here it’s literally just eat drink and sit.

Tivemos uma experiência fantástica no Hilton Tulum. O quarto e o hotel geralmente eram mais bonitos e sofisticados do que poderíamos esperar. A equipe foi fantástica. Tivemos várias experiências com o hotel Doctor, Doctor Jessica e ela foi incrível. Sentimos que estávamos em ótimas mãos o tempo todo. Lindo resort. Não é o melhor para uma experiência de praia, mas as piscinas e a propriedade compensam isso! O atendimento foi maravilhoso, a comida estava ótima! Solo no le doy 5 estrellas por los restaurantes gourmet para cenar, que son una decepción. Sin chiste, desangelada y con menús deficientes y faltantes porque el Chef no lo hizo.... los vinos de la casa son corrientes (nivel XA Domeq) y el menú de vinos contiene vinosde mediocre calidad a precios excesivos. El servicio a cuartos es lento y limitado, solo se salva el servicio del personal de las albercas como Sasha, Vanesa y Alexis, pero creo que tienen demasiados gerentes y poca gente que realmente trabaje.El hotel es funcional y bonito, pero aún le falta mucho para ser llamado Hilton.

El hotel es precioso,la comida muy bien para ser un todo incluido.El personal agradable. Puntos muy en contra: 1-tienen un sistema de reserva para cenas muy mal gestionado,mientras unís pueden reservar hasta en tres restaurantes y cebar tres veces,otros no pueden reservar en ninguno debido a q los demás bloquean esas horas (todo incluido u no cenar sale caro) 2-no sé si es por falta de personal pero llame hasta 5 veces para que limpiaran mi habitación….llegaron a las 19h de la tarde y mal. 3-en un hotel como este pagas para que tengan cuidado con agua ,hielo y comida.Mi hija u yo comiendo en el hotel las dos dos dias sin poder salir de la habitación con gastroenteritis.Con la pérdida de todo lo reservado claro. Les queda muchísimo que pulir porque el hotel es precioso y personal amable pero insuficiente .Y la gestión bastante deficiente. Tener ganas no es suficiente hay que solucionar muchosproblemas.

Beautiful resort. Not the best for a beach experience but the pools and the property make up for that! The service was wonderful, the food was great! The drinks were nice and you can order just about anything you want with their well drinks and house wine. We felt well cared for by the entire team and would highly recommend. It’s not too crowded and feels relaxing and calm!

A garota da recepção e o cara alto do concierge são muito legais, o hotel é novo. Enorme propriedade com arquitetura de luxo. Os quartos são bons, mas as piscinas e o lobby são mais bonitos. Nós gostamos muito do hotel porque é bastante tranquilo, parece que muitas pessoas não conhecem este hotel. Definitivamente vai voltar, o café da manhã é excelente com alimentos recém-cortados. Esta é uma excelente propriedade para Hilton. Cada pessoa da equipe da recepção, restaurantes, piscina, limpeza foi muito simpática e super atenciosa com nossa família.A comida é incrível, o buffet de pequeno-almoço é mais do que apenas um buffet. A rabanada de coco é imperdível. Cada lugar tem alguma coisa que meus filhos iria comer e serviço de quarto foi ótimo para eles.O clube infantil e o clube de adolescentes são muito agradáveis e as senhoras que o administram são super doces. As várias piscinas e áreas de praia oferecem amplas cadeiras e camas para colocar.Todos os quartos estão virados da mesma forma, então a diferença entre a vista para o mar e a vista tropical é o andar em que você está.Apesar da viagem bastante longa do aeroporto de Cancun, este é um destino de voo superior.

This is an excellent property for Hilton. Every single person on staff from the front desk, restaurants, pool, to cleaning was very friendly and super attentive to our family. The food is amazing, the breakfast buffet is more than just a buffet. The coconut french toast is a must try. Each place has some thing that my kids would eat and room service was great for them. The kids club and teens club are very nice and the ladies running it are super sweet. The multiple pools and beach areas provide ample chairs and beds to lay out. All the rooms face the same way so the difference between ocean view and tropical view is what floor you are on. Despite the fairly long drive from the Cancun airport this is a top flight destination.

The front desk girl and the concierge tall guy are very nice, the hotel is brand new. Huge property with upscale architecture. Rooms are fine, yet pools and lobby are more beautiful. We enjoy the hotel so much because it’s quite quiet seems like not too many people know about this hotel. Definitely will come back, breakfast is excellent with freshly cut food. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Tulum. The room and hotel generally were more beautiful and high end than we could have hoped for. The staff was fantastic. We had multiple experiences with the hotel Doctor, Doctor Jessica and she was incredible. We felt we were in great hands the entire time. The food could have been better, but that was the only thing we would have changed! Overall we had a phenomenal time.

Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre este lugar! As algas marinhas são um problema e a praia está basicamente fora dos limites nesta época do ano, mas as belas piscinas compensam isso. O serviço foi excelente e as pessoas que trabalham aqui realmente se preocupam com sua experiência. Alberto no bar Ultra Mar é um barman de primeira qualidade e Daniel, o servidor à beira da piscina, é um cara incrível! Todos com quem entramos em contato no resort foram educados, prestativos e gentis. Quaisquer problemas que enfrentamos foram rapidamente corrigidos por essa equipe incrível, que experiência incrível.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The seaweed is a problem and the beach is basically off limits this time of year, but the beautiful pools make up for it. The service was outstanding and the people working here truly care about your experience. Alberto at the Ultra Mar bar is a top notch bartender and Daniel the server by the pool is an awesome guy! Everyone we came in contact with on the resort was polite, helpful and kind. Any issues we faced were quickly rectified by this amazing staff, what an amazing experience.

Eu gostaria que pudéssemos ter ficado mais tempo neste resort! É novo e foi aberto apenas alguns meses, então não estava muito lotado. A equipe do concierge, para o bar/piscinas, café-da-manhã, jantar e fitness center foram todos muito simpáticos. As comodidades deste resort são excelentes. O café da manhã tinha tantas opções para escolher. O centro de fitness estava sempre limpo e tinha todas as ferramentas de fitness que eu normalmente usaria em casa. As áreas da piscina estavam sempre limpas e a equipe do bar aparecia regularmente para verificar quaisquer necessidades, alimentos ou bebidas. Eu recomendo ir ao spa, que foi o destaque de nossa viagem. O layout e design do nosso quarto era muito limpo e relaxante. Eu não posso esperar para voltar!

I wish we could have stayed longer at this resort! It is brand new and has only been open a few months so it wasn't too crowded. The staff from concierge, to the bar/pools, breakfast, dinner & fitness center were all so friendly. The amenities at this resort are superb. The breakfast spread had so many options to choose from. The fitness center was always clean and had all the fitness tools I would normally use at home. The pool areas were always clean and the bar staff came by regularly to check up any needs, food or drinks. I would highly recommend going to the spa, that was the highlight of our trip. Acabei de fazer o check-out às 6h desta manhã e fiquei muito impressionado com a arquitetura moderna, a polidez dos funcionários e a qualidade da experiência como um todo. O Conrad Tulum entrega totalmente a experiência pretendida: uma luxuosa e silenciosa. A comida é excepcional, a praia é linda, as piscinas são refrescantes e os funcionários estão mais do que dispostos a ajudar. Se você estiver indo para uma atmosfera de festa, considere uma experiência com tudo incluído. Entendo que este é um novo resort, e há ajustes a serem feitos, como alguns funcionários em inglês precisam de um pouco de trabalho, mas, diabos, não posso falar espanhol e estou no país deles, então realmente não posso reclamar! No entanto, você encontrará essa barreira linguística em qualquer lugar no México, então você não pode menosprezar isso. Também sugiro olhar um mapa, porque há mais restaurantes do que você imagina e vale a pena tentar.

Instalaciones hermosas. Comida también súper deliciosa. La atención de meseros en la alberca fue muy buena especialmente de Luis & Iván. También todos los restaurantes están deliciosos e igualmente la atención de 1000 estrellas. Nos sentimos muy acogidos y disfrutamos muchísimo nuestras vacaciones. Mi restaurante favorito fue el que está en un túnel, no recuerdo el nombre y también el restaurante que está en la casa 5 ahí me recomendaron mucho las pizzas, pero cuando llegue ya se habían acabado, probé la hamburguesa que me recomendaron y también estaba muy rica. La habitación hermosa, cama cómoda, diferentes almohadas que van de suaves a más firmes, para que elijas tu favorita. Mi habitación contaba con una pequeña piscina en el piso 1, muy limpia. Lo único qué tal vez es raro, es tener en el baño una ventana, pero en cuanto hay vapor la ventana se vuelve oscura y no te pueden ver desde afuera. Excelente tecnología. Prepárate para caminar pues el hotel es muy grande y hay muchas piscinas. Pero también tienen muy buen servicio en carritos para ir por ti solo necesitas esperar un poco. También cuentan con varios jacuzzis para quien ama el agua caliente. Cuenta con una playa muy tranquila y muchos lugares para relajarte.

Just checked out at 6am this morning, and was very impressed by that modern architecture, politeness of employees, and quality of the experience as a whole. Conrad Tulum fully delivers on its intended experience: a luxurious one that is quiet. The food is exceptional, the beach is beautiful, the pools are refreshing, and the employees are more than willing to help. If you’re going for a party atmosphere, you should consider an all inclusive experience. I comprehend that this is a brand new resort, and there is tweaking to be done, such as some employees English needs a little work, but heck, I can’t speak any Spanish, and I’m in their country, so I really can’t complain! Nevertheless, you’ll get that language barrier anywhere you go in Mexico, so you can’t look down on that. I also suggest looking at a map, because there’s more restaurants than you might expect, and they’re all worth trying.

Hotel espetacular! Ainda é novo e algumas coisas ainda estão sendo concluídas, mas devo dizer que esta é uma das melhores propriedades do Hilton que já estive. Os restaurantes são incríveis e até os outlets que servem comida de primeira qualidade, ceviche e tacos. Todos os alimentos que tivemos foi ótimo eo hotel é simplesmente deslumbrante. Cada quarto vem com algum tipo de recurso de água, tivemos uma banheira de hidromassagem na nossa varanda, bem como um chuveiro de efeito chuva incrível.

Spectacular hotel! It's still new and some things are still being completed, but I must say this is one of the best Hilton properties I've ever been to. The restaurants are amazing and even the outlets that serve food served top-notch, ceviche and tacos. All of the food we had was great and the hotel is simply stunning. Each room comes with some kind of water feature we had a hot tub on our balcony, as well as an amazing rain shower.

O hotel é novinho em folha e eu honestamente sinto que eles estão tentando resolver os problemas. Embora não seja perto do “distrito de festas” de Tulum, oferece um ambiente relaxante se você não gosta dessa cena. A propriedade em si é impressionante. Eles têm ofurôs, piscinas de borda infinita, belo paisagismo e quartos extremamente contemporâneos que replicam a cultura mexicana. Fica bem na água, então você tem uma vista magnífica se estiver hospedado na parte de trás do hotel.Com ele sendo novo vem áreas que eles devem considerar melhorar. Há muito poucas opções de comida. Eles têm três restaurantes e dois bares que oferecem comida junto com serviço de quarto. O único problema é que realmente não há opções americanas. Por ser uma rede hoteleira americana e tão perto dos EUA, você pensaria que eles teriam um restaurante que atendesse a esse interesse. A proficiência em inglês da equipe é limitada, o que resultou no meu serviço de quarto incorreto duas vezes. Devido à sua localização no meio da selva, cuidado com cobras, iguanas e outros pequenos animais selvagens que podem se perguntar na propriedade. Finalmente, parece um pouco caro demais para o que você recebe, mas isso pode ser um aspecto da inflação.No geral, ótima experiência e eu voltaria.

Eu precisava de férias e descobri o Conrad Tulum. Eu não percebi até chegar que a propriedade tinha acabado de abrir. Como membro Diamond do Hilton, recebi um upgrade para uma vista para o mar com uma piscina de imersão na minha varanda. Os jardins são absolutamente lindos e a praia particular é um oásis tranquilo. Existem 5 piscinas e banheiras de hidromassagem na propriedade que eu adorei aproveitar cada dia. Há ioga no local, com a qual eu estava empolgado e participava todas as manhãs. Ministradas por Francesca, as aulas de ioga eram uma bela maneira de começar cada dia. Francesca tem o dom de ensinar e fazer com que todos se sintam bem-vindos e incluídos. O destaque da minha viagem foi praticar ioga ao nascer do sol com vista para o oceano. Os restaurantes e comida são de nível 5 estrelas. A alegria dos funcionários, independentemente do papel que desempenhassem, era contagiante e vivenciada. Eu voltarei novamente. Eu recomendo relaxar aqui!

Hotel is brand spanking new and I honestly feel they’re trying to work out the kinks. While it’s not near the “party district” of Tulum, it provides a relaxing environment if you’re not into that scene. The property itself is stunning. They have hot tubs, infinity pools, beautiful landscaping and extremely contemporary rooms that replicate the Mexican culture. It’s right on the water so you have a magnificent view if you are staying on the back side of the hotel. With it being new comes areas they should consider improving. There are very few food options. They have three restaurants and two bars that provide food along with room service. The only problem is there are really no American options. With it being an American hotel chain and so close to the US, you would think they would have a restaurant catering to that interest. The staff’s English speaking proficiency is limited, which resulted in my room service being incorrect twice. Due to its location in the middle of the jungle, beware of snakes, iguanas and other small wildlife that may wonder on the property. Finally, it seems a tab bit overpriced for what you get, but that may be an aspect of inflation. Overall, great experience and I would go back.

I needed a vacation and discovered the Conrad Tulum. I didn’t realize until I arrived that the property had just recently opened. As a Diamond member with Hilton, I got upgraded to an ocean view with a plunge pool on my balcony. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the private beach is a quiet oasis. There are 5 pools and hot tubs on the property which I loved taking advantage of each day. There is yoga on site which I was excited about and participated in each morning. Taught by Francesca, the yoga classes were such a beautiful grounding way to start each day. Francesca has such a gift for teaching and making everyone feel welcome and included. The highlight of my trip was practicing yoga at sunrise overlooking the ocean. The restaurants and food are 5-star level. The joy of the staff no matter the role they play was contagious and experienced. I will be back again. I highly recommend relaxing here!

A propriedade é maravilhosa e a arquitetura é realmente ótima. É muito evidente que a equipe está tentando o seu melhor para agradar os hóspedes. No entanto, devo dizer muito honestamente que esta não é uma experiência de 5 estrelas neste momento - fica aquém em várias áreas muito importantes que tenho certeza que eles acabarão corrigindo. Primeiro, e mais importante, a propriedade não é acessível a cadeiras de rodas, pois há escadas significativas perto do lobby sem acesso por elevador. Em segundo lugar, muitos dos funcionários não falam inglês e é muito difícil se comunicar. Terceiro, não há menus impressos para os restaurantes, então eles estão direcionando para códigos QR que muitas vezes não funcionam devido a problemas de sinal e também não são úteis para os hóspedes que desejam se desconectar de seus telefones. Além disso, devo dizer que a experiência do Hilton Honors não foi ótima, pois chegamos à noite e eles ainda não tinham um quarto disponível para nós por mais de uma hora (a propriedade está praticamente vazia e isso não é aceitável para 5 resort estrela). Os quartos são bastante pequenos, nada de muito especial. Algumas coisas menores a serem observadas, os canais de TV não estão funcionando (eles têm algum problema de sinal), tivemos um termostato quebrado no quarto e a movimentação pelo resort às vezes leva 20 a 30 minutos de espera por um carrinho de golfe. Do lado positivo, as pessoas são muito gentis e tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa de jantar em seu restaurante mediterrâneo. A equipe do restaurante foi realmente impecável em seu serviço e estamos gratos por isso.

Estive em muitos resorts agradáveis no Caribe e isso superou em muito minhas expectativas e é definitivamente os 2 melhores lugares em que já me hospedei. Parece que deveria pertencer a uma revista de resumo de arquitetura ou catálogo RH. O serviço é de primeira qualidade e espero poder visitar novamente em breve.

I've been to many nice resorts in the Caribbean and this has far exceeded my expectations and is definitely top 2 places I've ever stayed in. The property is wonderful and the architecture is really great. It's very evident that the staff are trying their best to please guests. However, I must say very honestly that this is not a 5 star experience at this point - it falls short in a number of very important areas which I'm sure they will eventually fix. First, and most importantly, the property is not wheelchair accessible as there are significant stairs near the lobby with no elevator access. Second, many of the staff do not speak English and it's very hard to communicate. Third, there are no printed menus for the restaurants so they are directing to QR codes which often don't work due to signal issues and also not helpful to guests who want to detach from their phones. In addition, I must say that the Hilton Honors experience was not great as we arrived in the evening and they still didn't have a room available for us for over an hour (the property is practically empty and this is not acceptable for a 5 star resort). Rooms are fairly small, nothing very special. Few smaller things to note, the TV channels are not working (they have some signal issue), we had a broken thermostat in the room and moving around the resort at times takes 20-30 mins of waiting for a golf cart. On the positive side, the people are really kind and we had a wonderful dinner experience in their Mediterranean restaurant. The staff in the restaurant were truly impeccable in their service and we are thankful for that.

All the staff members are properly trained, professional and attentive. I dropped my napkin at dinner and went to grab it and two waiters came rushing my way to replace it for me. They will not allow you to refill your glass, reach for a towel, carry your personals, nothing. I love, love, love the staff. The only area I would say is lacking at this new establishment is the food. I am an extremely tough critic when it comes to food and I feel the food is lacking a tiny bit.
