Excelente! Equipe atenciosa e solícita. Bom café da manhã. Quarto amplo, limpo e bem climatizado. Chuveiro e banheira com água quente e abundante. Roupas de cama e banho sempre muito limpas. Silencioso, apesar da proximidade do aeroporto. Não existe outro mais próximo do Jersey Gardens. Já estude lá e certamente voltarei.

Hotel confortável, com café da manhã incluso e do lado do outlet. É um bom hotel para quem está para ir embora mas antes quer alguns dias para fazer compras.

Ótimo hotel para se hospedar próximo ao outlet, em apenas 5 min a pé você chegará ao local. Os atendentes foram muito simpáticos e o quarto era muito bom, com sofás para descansar após um dia inteiro de compras. O banheiro era grande e com um bom chuveiro. Assim como os demais hotéis da região tem serviço de transporte até o aeroporto como cortesia.

Boa localização para quem desce em Newark ou vai ao Jersey's garden outlet. Quartos confortáveis, com frigobar e microondas. Bom café da manhã no lobby. Estacionamento pago a parte, pois se corre o risco de não ter vagas ão entorno.

Excelente custo benefício para estadias curtas. No nosso caso foi por uma diária somente mas atendeu todas as nossas necessidades deste dia a um preço adequado. A recepção e bar foram totalmente renovados e ficou muito bom. Os quartos são espaçosos limpose confortáveis. O hotel eh do lado do Jersey Garden Shopping center, Aproveitamos e fizemos boas compras lá. Em resumo tudo muito bom

The country inn suites is a five stars for me because real clean has parking available the staff are professional and courteous the rooms are clean also the food deliveries are not allowed to go upstairs to the rooms they got to stay down the lobby and food has to be picked up in the lobby for security measurements which is great it's located in Elizabeth right next to Jersey gardens Mall New Jersey transportation public is available the buses passed by also the airport is 7 minutes away again private and public transportation available so the prices are fair inside I love everything the gym keep it up I wish you the best definitely if I come back to Jersey I'll pass by here again

Melhor custo beneficio se quiser ficar proximo ao Jersey Garden Mall. O staff nao e dos mais atenciosos. Normalmente, sao rudes. O cafe da manha e bom porem, os hospedes sao mal educados. Em resumo, o hotel e muito bom, os hospedes que frequetam, nao.

If I could give this place a zero star I would!. FIRST night we check in the room air is 88 degrees w%⁶e get moved to another floor.The keys doesn't work every night we come back in and the reason ii am told is our cell phones interference with the key ( where are you to leave the key under a rock or mat? )which is absolutely crazy and now in the second room it's 79° ( thermostats are unadjustable) in here it's like a sauna and I am told they can not do anything for me.( i paid a lot for this nonsense!)I am not the only one who experienced this nonsense. Multiple people during my stay had the same issues. They also pit someone in an uncleaned room! Seriously!!!Do not waste your time and your money Do not stay at this hotel you're going to have the worst experience ever.

Keesha and Joe at front desk were kind and courteous, even through a mountain of check-ins. Thanks to you both!The downside: I was staying due to a flight cancellation, so would have liked having vending machines in the floors. There is a small cafe and snack area but have to pay at the front desk & with all the people checking in- would be a long wait for a snack. No alcoholic drinks in the hotel, but other restaurants near by remedied that.

An adequate hotel. Room was clean and had great water pressure in the shower.My issues are with the fact that someone else was given my room after I was here for several hours. While I was asleep, someone came in. They went back down and had their room changed. The desk then called and asked why I,was in the room when this was the room I was assigned. Mixing things up like that is unacceptable.The other issue is a $250 security deposit. I stay at 200+ hotels a year and have only once had a security hold that high. Even other hotels in the same area don't do it. (I've stayed at most of the hotels here by Jersey Gardens over the past 8 years.) To hold $250 dollars is absurd. Other Country Inn & Suites have charged a maximum of $100. The only rime I've had higher was a hotel in Lake Havasu around Spring Break. And that was due to so much of the party crowd being irresponsible.The desk ended up calling the room

El hotel en general cumple su función de uso para tránsito en el aeropuerto, queda muy cerca y son buenas habitaciones, el problema es el terrible servicio de desayuno y la imposibilidad de comprar absolutamente nada en efectivo, ni una soda. Tampoco tiene variedad de snack ni bebidas en el hotel, bloquean 250$ de la tarjeta que los regresan en 7 días si todo ok

This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. This is an excellent hotel, we stayed there twice before COVID. It's right off of International Boulevard. It's very convenient when shopping as well: there's a mall right next to it. The first time we were there, we didn't visit the mall, but when we came back a year later, we made sure to visit! The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff was always extremely helpful. The second time we stayed there, we got a free upgrade to a suite since we were repeat customers. We were there as part of a cruise package, so we got a free breakfast there the day of the cruise and we were able to park our car there for a week free of charge. The food was excellent!

This is a terrible establishment to stay at and get any kind of service. My wife and I called 4 times about arranging shuttle service to the port for our cruise, were given 4 different stories. On the last call, (per Joe V. and also Mae) I was assured to just arrange for the shuttle when we got there, it would be no problem. We did that, and of course, no shuttles available, and this was via the same Joe V guy I talked to on the phone. Also, the parking fee is not worth it as you can park right beside the port for the same rate and not have to worry about the shuttle issue. The rooms are terrible, small, and smell. Breakfast you were given a piece of fruit, a box of cereal, small drink, and a good luck. I cannot stress enough to anyone that they should not stay here and stay somewhere else. They also charge a $250 room fee I guess in case there is damage to the room, so make sure you get that back. Only reason this place is in business is because of its proximity to the port and airport, otherwise it's out of business, and they know it. Do not stay here.

Terrible hotel! We traveled with a group of family and had 4 rooms at this hotel. Every one of us had multiple issues with our rooms. I had to move rooms 3 times because the a/c did not work in most of the rooms. Others in my group had plumbing problems in the bathroom. All of us continuously had problems with the keys not working. Not only would be locked out of room and have to go to front desk to get new keys but I was also locked out of parking lot and outside door to parking lot. The beds were uncomfortable and felt like the mattress had broken springs. Pillows were so thin you felt like you didn't even have a pillow, asked front desk for extra pillows and was told they didn't have any, asked someone different the next day and they gave us some. The shuttle bus drivers drove unsafely and went through red lights. The pool was closed and when we walked by we could see in the windows they filled it with mattresses. There were out of order signs on most of the ice and vending machines. The breakfast was only cereal, fruit or a bagel. Front desk staff was rude and did not care. When we brought any issue to their attention they just made excuses telling us they were short on maintenance staff or are cards weren't working because we had it too close to our cell phone (NOT TRUE!!). Never an apology or offer to compensate us in any way. In fact at one time they told a member of my group they could either deal with or move to another hotel! What kind of customer service is that!! Many times throughout our stay we heard other guests complaining about other issues they were having as well. I checked the reviews before we booked here and they seemed to be positive but we were told by an employee that the hotel recently changed ownership and they have had a lot of issues since so I would not trust any of the previous reviews. Those may have been before the new owners. DO NOT STAY HERE, NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Many other hotels right in the same area you can stay at and probably have a better experience. I have stayed at other Country Inn and Suites in the past and never an issue but after this experience I will not be staying at any in the future.

Decent hotel: comfortable bed, reasonable staff, nice shuttle, not allot of stuff in the room and it was a little gross. Be aware though the latest checkout available is 1pm, so if you have a supper late flight (we arrived at 4am, you won’t get a chance to sleep in)Comfortable bed: the bed was nice and we were able to sleep in it.Not allot of stuff in the room: there were only 3 pillows, and 2 towels for a king size bed, felt a little skimpy, no extra blankets in the closet either.Ac worked awesome though.

This is a great place to stay with easy access to New York City & Philadelphia. They have a shuttle to Newark Liberty Airport (EWR) where you can catch the NJ Transit train to Penn Station or Trenton and Philly. The Embassy Suites is across the street with a nice Bar and Restaurant. Hope to come back soon.

No lo recomiendo. Estuve hospedada con mi hija y el día del check out 30/10/2021 dejamos recogido todo y hechas las maletas. Deje una balanza de mano sobre la maleta porque aún tenía que pensarlas y salimos a hacer unas últimas compras, cuando regresamos ya no estuvo la balanza consultamos en recepción pero por el idioma se nos hizo muy difícil reclamar, eso fue un robo de parte de la persona que estuvo haciendo la limpieza en las habitaciones. Gracias a Dios deje puestas candado todas las maletas, sino no me imagino que más se hubiera cogido. Por otro lado la comida del hotel muy buena a excepción de los desayunos que deberían tener mejores opciones que ofrecer por el precio que cobran.

Habitación bonita y limpia. Solo me sorprendió que cobraran el parking por que no leí nada de eso al momento de reservar. El 'desayuno continental' que incluía, era un café o baguel o cereal. Un poco decepcionante.

Nos alojamos en este hotel por la cercanía al aeropuerto y por el Transfer incluido gratuito, que sale 24h cada 30min. Las camas son muy cómodas y las almohadas de plumas muy muy agradables. El desayuno era correcto, con huevos revueltos, salchichas, gofres recién hechos, bagels, cereales, bollería...
