“Our experience with this hotel was excellent! The staff is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Dora, the front desk person who checked us in asked the reason for the visit. When I stated that it was due to a medical procedure at Cleveland Clinic, she was very sympathetic and automatically offered us the lower rate for this type of situations. I commend her for being so proactive and so thoughtful to her guests during what is a difficult time for our family. The entire hotel is maintained very well, the room was clean and smelled fresh. Whenever we need to stay in the area, this is definitely the hotel we will stay at. Kudos to the management and staff of this hotel, they are doing an outstanding job!”

“The hotel was in a nice quiet corner of Weston, but still near food and highways. I think it matters to more of a work crowd, which is fine. The bed was uncomfortable to me, not a fan of the soap/hair stuff mounted to the wall and the shower head was lacking in ability. In essence, it was ok... I may look elsewhere for a hotel because sleep and cleaning are important to me. But so is location.”
