“Firstly, let me say I am a Marriott member and have never had an issue at a Marriott until now. My room was disgusting. The furniture was old and torn up with scratches, scrapes, stains, it was horrible. Maybe others here are accustomed to subpar lodging but I anm not. I took pics and requested a better room. The next room was worst than the first! The front desk staff were extremely apologetic, and it truly isn't their fault.The operations manager stated not all the rooms have been updated yet, and the updated rooms were sold out. Hopefully they will complete the updates in the near future but as of now, it's a no for me. I immediately canceled the reservation and left the same day.”
