“Complete Disaster. Show up to find that the room did not have a fold-away couch bed as PROMISED. at our 3am arrival, their solution to their screw up was an Air Mattress. Really?? Paying over $400 night, and they give me an Air Mattress?? It was So Loud and Uncomfortable... I slept on the floor.”
