“Great service at check in. Room was exactly as I wanted and ready when promised. The decor is really nice. I know all hotels and restaurants are short staffed but they seem to pull it off. Even when they were hosting Wisconsin football and a wedding!”

“My husband and I recently attended a conference at the Crowne Plaza on a Friday night and Saturday. We chose to spend the night at another location so I cannot speak to the rooms. The area in which the conference was held was ideal. The technology was appropriate for the speeches and the presentations that were made. The food was by far the best that I have had at a conference held at a hotel. Both entrees for each meal, dinner and lunch the next day, were gluten free. A potato selection was available at both meals as well. One of the Friday evening entree was a Moroccan chicken dish that had fantastic flavor. The salad greens and toppings were fresh and chilled. The chocolate cake and cheesecake were delicious. The staff that assisted with the meals was professional and courteous.”
