“I enjoyed my stay here. Room was cleaned daily to expectations. Fitness center has basic equipment, but worked well. Convenience store is downstairs. Front desk people are helpful. Lobby bar has typical hotel prices.”

“I’m currently staying in this hotel and unhappy is the nicest word. First, Hilton website said the hotel was transitioning to a new brand but didn’t explain the severity of the construction. Checked into room, old bath products were still in shower, and the additional items I had requested and received a confirmation email for were not in the room. Went to front desk, the agent was super nice but her hands were tied, furthermore there was NO manager on duty until the following morning. Holy Cow! I did ask for the items I had requested to be delivered and they never showed up. Next morning spoke with manager but honestly the attention to detail, and sense of urgency was not there. She wanted to give points. No thanks, Hilton will not be on my list again. Also the rooms are lacking things, no clock, no ice bucket, they offer a “chiller” instead of a refrigerator, it’s lame and certainly don’t expect it to get anything chilled. So disappointed in my decision to stay here.”
