“Un lugar con mucha seguridad y el personal que atiende es atento y amable, principalmente las personas de mayor edad que laboran en el hotel. Dos áreas de oportunidad el restaurante ofrece alimentos desabridos y grasosos asimismo los meseros desinteresados y con nada de ganas de atender con todo yque es gente joven. La segunda es un reglamento que indica las normas sin embargo el hotel incumplió en el horario del usu de la alberca.”

“The place at night is amazing you can see the whole city, room service was amazing and the restaurant too. my only two complaint was that when I arrived to the hotel and try to do my check in they treat me like I was lying about my reservation because my travel agency did the reservation on my husband name instead of my but I show my reservation number and the confirmation number and they didn’t want to check until I say my husband name they say they had the reservation but they gave me attitude. The second complaint I had was that the our ac wasn’t working so I call front staff they told me maintenance was going to come and they never show up. I only had those 2 problems. The room was clean and big.”
