“Nós ficamos aqui no final de nossa lua de mel e Chris, o gerente da recepção, e a equipe do Four Seasons não poderiam ter tornado a experiência mais especial. Chris nos mudou para uma suíte King Executiva com uma vista incrível da cidade. O pôr do sol de Chicago é absolutamente incrível quando visto do 37º andar. A roupa de cama era macia e de alta qualidade e a cama era extremamente confortável. Eles são muito generosos com suas amenidades também e o cheiro de chá branco e alecrim e menta também impregnou o hotel e continuou o tema em seus sabonetes e loções corporais. Estamos muito felizes com a nossa estadia. Gostaria que tivéssemos filhos para trazer para esta propriedade, porque as amenidades de seus filhos pareciam realmente incríveis.”

“It was a very well run hotel and the staff looks like they enjoy working there. Every staff member we came across, had a smile and nothing was too much trouble, even the cleaners. We also ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning, the food and service were excellent. We could ask for more from this Hotel! We will definitely be back!”
