“The lobby was very impressive and nicely styled. Staff was friendly and helpful The room was nice but outdated, especially in the bathroom. Old fixtures, stained sink and tub, only got moderately warm water from bathroom faucets including the shower. I was also surprised that there were no USB ports for charging phones/electronics.”

“Muy buen hotel situado en Park Lane, justo enfrente de Hyde Park. Muchísimas habitaciones no muy grandes pero recientemente restauradas y decoradas. Buen servicio de desayunos y excelente restaurante de cocina vasca. Vasco-francesa, dicen, pero puedes comer los mismos platos que si vas a Bilbao (el chef es de Guetaria)”
