“El personal fue genial. Lo único que desconocía era el hecho de que no hacen servicio a su habitación durante una estadía de varios días. Sería bueno saberlo. Tampoco estoy seguro de por qué hacen eso. Supongo que ahorra dinero. Aparte de eso, la comida era muy buena, la habitación estaba limpia y preparada. No tengo otras quejas. Casi siempre elijo Hampton Inn cuando puedo debido a la coherencia en todos los ámbitos.”

“Company paid each of 3 weeks I needed to stay here, first was ok, second was good as we had a decent room with a lot of space, third week they put me in a room right above the breakfast bar, which the long door is opened every morning at around 545 am, and makes a lot of loud noise and vibrates the floor.When asked about another room due to this noise waking my little one up we would have had to downgrade space.When requested the same room as the week before it was denied due to someone requesting it 3 days later, after already being prepaid for 5 days I guess an already paid customer is less important than a request from someone who's coming in 3 days later and would have to stay in a different room one night than the one they wanted. Another hotel will receive my business going forward.”
