We were only scheduled to be there for a couple of days but the location, amenities, and staff made it such a pleasurable experience that we stayed the week. So we simply took a day trip to Charleston to return here. It's also very close to shopping, outlet malls, and restaurants. The front desk staff of Ty and April were the best! They are truly personable and so kind. They checked in often with us and their attentiveness was quite refreshing. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were efficient as well. They quickly addressed and resolved a microwave issue. I would surely stay here again and hoping to do so very soon. Minha mãe e eu gostamos muito da nossa estadia aqui. Room was a bit dated. To be specific, the mattress slopes to the door which indicates overuse. The arms of the desk chair were chewed up and needs to be replaced. Staff was excellent. The staff was gracious and told me it wasn’t a big deal at all as they cleaned it up. I felt terrible as that is not the way my dog behaves in hotels (I think it was a change in the time zone that threw him off).The hotel is conveniently located near the Okatie Ale House, Jack Frost Ice Cream and Upper Crust Pizza…all walking distance and good food. The hotel and the room both smelled fine, no musty odors. The breakfast was legit the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel and I am a very frequent traveler. The options were endless. I wish I would have taken a picture of my first plate. The lobby restroom was clean and stocked with a variety of free feminine products and as a female, I can appreciate that. Upon leaving, multiple staff thanked us for staying at their hotel and wished us safe travels and a wonderful day. I would recommend this hotel and I would def stay here again.
