This Hilton property is located only 1/2 block away from the beach and is reasonably maintained. Be aware that this location charges $10/night for parking even for Hilton Diamond members even for mid-week stays when the hotel is not full. Some of the amenities needed better cleaning and maintenance, but overall the stay was comfortable. The included hot breakfast in the morning was well-stocked and clean. We will stay at this location again when passing through the area.

Velho e correu para baixo. Definitivamente não é a qualidade que você esperaria de um estabelecimento Hilton.Primeiro, eles cobram pelo estacionamento, embora diga que não ao fazer a reserva no aplicativo Hilton.Em segundo lugar, eles anunciam quartos com varandas. Não se engane. Eu tinha uma varanda. Isso dava para o estacionamento do Walmart.Terceiro, o quarto era velho e degradado. I completamente se a minha estadia no Galveston Hampton Inn. A localização era perto do paredão, mas eu podia ver o mar da minha varanda e o hotel ficava em frente ao Walmart para uma necessidade rápida. As acomodações eram muito agradáveis e meu tipo de quarto era espaçoso. O café da manhã era muito bom. A equipe foi muito atenciosa.

O nosso quarto era uma suíte king-espaçosa, limpa e bela vista para o mar. Walmart do outro lado da rua, caminhada muito rápida para a praia e muitos restaurantes. A equipe foi agradável e acolhedora. A única coisa que não gostamos foi do nosso colchão. Não foi a cama Hilton confortável tradicional que esperamos e esperamos. Este era irregular, sem molas e afundou no meio. É uma pena porque todo o resto foi muito perfeito aqui.

Old and ran down. Definitely not the quality that you would expect from a Hilton property.First, they charge you for parking, although it says that no where when booking from the Hilton app.Second, they advertise rooms with balconies. Don't be fooled. I had a balcony. That overlooked the Walmart parking lot.Third, the room was old and ran down. It had a mini fridge with rust, a wall that was cracked and literally falling apart, a wood base for the mini fridge that was rotten and falling apart, and a microwave that was disgusting.Don't waste your money. Spent a few extra dollars and stay at a legit hotel.

Our room was a king suite-spacious, clean and beautiful view of the ocean. Walmart right across the street, very quick walk to beach and lots of restaurants. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The only thing we didn’t like was our mattress. It was not the traditional comfy Hilton bed we expect and look forward to. This was lumpy, no springs and sank in the middle. It’s too bad because everything else was pretty perfect here.

I completely enjoyed my stay at the Galveston Hampton Inn. The location was just off the seawall, but I could see the ocean from my balcony and the hotel was across from Walmart for a quick need. Accommodations were very nice and my room type was spacious. The breakfast was really good. The staff was very accommodating.

Exatamente o que eu esperaria do Hilton. Quarto bonito, limpo e silencioso. Bom café da manhã. Ótima localização. Perto de tudo. Do outro lado da rua do oceano, para que você possa caminhar até a praia. O Walmart também fica ao lado, então, se você esqueceu alguma coisa, pode fazer uma viagem rápida pela porta.

Exactly what I would expect out of Hilton. Beautiful, clean, quiet room. Good breakfast in the morning. Great location. Close to everything. Right across the street from the ocean, so you can just walk to the beach. Walmart is also right next door, so if you forgot something, you can make a quick trip out the door.

Room 310, smelled horrible of smoke. Tiny room. There was a dirty pair of womens underwear that I kicked out on the balcony. I immediately called front desk, asked for my room to be cleaned or to be moved. No one came until next morning, we got there late so maybe no housekeeping. Came back after cleaned and freaking nasty underwear are still on the balcony. So whatever lady left in a hurry your Maroon undies are probably still on the balcony. The chairs were even placed against balcony so they went out there and saw them…. It was the entire reason I wanted my room cleaned again. Smh lesson learned trying to be cheap but for an extra 20-40 a night I could have stayed at a 4-5 star, literally. This room is worth $50 not $125

Es un buen hotel , pero en ocasiones olvidan el servicio al cliente , la buena atencion , olvidan que tienen que ser amables y dar una buena cara y respeto a los visitantes , se rompen las expectativas,los aparatos son viejos y no funcionan adecuadamente,la carpeta sucia y creo que huele mal , lo ciento por ser tan onesto , no regresaremos
