The staff at this hotel were the best! They went well above and beyond their jobs to be helpful, friendly, and engaging with all of the guests. Our family stayed there during Thanksgiving 2022, and the staff were amazing! Dana and Trina at the desk and Barbara in the breakfast area were particularly wonderful! Everything at the hotel was perfect, but the employees of the hotel are the shining stars! A equipe deste hotel foi a melhor! Eles foram muito além de seus trabalhos para serem prestativos, amigáveis e envolventes com todos os convidados. Although the hotel and rooms were beautiful and in a great location, our stay was not pleasant. We requested 2 pack and plays for our 1 year old twins. We called the day before to ensure they were still reserved. When we got to the hotel around 3, they were not in our room, so we requested them again. We left to explore and came back to our room around 7, the pack and plays were still not there. We contacted the front desk AGAIN. They said they lost the keys to the maintenance closet and were trying to get in touch with the manager. After an hour, they finally found the keys. I understand mistakes happen, however, the man at front desk was not apologetic in the slightest. He was actually quite rude and even made a very sarcastic comment. Very disappointing experience. Traveling with young children comes with its own set of hurdles, this just really put a damper on our stay. This place was on the outskirts of the city, but an easy walk to the main parts of Savannah.The Inn and Suites were very clean and the beds were comfortable.The room was very spacious and the beds were nice.The only negative I would give is that there is limited parking in the main lot, I know that is not the hotel's fault, as there isn't a lot of space in Savannah.The staff was friendly and very inviting.You won't be disappointed if you decide to book this place.24 hour coffee station, and water bottles for the Hilton Honors members.They also had cuccumber water out for anyone to enjoy.Thank You for the great night. The woman who checked us in wasn't the most friendly. Not rude but not friendly. Parking is not close if you don't get in the lot. Left right right were her directions out of the back of their parking lot. We get to the room and it was ok. Bed was comfy but there was mold in the shower and blood on the curtains. We stayed the first night because we checked in late but checked out early the next morning. The reason I am giving 3 stars is Monique refunded us back the night we stayed and didn't charge us for the other nights we were supposed to stay for the inconvenience. The lobby is nice and looks clean, they were doing some painting so hotel has potential. We just didn't get lucky with our room I guess. A mulher que nos registrou não foi a mais amigável. Não rude, mas não amigável. O estacionamento não é próximo se você não entrar no estacionamento. Esquerda, direita, direita, eram as direções dela na parte de trás do estacionamento. We had a few challenges with our stay and I would give it a 4; however, with the type of service we received from Brent to solve our primary issues and the kindness of Bernard and Trina it wouldn't be fair to them.They deserve 5 stars 🌟 personally.The location is great if you want to be within walking distance of downtown and even the river.The reason I rate the rooms as a 3 is that in both rooms we stayed in I found items that belong to previous occupants.In the first there was a partially empty coke can on the left side of the bed.In the second room there was a pair of flip-flops on the left side of the bed just under the skirt.This gives me the sense that the rooms don't get a consistent careful cleaning. My stay was amazing. The hotel is in a great location everything is in walking distance. It was spacious and clean very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the water at the doors for guests who were walking places and breakfast was good with great choices. Rooms were clean and comfy pool was clean and well kept. I did have issues with the internet and would like to see that improve and was surprised to have to pay to park. But aside those things my stay was great and we would be back Minha estadia foi incrível. O hotel está em uma ótima localização tudo está a uma curta distância. Era espaçoso e limpo muito limpo. A equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora. Adorei a água nas portas para os hóspedes que estavam caminhando por lugares e o café da manhã era bom com ótimas opções. Quick stop with my crew, to fish in Savannah. The desk was very helpful in guiding us to local eateries within walking distance. The location was awesome and walking around at night seemed to be very safe. The room was clean and water in shower was hot. It was a pleasant stay.

Gostamos muito do lugar. Excelente localização para o distrito histórico de Savanah. A uma curta distância de e para tudo. O quarto que tivemos era muito espaçoso, mas poderia usar um pouco de data especialmente os móveis. Hilton deve investir na obtenção de travesseiros de boa qualidade. Boa variedade de comida para o café da manhã e a senhora que trabalha na área Sra. Barbara super simpática, simpática e prestativa. Grande piscina também. Cuidado com a taxa de estacionamento.

Minha irmã me presenteou com este quarto para passar a noite para que eu não tivesse que dirigir uma hora e meia para chegar em casa e também para voltar pela manhã. Meu marido está no hospital. Tudo foi adorável, exceto localização. Não era perto o suficiente do hospital, embora apenas cerca de 30 minutos de distância. Apreciei tanto o ambiente tranquilo quando cheguei ao meu quarto.

Funcionários educados.Se você não conseguir encontrar uma vaga de estacionamento ao lado do hotel, há uma garagem no lado oposto do vizinho Embassy Suites Hotel (US$ 30 por dia para estacionar sem manobrista; US$ 40 por dia para manobrista).Um café da manhã quente é servido das 6h às 10h.Você está a 5 minutos de carro da área ribeirinha para compras, restaurantes e bares. Um passeio de barco também está disponível.

We really liked the place. Great location to the Savanah Historic District. Walking distance to and from everything. The room we had was very spacious but could use a little up date specially the furniture.Hilton should invest in getting good quality pillows. Good variety of food for bfast and the lady that works the area Ms. Barbara super nice, friendly and helpful. Big pool too. Beware of the parking fee.

Very nice. Clean. Polite staff. If you can't find a parking space next to the hotel, there is a parking garage on the opposite side of the neighboring Embassy Suites Hotel ($30 a day to self park; $40 a day for valet). A hot breakfast is served from 6am - 10am. You're a 5 minute drive away from the riverfront area for shopping, dining and bars. A riverboat tour is also available.

Nice location with parking available (which is nice to have in the historic district). Many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast is included. I’d give this hotel 5 stars but the rooms are dated and need upgrading. However the rooms were very clean.

My sister gifted me with this room for the night so I would not have to drive an hour and a half to get home and also to come back in the morning. My husband is in the hospital. Everything was lovely except location. It was not close enough to the hospital though only about 30 minutes away. I so appreciated the restful environment when I got to my room.

Bom hotel! Eu estava esperando pior porque o exterior não parecia ótimo. O interior ficou lindo. O quarto estava limpo e espaçoso. Tivemos uma suíte king de 1 cama com sofá. Às vezes os hotéis têm um cheiro, mas este não. Todos os trabalhadores foram simpáticos e prestativos, especialmente Monique na recepção. Eu realmente não comi o café da manhã porque há muita comida em Savannah para experimentar. Era um hotel confortável. A localização é ótima! Fomos capazes de caminhar por toda parte no Centro Histórico. Este hotel fica perto de City Market e Broughton st. Normalmente, acabamos no City Market, que é onde Vinnie Van Go Go, Museu da Proibição, Pie Society e Lulu, que fica a 5 minutos a pé do hotel. Definitivamente recomendo.

Nice hotel!I was expecting worse because the outside didn't look great.The inside was beautiful.The room was clean and spacious.We had a 1 bed king suite with sofa.Sometimes hotels have a smell but this one did not.All the workers were friendly and helpful especially Monique at the front desk.I did not really eat the breakfast because there is so much food in Savannah to try.It was a comfortable hotel.The location is great!We were able to walk everywhere in Historic Downtown.This hotel is close to City Market and Broughton st.We usually ended up in City Market which is where Vinnie Van Go Go, Prohibition Museum, Pie Society, and Lulu is which is a 5 minute walk to the hotel.Definitely recommend.

Located by a v busy intersection however except for an occasional siren - no noise. Comfy bed. Immediate service when we found the fridge wasn’t getting cold-unplugged. Clean and beautiful. Never ate there but coffee was great.

O hotel é charmoso e está em uma localização privilegiada. Quanto aos quartos, algumas reformas bem necessárias são necessárias. Quase tropeçamos várias vezes nos carpetes da sala que estavam levantando do chão porque foram instalados sobre o carpete existente. O banheiro e o chuveiro não são o que eu esperaria de um hotel da marca Hilton, problemas de manutenção. A área do lobby do elevador no quarto andar parece que houve alguns danos causados pela água no molde que não foi abordado. Quanto ao estacionamento, o estouro deles estava na garagem do outro lado do Embassy Hotel, não valendo os US$ 24,00 que paguei. Me apaixonei pelo lobby, lindo, arquitetura. A localização é a melhor. Na orla do bairro histórico. Perto de todos os tipos de restaurantes, lojas. Fácil 10-15 minutos a pé do centro, da Catedral de São João Batista e outras atrações turísticas. O centro de boas-vindas do Old Town Trolley Tours fica a 2-3 quarteirões de distância. O estacionamento mais próximo do Hotel é muito limitado. Dica: Você pode caminhar pelo lobby do Embassy Suites para ter acesso seguro à garagem.

I fell in love with the lobby, beautiful, architecture. The location is best. On the edge of the historic district. Close by to all kinds of restaurants, shops. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the center, the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and other tourist attractions. Old Town Trolley tours welcome center is 2-3 blocks away.The parking nearest to the Hotel is very limited. Tip: You can walk through the lobby of the Embassy Suites to gain secure access to the parking garage.

The hotel is charming and is in a prime location. As for the rooms, some well-needed renovations are needed. We almost tripped several times over the carpet tiles in the room which were lifting off the floor because they were installed over existing carpet. The bathroom and the shower are not what I would expect from a Hilton brand hotel, maintenance issues. The elevator lobby area on the fourth floor looks like there was some water damage on the molding that was not addressed. As for parking, their overflow was in the parking garage on the other side of the Embassy Hotel, not worth the $24.00 I paid. If you plan on staying be sure to get your luggage out prior to parking.

Precio valor no se encuentra aquí. La habitación es amplia pero muy mal mantenida y mal limpiada. El baño tiene bastante moho y estaba sucia la poseta cuando nos entregaron la habitación. Los jabones que colocan lo reciclan de jabones usados con anterioridad. La alfombra al igual que la cama están sucia y el sofá cama manchado y sucio como la habitación. Dice que le hacen una extensa limpieza debido al Covid por lo que no me gustaría conocer una habitación sucia de este hotel. Deberían bajar más la tarifa para que se equiparara precio valor.Lo siento por la marca Hilton pero deberían poner a un supervisor para que realicen un buen trabajo de limpieza y entrega de habitaciones limpias.
