The staff here was super friendly, welcoming and just amazing! Hotel and room was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. Location is perfect for doing all things in Williams, Arizona. Pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing! Breakfast is included they have everything from cereal, bagels and toast to waffles, scrambled eggs, ham and seasoned potatoes! Coffee, orange juice, apple juice and a few others were available for beverages. Coffee and hot chocolate is available in lobby at all times! Check in was also smooth! We will be staying here anytime we visit Williams Arizona! Thanks for the amazing experience!

Complementary breakfast was really good. Staff welcomed us and feel very comfortable. Room were very clean and welcome message was displayed on the TV with your name. Only issue with the quality of sleep which we did not get on our stay.

We were greeted as soon as we walked thru the door. Check-in was quick and easy. The desk staff was always friendly and asked if we needed anything. The entire hotel is extremely clean and every person who worked there always smiled and engaged in conversation with us. We really appreciated the hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby especially with the cold outside temperatures. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was awesome Especially Marsha in front seat. The check in was fast and easy she explained everything in depth. There was someone else waiting so two gentleman came out and help the customer. No waiting which is great when you have been traveling. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. My sons loved the pool area and the breakfast was so good. I recommend a stay. We will be back.. ☺️☺️

Great staff, and service. They were extremely friendly and helpful anytime I had questions. They were very knowledgable of all the things to do in Williams Arizona. Great location close to the Grand Canyon. The beds were comfortable and the tv was the biggest I have seen in all my stays at Hilton properties. I planned to go watch the World Series but the tv was so big I didn’t even leave my room.
