I got nothing to complain! The place is amazing, top notch food and services. Very close to the rock on Rio festival but don't worry sounds won't bother you. The quality of the rooms are also great. There's a close mall too, I would come again

I stay at the Hilton Barra often for extended periods. The staff is terrific and the facilities are world class. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed out and I am a long-term Hilton Diamond member. Muito obrigado! BTW--I have stayed more than a 100 nights at this hotel over the years. That is probably the best evidence of how great I think the staff and the facilities are at the Hilton Barra.

Very friendly staff, well located near a shopping mall and also the former Olympic park. Near public transportation, but although it's not a very safe area to be walking around, just like every other neighborhood in Rio... Other than that a very nice place to go for business or leisure with family and Friends.

Overall, a very pleasant stay and would stay again. Professional staff. Secure with guard on every floor. Room and bathroom spacious, high quality real king bed, tasteful decor, and decent sound insulation from noise. Reliable central air conditioning and hot water. Full bar and restaurant, generous breakfast buffet. Rooftop pool is small and covered, with no sunbathing and insufficient patio seating/lounging capacity. Stayed here for new year's eve celebration. Good value party, although appetizers were fair at best. Good pyrotechnic viewing. Small shopping mall within walking distance. 10 min R30.00 cab ride to beach or a local good churrasco restaurant.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern. I love the total blackout curtains! The bathroom had a waterfall shower which was powerful. The Executive Lounge was cosy but not much food except some chocolate but there was free food at 6pm if you’re a Gold HHonors member. The swimming pool was lovely and warm but it’s outdoors which offers excellent views of the Municipal Airport! The staff are friendly and speak English which is always helpful in Brazil! The breakfast was lovely and the Happy Hour was good. I was extremely impressed with the reception area and the garden. Extremely beautiful. It’s also close to the shopping mall. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Barra De Tijuca.

When I checked in a. woman came up to the receptionist to pay for a beer. She wasn't wearing a mask. Nobody said anything to her. Then she got on the elevator (unmasked) and rode to her room. When I commented on this to the receptionist. She commiserated say, that it was a pity, but what could they do. So many people just don't want to wear masks..... Room was good, bed extremely comfortable -- great sheets and pillows. Too many people in the breakfast area -- crowding around the buffet.

Its an amazing hotel, great staff, beautiful rooms and view. Only downside is the location. You can stay on a beachfront hotels for 10 dollars more with all the other Perks.

This hotel is roughly ten mins taxi ride inland from the beech . In summer time they have a shuttle bus that takes you to a private beech 5/6 times daily for free . The staff are slightly dubious for...

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in the world .... Just to start they tidy up the room in 3 in 3 days nor the bed make up you still have to take out the trash ..... The lowest price is R $ 2500...
