Muito bom!!!! Gostei. A única coisa que acho poderia ser melhor o carpete dos corredores. Sei que é padrão nos hotéis, mas acho que está na hora de rever esse conceito. No mais, o hotel é muito bom, cheiroso, piscinas bem legais, bar da piscina bem legal com atendimento muito bom por parte dos funcionários. A academia apesar de ter poucos aparelhos, mas são modernos e bem conservados o ambiente é bem gostoso, limpo e cheiroso. Voltarei nesse hotel!!!

Atendimento ruim, serviço de praia quase inexistente, não há cadeiras e guarda sol para 20% dos hóspedes e esse cenário piora na piscina, com uma observação o guarda sol é cobrado 19 dólares a unidade, funcionários da área de praia ignorantes e despreparados, para piorar todo o cenário quando sai para devolver o carro alugado no aeroporto, percebi que havia uma batida que não havia no dia anterior, bateram no estacionamento do hotel, infelizmente não percebi na hora que peguei o carro. Em fim não recomendo, custo beneficio "péssimo".

Hotel caro, péssimo, paga-se para respirar. O serviço é ruim, não te entregam o que você compra. Nada funciona. Imaginem que você tem que pagar US$18 para usar o guarda sol do Hotel!!!

I stayed here on two occasions. First Time the stay was impeccable. Great beach, clean room and super awesome staff. The second time, staff was still awesome but the stay not so much. With minor difficulties experienced but the manager Skylar took charge of the situation and made it right. Will return here on the next trip. Thank you

The hotel and staff were lovely. We are Hilton Honors members and they graciously upgraded us and let us check in early. My 4 star is because of the air conditioner-- I don't think the temperature ever reached below 75 degrees. With 4 people in a room, it got very stuffy and uncomfortable. The next day the a/c would not turn back on and it was actually cooler outside the room.

Very disappointed in the hotel. Photos online are old. The room was super small with only one exit. The carpet smelled bad. I prepaid with Expedia but was still charged for hotel fees ( towels, lounge chairs,water, tea coffee that I never drank. ) No help from staff.I truly felt like they took advantage of me. Very disappointed and I would never recommend this hotel..

I had the beautiful opportunity to visit the Hilton Miami Cabana for my birthday! The customer service at the hotel was great and they were very attentive to our needs. I was disappointed however that the restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. I'm guessing business is slow during the week so they didn't have it open while I was a guest. It would've been nice to enjoy the food in the hotel. The hotel room was my least favorite if I have to be honest. It was clean but looked a little dingy. I made the best of it because it was my birthday week and I wanted to be happy but I wasn't that pleased with my room. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and partial ocean view (which i did appreciate). However the room was just not quite what I thought it would be when I looked at pictures on the website. What made up for it, is the direct beach access from the pool. That was really nice, and a huge plus!!! Overall I would give 3.5 stars. The staff is fantastic and the location is great with the beach and boardwalk at your fingertips. Everything else could've been a little better but overall you can see I still enjoyed myself with my friends.

Great location on the beach. Nice pools, beautiful beach. Drinks are a bit pricey, but in the ballpark of what you expect to pay on the beach. You get chairs and towels, but umbrellas are $20 a day and cabanas are $250. Staff is super nice and helpful.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! We were overcharged 5 times. The first day we had lunch and drinks at the hotel bar. The food was good, drinks okay and we charged everything to the hotel room. They do not give you a receipt to keep at the restaurant/bar when charging to the room. I kept a mental tally of everything we had spent. My card on file was charged that night but was more than we spent. I asked the hotel to pull the receipts and check against our room charges. After review, all four charges made to the room from the restaurant/bar were more than the original receipts. We were credited for the difference but were not told why it occurred. A few days later we decided to give the bar one more chance. I took a picture of my receipt at the bar and when checking out we were overcharged on that purchase too. We were refunded for a portion of our resort charges due to the multiple over charges. However, if we were not paying attention all of the overcharges would have gone unnoticed. Overall the hotel itself was just okay, nothing special. Most of the hotel staff was very friendly and polite. The ice machine is out on many floors so be prepared to go on a hunt if you want some ice. The resort charge DOES NOT include an umbrella at the beach. If you would like an umbrella with your chairs, it is an extra $20 per day. Lastly, room service is very hard to come by.

Very very nice hotel on the beach! Clean and friendly staff. They have 2 swimming pools that are closed at 8 pm during covid (as of October 2021) which is late compared to other hotels.

This place was great. Breakfast and lunch options were really good. Drinks are a little pricey but good. The views from the room were awesome. We had a partial ocean view and it felt like it was better than the direct view since we get to see the shoreline and the ocean for miles. Guest services take care of you and they're super nice. Just wish we had a microwave in the room.

Es un hotel bonito, pero el servicio de limpieza y del restaurante es regular ,no hay servicio al cuarto o al menos fue lo quenos informaron, ademas si deseas comer carne en horario de 2 a 3pm solo esta disponible después de la6pm, hay demora en las ordenes y el menu es digital asi que si no llevas tu teléfono es difícil ver que deseas, la piscina solo hasta la 8 pm

No hay servicio a habitación, las sombrillas de la playa las cobran, cuando se supone que las incluye el hotel, cuando llegas no te dan rápido tu habitacion!Lo único bueno son los meseros! Son muy amables!!!

Tuve un viaje fantástico.El hotel es cómodo pero las habitaciones están desgastadas, no hay servicio de limpieza al cuarto y pedir toallasfue terrible porque llegaron al día siguiente. LO mejor que tiene este hotel es su ubicación y el servicio de sus empleados. Wendy en el área de la piscina fue fantástica ella se encargo de que mi estadía en la piscina fuera de lo mejor. Informo sobre el alquiler de dos horas gratis de bicicleta. Las cual use con agua gratis... el DJ fue lo máximo.

Pésima experiencia. El día que llegamos tuvimos que esperar 1h para que nos den la habitación porque faltaba limpiarla, luego de esperar, entramos y estaba sucia. Todos los días que estuvimos alojados pedimos servicio de limpieza y solo 1 vez nos limpiaron la habitación, ese mismo día nos robaron un IPhone 12. Fuimos a hacer la queja a recepción y nadie nos daba una solución, el conserje jamás dio la cara. Desastre!!!! No volvería jamás.

This place struggled - charged one person in my party for all three rooms for all three nights on day one ($2,500). The room door key battery died at 1:30am (so we couldn't get in our room) and wasn't fixed until 2:45. Lovely room views, the hotel restaurant food was great and the beach staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Not consistent customer service training across all departments though.

Cree Stubbs made the week absolutely amazing. All the staff at the Hilton Cabana Miami were extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning. Winslow's coffee was truly something that should be served as the "World's best coffee". Thank you all so much for making a nearly tragic weekend turn into a gift from God.

Beautiful hotel, close to restaurants. Clean room, being right on the beach was wonderful. My phone unfortunately died while I was out in meetings and had to get a physical key when I got back. Staff saw me waiting for 10 minutes before offering help despite me asking for it. Didn't ask for a form of ID to prove the room I wanted a key to was actually my room. Also, someone slipped a fake pizza menu under my door. Notified staff about it and only thing they said was "yeah that happens a lot here we can't stop it." Doesn't exactly seem like the safest area/hotel Room service was wonderful. Quick and attentive, superb in their service!

Beautiful view! Wonderful staff! Perfect location! I loved the trail between the hotels and the beach. Perfect for a jog. The staff was very friendly and there were pools everywhere. A patron was getting a massage on the balcony. Two weddings. Loved it. Beautiful blue water!!
