Este é o único hotel em que ficarei quando estiver em Martinsburg. Os quartos estão sempre limpos e os funcionários são acolhedores e agradáveis. Especialmente Eric no restaurante/bar. Eric sempre me faz sentir a pessoa mais importante que ele viu naquele dia. Com pessoas assim trabalhando onde estou sempre me faz sentir como se estivesse em casa com meus amigos mais próximos!

Este es el único hotel en el que me quedaré cuando esté en Martinsburg. Las habitaciones están siempre limpias y los empleados son acogedores y agradables. Especialmente Eric en el restaurante/bar. Eric siempre me hace sentir como la persona más importante que ha visto ese día. ¡Con gente así, trabajar donde estoy siempre me hace sentir como en casa con mis amigos más cercanos!

This is the only hotel I will stay at when I'm in Martinsburg. Rooms are always clean and employees are welcoming and nice. Especially Eric at the restaurant/bar. Eric always makes me feel like the most important person he has seen that day. With people like that working where I am always makes me feel like I'm at home with my closest friends!

No geral tivemos uma boa experiência. O check-in foi fácil, o quarto estava limpo e a cama king size era confortável. No entanto, pagamos cerca de US $ 140 com nosso desconto de honra e pensamos que o café da manhã estava incluído. Infelizmente, não era, teria custado $ 10 cada. Depois de uma longa espera na recepção, enquanto dois membros da equipe estavam envolvidos em um telefonema, perguntamos e eles disseram que nosso preço não incluía café da manhã. Em uma viagem de última hora para ver a família para um evento inesperado, este hotel foi amigável, limpo e pude trazer meu cachorro (taxa adicional). A equipe ainda fez perguntas sobre o meu membro da família.Como ouvi muitas vezes, eu estava um pouco preocupado com o que o quarto seria, uma vez que era pet friendly. Eu não poderia ter sido mais agradavelmente surpreendido. Sem cheiros ofensivos, apenas um quarto limpo que era perfeito para nós dois.Além disso, a localização era excelente. Eu era capaz de caminhar para comer e fazer compras.Com certeza usarei este hotel em minhas futuras viagens.

En un viaje de última hora para ver a la familia por un evento inesperado, este hotel fue amable, limpio y pude traer a mi perro (cargo adicional). El personal incluso hizo preguntas sobre mi familiar.Como escuché muchas veces, estaba un poco preocupado por cómo sería la habitación, ya que admitía mascotas. No podría haber estado más gratamente sorprendido. Sin olores desagradables, solo una habitación limpia que era perfecta para nosotros dos.Además, la ubicación era excelente. Pude caminar hasta la comida y las compras.Definitivamente usaré este hotel en mis futuros viajes.

En general, tuvimos una buena experiencia. El registro fue fácil, la habitación estaba limpia y la cama tamaño king era cómoda. Sin embargo, pagamos alrededor de $140 con nuestro descuento de honor y pensamos que el desayuno estaba incluido. Desafortunadamente, no lo fue, habría costado $ 10 cada uno. On a last minute trip to see family for an unexpected event, this hotel was friendly, clean and I was able to bring my dog (additional fee). The staff even asked questions about my family member. As heard of many times, I was a bit concerned about what the room would be like since it was pet friendly. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. No offensive smells, just a clean room that was perfect for the two of us. Also, the location was excellent. I was able to walk to food and shopping. I will definitely be using this hotel in my future trips.

Overall we had a good experience. Check-in was easy, the room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. However, we paid around $140 with our honors discount and we thought breakfast was included. Unfortunately, it was not, it would have cost $10 each. After a long wait at the front desk, while two staff members were both engaged in a phone call, we asked and they said our price didn't include breakfast. If we return to this area, I would stay at a less expensive hotel that includes hot breakfast.

Este Hilton Garden Inn é um dos mais novos, acredito que tenha um ano. Os quartos são ótimos, limpos, camas macias, TVs grandes. O atendimento sempre foi amigável. Uma pequena desvantagem é que eles ainda não têm serviço de quarto, e seu restaurante não está aberto aos domingos.Meu maior problema com o hotel é a maneira como ele foi projetado. Ele foi construído com espaço para banquetes/conferências, e isso fica no outro extremo do prédio e além disso fica o estacionamento considerável. Eu dirijo um caminhão e na maioria das vezes eu arrasto um trailer. Estacionamento não é o problema. A questão é que é uma boa caminhada de 500 pés até uma pequena inclinação até a porta da frente. E no calor do verão é uma caminhada brutal, especialmente quando você está carregando várias malas. Na minha segunda viagem notei uma entrada dos fundos do hotel ao lado dos elevadores, porém não há passarela para o lote, então você tem que caminhar pela grama 200 pés para chegar ao lote.

Este Hilton Garden Inn es uno de los más nuevos, creo que tiene un año. Las habitaciones son geniales, limpias, con camas suaves, televisores grandes. El servicio siempre ha sido amable. Una pequeña desventaja es que todavía no tienen servicio de habitaciones y su restaurante no abre los domingos.Mi mayor problema con el hotel es la forma en que fue diseñado. Fue construido con espacio para banquetes/conferencias, y eso está en el otro extremo del edificio y más allá se encuentra su considerable estacionamiento. Conduzco un camión y la mayor parte del tiempo llevo un remolque. El estacionamiento NO es el problema. El problema es que es una buena caminata de 500 pies por una pequeña pendiente hasta la puerta principal. Y en el calor del verano es una caminata brutal, especialmente cuando llevas varias bolsas. En mi segundo viaje, noté una entrada trasera al hotel justo al lado de los ascensores, sin embargo, no hay una pasarela para llegar al estacionamiento, por lo que debe caminar a través del césped 200 pies para llegar al estacionamiento.

This Hilton Garden Inn is one of the newest, I believe it is a year old. Rooms are great, clean, soft beds, big TVs. Service has always been friendly. One small disadvantage is that they still do not have room service, and their restaurant is not open on Sundays.My biggest beef with the hotel is the way it was designed. It was built with banquet/conference space, and that's on the far end of the bldg and beyond that sits their sizeable parking lot. I drive a truck and most of the time I haul a trailer. Parking is NOT the issue. The issue is that it is a good 500ft walk up a small incline to the front door. And in the summer heat it is a brutal walk especially when you are carrying multiple bags. On my second trip I noticed a back entrance to the hotel right next to the elevators, however there is no walkway to the lot, so you have to walk through the grass 200ft to get to the lot.

Ótimo hotel, muito limpo, equipe incrível e prestativa. Todos me trataram muito bem. Jantei no restaurante e novamente a equipe foi maravilhosa. A única queda foram os “tacos de rua”. O melhor que posso dizer é que eram comestíveis. Aqueles tacos no menu precisam ser removidos ou trocados por algo mais autêntico. Seria mais fácil mudar para um taco de bife grelhado também conhecido como carne asada.

Gran hotel, muy limpio, increíble y servicial personal. Todos me trataron muy bien. Cené en el restaurante y nuevamente el personal fue maravilloso. El único inconveniente fueron los "tacos callejeros". Lo mejor que puedo decir es que eran comestibles. Esos tacos en el menú deben eliminarse o cambiarse por algo más auténtico. Sería más fácil cambiar a un taco de bistec a la parrilla, también conocido como carne asada.

Great Hotel, very clean, awesome and helpful staff. Everyone treated me very well. I ate dinner at the restaurant and again the staff was marvelous. The only down fall was the “street tacos”. The best I can say is that they were edible. Those tacos on the menu need to be removed or changed out for something more authentic. It would be easier to switch to a grilled steak taco also known as carne asada.

A equipe foi incrível muito acolhedora e amigável eles têm um bar modesto que está aberto de 5 a 10 eu tinha uma coroa e cerveja de gengibre e foi delicioso. Minha família de 10 pessoas gostou da piscina, a temperatura do quarto estava quente, o que nos impediu de congelar quando saímos e apreciamos ter tudo para nós, pois realmente parecia que apenas uma outra família poderia se juntar a nós, desde que não tivessem mais de 4 ou 5 membros... nesse ponto estaríamos todos em cima uns dos outros, mas provavelmente teria sido um grande jogo de galinha. Optamos por um quarto com 2 camas e, considerando o preço, eu esperava uma vista bastante decente, em vez disso, estávamos de frente para o duto de ar, as camas confortáveis compunham a vista feia. Também o fato de a TV estar giratória para que o brilho da janela não causasse muitos problemas. Em suma, nossa estadia foi incrível

El personal fue increíble, muy complaciente y amable, tienen un bar modesto que está abierto de 5 a 10. Tuve una corona y cerveza de jengibre y estaba delicioso. Mi familia de 10 disfrutó de la piscina, la temperatura ambiente era cálida, lo que evitó que nos congeláramos cuando salimos y apreciamos tenerlo todo para nosotros, ya que realmente parecía que solo otra familia podría unirse a nosotros siempre que no tuvieran más de 4 o 5 miembros... en ese momento todos hubiéramos estado uno encima del otro, pero probablemente habría sido un gran juego de pollo. Optamos por una habitación con 2 camas y, teniendo en cuenta el precio, esperaba una vista bastante decente, en lugar de eso, estábamos frente al conducto de aire, las cómodas camas compensaban la fea vista. También el hecho de que el televisor giraba, por lo que el resplandor de la ventana no causaba muchos problemas. En general, nuestra estancia fue increíble.

Mostly very nice. However, there were only (2) 16 oz bottles of water and a few coffee pods with the room and a pot of coffee downstairs. After that, we were expected to pay $10-14 pp for breakfast. For about $200/night, one would think they could afford to include at least a bowl of oatmeal.

The staff was amazing very accommodating and friendly they have a modest bar which is open from 5 to 10 I had a crown and ginger ale and it was delicous. My family of 10 enjoyed the pool the room temperature was warm which kept us from freezing when we got out and we appreciated having it all to ourselves as it really seemed only one other family would be able to join us provided they had no more than 4 or 5 members...at that point we would have all been on top of each other but it probably would have made for a great game of chicken. We opted for a room with 2 beds and considering the price I was hoping for a pretty decent view instead we were facing the air duct the comfy beds made up for the ugly view. Also the fact that the TV was on a swivel so the glare from the window didn't cause much trouble. All in all our stay was amazing
