Our bedroom was very nice, comfortable, clean and the view was excellent. But the problem was our shower didn't have a door and the floor of our bathroom was wet all the time. By other hand, my husband wanted to drink a cup of coffee and the coffee machine (close to the front desk) was broken. This hotel could be a very nice place for vacation time but they need to fix simple things.

The hotel is nice and very well appointed. Lovely bar very nice restaurants. The room is spacious and comfortable. That's the good part. The front staff are friendly but a little flippant. Let's just say they have a 5 star attitude in a 3 star hotel. The pool and the Jacuzzi are not heated!!! So the water is at ambient temperature in the low 70ﾟF. Got a real shock when I stepped down into the Is hot tub Never heard of a cold Jacuzzi leaving tomorrow Also the area IN and around the hotel feels like staying in a hospital no atmosphere no fun. It feels sterile

The hotel is located in the suburbs outside of San Jose. Great location with restaurants and other amenities close by. Since the ground floor consisted of boutiques or stores i almost missed where to access the hotel. Lobby is on the first floor, it emulates a modern contemporary design. Check in was a breeze. The staff was polite and pleasant. The room was quite nice, clean and comfortable, spacious. The facilities were awesome. Breakfast was delicious. I had an awesome time. I would love to visit again.

This was a perfect stop for our trip passing by the city. Santa Ana is a suburb near San José, so it's not as crowded. The hotel is located within an open mall so you have restaurants, stores and even a movie theater across the street in a secure area (private security is around). We had dinner at the hotel with some cocktails and it was very good. The gym facilities are very good as well. The service was excellent. Definitely will recommend it if you need to stay near the city.

Hotel muito bacana, nossa família aproveitou um pacote para passar o final de ano lá e nós gostamos muito. O hotel é novo e imaculado, a atenção foi muito boa e todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e corteses. O quarto era confortável e amplo. A área da piscina fica no terceiro nível, por isso tem uma bela vista para Lindora e Alajuela.

O hotel era super agradável e limpo. O ginásio bem equipado e a piscina tinham uma vista muito bonita sobre a cidade. Estou super decepcionado com a minha estadia pelos seguintes motivos. Durante o café da manhã, eles colocam a máquina de café, o distribuidor de suco e a água em fila para os hóspedes levarem para a mesa. Enquanto eu estava pegando café, um dos membros da equipe começou a me dizer que o café custa $ 3 dólares a mais. Não havia nenhum sinal ou qualquer coisa denotando essa cobrança extra e estava bem ao lado do suco que está incluído. A cobrança de $ 3 dólares não é um problema para mim, mas eu me senti extremamente enganado quando a equipe veio e serviu-lhe café que aparentemente está incluído (era exatamente o mesmo café que eu comprei na máquina ...). Fiquei muito chateado com o princípio disso, você não interpreta pessoas assim. Pedi a um gerente que a informasse de que seria uma boa ideia colocar uma placa dizendo que o café é a única coisa excluída do café da manhã. O gerente foi muito indiferente e desdém. Muito mau gosto na minha boca deste hotel em particular. Se eles tentarem jogar com você por $ 3, não posso imaginar em que mais eles tentarão jogar com você. Eu amei o hotel em geral, mas essa experiência me deixou muito decepcionado e chateado. Não tenho problemas em pagar $ 3, mas nem todo mundo tem dinheiro para fazer isso. Está muito confuso, por favor, faça melhor.

Ficamos por 3 noites e realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia! Mesmo tho eles acabaram de abrir (7 dias antes) e não estavam totalmente configurados, eles garantiram que a nossa estadia fosse da mais alta qualidade. O hotel está em uma ótima localização, com diferentes restaurantes e salões ao redor, bem como perto o suficiente para dirigir ou pegar um Uber para chegar ao Multiplaza Escazu. Nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui novamente.

El hotel esta en una linda zona,impecable y moderno.Cuenta con todos los cuidados respecto al Covid-19,Shirley y Roxana (dos de las colaboradoras del restaurant fueron muy atentas), esto lo agradecemos pues tenemos una niña pequeña. Muy buen menú y carta de vinos.Por ser un hotel muy nuevo aún tienen que mejorar algunos detalles respecto al parqueo.

The stay on New Years Eve was very pleasant. The hotel is in a beautiful area, impeccable and modern, it has all the care regarding Covid-19, Shirley and Roxana (two of the restaurant's collaborators were very attentive), we appreciate this because we have a little girl. Very good menu and wine list. Being a very new hotel they still have to improve some details regarding parking.

The hotel was super nice and clean. The gym well equipped and the pool had a really nice view over looking the city. I’m super disappointed in my stay for the following reasons. During breakfast they have the coffee machine, juice dispenser, and water in a line for guests to take back to their table. As I was getting myself coffee one of the staff members proceeds to tell me that the coffee is $3 dollars extra. There was no sign or anything denoting this extra charge and it was right next to the juice which is included. The $3 dollar charge is not an issue for me but I did feel extremely played as the staff comes around and pours you coffee which apparently is included (it was the same exact coffee that I got myself on the machine...). I was very upset at the principle of it, you don’t play people like that. I proceeded to ask for a manager to let her know that it would be a good idea to put a sign up that says the coffee is the only thing excluded from the breakfast. The manager was very aloof and dismissive. Very bad taste in my mouth from this particular hotel. If they try to play you for $3 I can’t imagine what else they try to play you on. I loved the hotel overall but this experience left me very disappointed and upset. I don’t have a problem paying $3 but not everyone has money to do so. It’s very messed up, please do better.

We stayed for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay! Even tho they just opened (7 days before) and weren't fully set up they made sure our stay was to the highest quality. They hotel is in a great location with different restaurants and lounges around, as well as close enough to either drive or hop in an Uber to get to Multiplaza Escazu. We will definitely be staying here again.
