We had an incredible four night stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We didn’t take the parks shuttle, but we saw it come with regularity. The hotel was incredibly clean and we especially appreciated the well appointed gym. Breakfast was also delicious! Signia is connected to the Waldorf, which has a beautiful spa. Thank you, Signia, for an amazing stay!

We stayed from 24-28th, Nov for our Disney trip, and it was wonderful! Staff: very friendly, accommodated in all ways possible Disney shuttle: we caught the earliest ones every day to take full advantage of the early entry and had no issues. On-site restaurant: food & beverage was great! Daily cleaning: we didn’t know that we had to opt in for daily cleaning, but front desk fixed that for us right away. Room: nice and quiet, no issues. And I got a free upgrade for my gold member status. Lobby renovation: it’s towards the very end of it, and it wasn’t loud after we got back everyday, so it didn’t bother us at all. Overall: Great experience, highly recommend to everyone.

A very good friend of mines got married at Disney and my family elected to stay at this hotel. Although under renovations the hotel service was fantastic! Carlos, Matt and Tyler from the front desk were great! Also the services in the restaurants we ate at were great also! Will definitely look forward to returning in the future especially to see the redesign.

This is one of the top hotels in Orlando. the hotel is clean and easy to get around. The rooms are updated, comfortable, and roomy. The rooms had a great view of the evening fireworks at Disney. Staff was friendly, food was pretty good too! The shuttles ran timely to the theme parks - the pool area was kept clean - overall we had a great experience! Bummer that it rained on us two of the days we were there, so we’ll be going back. & when we do, we’ll be staying at this hotel again!

This hotel is under construction in the lobby. They have the best well trained professional staff of any place I have ever stayed. The front desk guys were the best. All of them!! Marcus and Robby knew every answer to every question! The bellman were very prompt. The food prices are high but all 4 and 5 star hotels are like this. I will stay there again. The pool was extremely full the Sunday before labor day. Not real kid friendly because of all the drunk people. Pool was packed. People do steal your chairs if u are in the pool at both Hilton and Waldorf.. Very diverse crowd.. We went over to the Waldorf and a couple took my daughter and my chair when we were in the pool and when I asked them why they moved our stuff they said nothing was there. A middle aged woman who had a big attitude, so we lost our stuff ..Oh Well.

O hotel é excelente. Quarto amplo, limpo e organizado. Atendimento não muito simpático, mas rápido. Ponto ruim é o estacionamento ser num prédio à parte, mas nada muito longe.

Honestly, I would have given it a 2.5* if that was possible. Comparing this to a universal (3* resort), this is wayyyy worse! The servicefrom the staff in the hotel from start to finish has been poor! We had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned….this didn’t happen until day 5 of our 7 night stay and still that didn’t really happen, one bed made and the other not. We had to ask for new towels. Before they hadn’t supplied, no water or anything until we demanded in reception. Nobody seems bothered, a lack of enthusiasm and willingness to help. We had to wait 30 minutes for the bell person to come along for our bag storage? Why?Wouldn’t recommend to be honest. I don’t think it’s worth the money at all….and to top it off we were charged $350 resort charge at the end of the stay which we had no idea about 🤦🏼‍♂️The only positive I have to stay, it’s some of the bar staff in the pool bar are lovely. Apart from that…wouldn’t consider returning.Overall this hotel represents poor service, expensive and a wasted opportunity for what could be amazing! 🤷🏼‍♂️

Amazing stay. Lots of great food options, comfortable, clean room. Relaxing pool (however the pool floors could use a clean) super close to Disney. The shuttles were not the greatest routes, so did take Uber a lot (but it wasn't far/expensive). The place is under construction, but didn't interfere with much. However the last day was overwhelming busy with children/soccer teams. I felt like I was at Disney waiting in line for foods, no room at the pool. But all the other days were nice, calm and not to busy.

Nice hotel with views of the Disney properties & some fireworks. There is construction going on (June 2022). It did not impede on our stay. The pool is lovely. I think it's time for some resurfacing though. If you are bringing small children bring your own floats for the lazy river. We rented a Cabana and it was well worth it. Shaun was absolutely fantastic. We never went throughout the day needing anything.

Staying here may be pricier than others in Orlando, but so worth it! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are impressive, and the pool area is above and beyond! They let us check in extra early, got a free upgrade to king, and were accommodating when we had a family emergency and had to check out a day early. Be sure to make time for the pool, it has a lazy River where you can float your stress away. If you need a little more, the servers in the pool area are awesome!

Love this hotel. Convenient to Disney parks and very nice inside. The pool was heated and the man restaurant and bar is open to outside. The rooms were clean and updated. The only issue we had was that our room was at the very end of the building.. this building is huge! It was a 5 minute walk once getting off the elevator. But overall a great stay with great staff

Our family has been to this Hilton property over 10 times throughout the years.We always have a great experience with the kids.Spend the day at the pool with the lazy river and then hit the parks at night.Its a great hotel to come back to after the parks.Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to accommodate when we have requests.On our most recent visit we dined at La Luce for Italian and Zeta for sushi..Both wonderful experiences with our family.We will be back for the holidays next year.

I’m a Hilton guy. I have a gazillion points and have the highest status. This Hilton is a notch above the rest. The room was great. The service was great.The restaurant was great. Now that being said…it’s on Disney property and I am also a huge Disney fan. So if you want a true Disney experience go stay again a Disney resort.If you are looking for a great hotel with great service for a business trip or you are passing through town make sure to stay at this Hilton.

Awesome Hotel! We will definitely stay here again! The pool & lazy river were great! The shuttle to Hollywood Studios & Disney Springs was convenient and complimentary. Nice size rooms. Multiple dining options along with a very nice breakfast buffet.

Lo diferente es que le roban el dinero a uno sin piedad yo por problemas de enfermedad y ser consciente de que si acudía a mi reawrvacion podía contagiar a otros la decisión fue no ir y cuando llame y explique me dijeron que no podían devolverme el dinero son unos ladrones y más el momento quw estamos viviendo estafadores es lo que son no reserven con ellos aganme caso

Limpio, con una aceptable piscina para pasar en familia donde los menores disfrutan. La oferta gastronómica podía ser más variada al contar con solo dos restaurantes uno asiático y otro estilo italiano.

Esta ,uy lindo el hotel pero la habitación no tiene nada que ver con el hotel primero nada mas que entre un candy en el piso ,no tiene microwave,fui con niños y ellos no comen todo lo qué hay así que le tengo que llevar su comida y para calentar tenía que bajar ,pedí un blanket y me dieron uno que no me pude tapar el por el mal olor humedad tan grande que tenía y una toalla porque parecía sucia y me dijeron cuando la cambie ,no es sucia es manchada ,en el hotel donde trabajo es un hotel 3 estrellas y las toallas con una pequeña mancha no se ponen en el cuarto ni se le dan a un huésped porque da una mala impresión ,el parqueo súper caro la verdad yo por lo menos no voy mas a ese

My wife and I visited recently and had a blast! We wanted a hotel that we didn't have to leave and this fit well. The grab and go shop was honestly my favorite. It was very convenient and had a good breakfast offering and an AMAZING turkey and bacon sandwich. Like I'm not joking when I say it was the best I've ever had. I wish the Beech or Myth bar opened a tad earlier because when I'm at a resort I like to relax earlier. But it is something I understand. But what really made us happy was that there were so many non-alcoholic drinks listed on the menu for my wife. It is easy enough to ask the bar tender to try and think something to make but when there are so many choices, it makes things easier and more fun. We'll definitely come back, and most likely with new additions to the family next time.

What a wonderful, relaxing long weekend. We loved the service, the lazy river pool and the amazing restaurants. The rooms were so clean and we felt very safe. Service throughout the entire resort was wonderful. We felt pampered. We had dinner at La Luce and it was the best meal we have had in a long time. Try the fried olives....crazy good! We will definitely be back but next time we will rent a cabana for more luxurious fun.

Este es un excelente Hotel todos los detalles sido muy bien cuidados. Lo mejor del hotel sin duda es la piscina. Que es un río que circula por todo el rededor. Hay buenos restaurantes con precios accesibles. Y unas vistas preciosas de campos de golf. Sin duda un lugar muy armonioso para tener relax entre las visitas a los parques de Orlando.

En las habitaciones (738-740) se nos quedaron 2 relojes, una pulsera de oro y 2 lociones nuevas; y a pesar, de que al día siguiente llamamos al hotel, se perdieron, no respondieron y afirmaron que a lo mejor fue el personal del aseo. Esperábamos recuperarlos.
