Em primeiro lugar, gostei muito da minha estadia de 3 noites aqui neste Holiday Inn. Meu quarto era limpo e tinha muitas toalhas, artigos de toalete, era bastante espaçoso para 2 pessoas. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e me forneceu lâminas de barbear e creme de barbear mediante solicitação. Eles também tinham café da manhã grátis e meu único arrependimento foi não ter aproveitado mais cedo porque eles tinham tudo, desde bagels, ovos, claras de ovos, frutas, iogurte, salsichas, pacotes de aveia, etc. Originalmente, eu não esperava muito do café da manhã mas eu estava honestamente surpreso com o quão boa a comida era.Algumas pessoas fizeram comentários sobre o hotel cobrar pelo estacionamento. Isso é completamente falso. Ao fazer o check-in, o funcionário da recepção fornece um passe de estacionamento que você pode exibir em seu painel. Outros mencionaram que a unidade de CA faz muito barulho à noite, mas isso obviamente depende da sua tolerância ao nível de ruído. First things first, I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay here at this Holiday Inn. My room was clean and had plenty of towels, toiletries, was quite spacious for 2 people. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided me with free razors and shaving cream upon request. They also had free breakfast and my only regret was not taking advantage of it sooner because they had everything from bagels, eggs, egg whites, fruits, yogurt, sausages, oatmeal packs, etc. Originally, I wasn't expect much from the breakfast but I was honestly surprised at how good the food was. Some people made comments about the hotel charging for parking. This is completely false. Upon checking in, the front desk associate provides you with a parking pass that you can display on your dashboard. Others mentioned about the AC unit making too much noise at night but this obviously depends on your noise level tolerance. Personally, I didn't have any trouble with the noise level and I consider myself a light sleeper. One thing I noticed was that they seemed to be short-staffed during my checkout, but I understand that these things can happen due to unforeseen circumstances so no big deal. Overall, book with confidence. This place is legit.

A equipe estava limpando e reabastecendo os itens do café da manhã constantemente. Recepção super simpática e prestativa. Fizemos o check-in 1 hora mais cedo, apesar do hotel estar lotado! Nós também temos um upgrade para causa de terno king originalmente tivemos quarto king para 3 pessoas. Eles fizeram um entalhe extra para nos ajudar e nos acomodar! Piscina é 85f e jacuzzi em s 105f. Muito bom pequeno ginásio. Muitos restaurantes a uma curta distância. Altamente recomendado

O hotel é bom e eles oferecem uma grande variedade de itens de café da manhã. Seria bom se eles oferecessem pão sem glúten como os hotéis Marriott e tivessem informações sobre alergias disponíveis para a comida. Cobraram pelo estacionamento quando o promovem como gratuito. O quarto é básico, mas limpo. Este hotel tem apenas 6 anos, eu acho. O café-da-manhã foi bastante impressionante com ovos, bacon, salsicha, máquina de panquecas, frutas, bagels, iogurte, pãezinhos de canela, sucos. Café e chá estão disponíveis durante todo o dia. Há um dispensador de água filtrada no andar de baixo e lavanderia que custa $ 2,50 por carga. As pessoas na recepção são muito prestativas, especialmente Julie, que trabalha no turno da tarde.A desvantagem é que as paredes são muito finas, então traga uma máquina de ruído se você tiver sono leve.

The hotel is nice and they offer a wide selection of breakfast items. It would be nice if they offered gluten free bread like the Marriott hotels and had allergy information available for the food. They charged for parking when they promote it as free. The hot tub was clean and nice. The front desk clerk Michael that checked is in was extremely helpful and fun.

The room is basic but clean. This hotel is only 6 years old I think. The breakfast was pretty impressive with eggs, bacon, sausage, a pancake maker, fruits, bagels, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, juices. Coffee and tea are available all day long. There is a filtered water dispenser downstairs and laundry facilities that are $2.50 per load. The people at the front desk are very helpful especially Julie who works the afternoon shift. The downside is that the walls are really thin so bring a noise machine if you’re a light sleeper.

Very convenient location, close to restaurants and hikes. Excellent breakfast. Extremely clean and well maintained. Staff was cleaning and replenished breakfast items constantly. Front desk super friendly and helpful. We got checked in 1 hour early despite the hotel was fully booked!! We also got upgraded to king suit cause originally we had king room for 3 people. They made an extra notch to help and accommodate us! Pool is 85f and jacuzzi in s 105f. Very nice little gym. Plenty of restaurants within walk-in distance. Highly recommend

My husband and I love holiday inns and stay at them all the time so we're spire elite members. This particular holiday Inn was beautiful, clean, and staffed with friendly people. When we checked in I noticed a smell of smoke in our room that was faint but nevertheless present. I went to the front desk and spoke with Michael about it, saying that we didn't mind staying in the room but I wanted it noted on our file so we weren't blamed for the smell. They were incredibly busy so I understand how he could have forgotten to note it, but regardless, we were charged 150 dollars for a cleaning fee. When I called to correct the issue, the phone call took over 45 minutes and I was on hold for 98% of that time. The manager was polite but informed me that unless Michael remembers our conversation (almost a month ago), then there's nothing she can do. I'm waiting on hearing back from them but this is honestly a pain to deal with. I guess in the future I have to demand another room rather than being complacent about the smokey one, but the manager even said that they're booked up most weekend nights. I'm not sure how I should handle this if it happens in the future. Overall, a super unpleasant experience.

Um dos melhores hotéis do Holiday Inn viveu. A suíte em si era muito espaçosa, com um design e iluminação modernos. Havia muito espaço de armazenamento e armários também. O banheiro estava totalmente limpo. Absolutamente sem queixas com qualquer coisa no quarto e foi um prazer ficar aqui. O café-da-manhã continental gratuito foi ótimo com muitas opções saudáveis. Parecia que a equipe estava fazendo um bom trabalho em manter as coisas limpas por aqui. O hotel está convenientemente localizado, não muito longe do centro de Sedona. Gostei especialmente da localização porque fica bem em frente a uma gigantesca colina de pedra vermelha. Assim, você obtém vistas espetaculares do lado de fora do hotel. No geral, você obtém um hotel muito bom para o preço pago. 10/10 recomendaria a qualquer pessoa que visite a área.

One of the better Holiday Inn’s alive stayed at. The suite room itself was very spacious with a modern design and lighting. There was plenty of storage and cabinets as well. The toilet was sparkling clean. Absolutely no complaints with anything in the room and it was a pleasure staying here. The free continental breakfast was great with plenty of healthy options. It seemed like the staff were doing a pretty good job at keeping things clean around here. The hotel is located very conveniently not too far from downtown Sedona. I especially liked the location because it sits right in front of a gigantic red rock hill. So you get spectacular views right outside your hotel. Overall, you get a very good hotel for the price you pay. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone visit the area.
