“I stay here nearly every time I come to Disney, typically about once a year. The hotel is fairly nice and a fair price. It has become pretty inconvenient that you need to go downstairs in order to ask for the amenities that you’ve already paid for (like the two bottles of water per day or the coffee for the room’s coffee maker that should be included in your stay) and if you don’t go downstairs to get them then you never see them because they don’t provide cleaning/restocking services daily. In my current trip, the service has been awful. I’ve tried twice to order food and pay for quick snacks at the bar and have been ignored each time. I went to the front desk to try and pay for snacks from their quick service area and was directed back to pay at the bar, where I stood while two or three individuals who arrived after me were taken care of first. I finally put the items back on the shelf and left. I called the front desk to ask if there was another way I could order food and, when directed to the bar again, I told them what had happened and received an “oh no! Sorry to hear that” and no further resolution. So I said, “I guess I’ll just door dash food instead” and received an “oh okay! Thank you”. What a joke. Further, we’ve been here since Wednesday (today is a Sunday) and our first room cleaning/restocking service was today. The restocked items weren’t even restocked where they go (they were in a bag on the desk), one of the beds wasn’t made (potentially because there was a closed suitcase on top of it?), and a pillow was sitting in the middle of the made bed without a pillow case put back onto it (no reasoning for this one). The declining service is not worth the room price when competitors next door are $10-15 more per night and offer significantly better service. What an absolute joke - amenities have now become basically self service (no worries, they’re still a part of your charges) and good luck ordering any quick service items, food, or drinks at the bar. Cannot believe that a hotel that’s a part of Disney’s off-property resorts and reflects their name can get away with offering such poor service.”

“We stayed here for a soccer tournament and there was some good and bad. First, the staff was friendly and helpful, they did a great job! The complimentary drink tickets were a nice touch and the food we ordered was really good! It was a very nice, short walk to Disney Springs. You can also see fireworks from two locations at night on the higher balconies which was nice. Now the not so good. At check-in, they tell you to get a complimentary gift in the lobby. So we went, but it ended up being a coupon book. We found the whole interaction strange and honestly a waste of time. We booked two rooms to accommodate our family of five. One room was semi-clean and one was GROSS. It had hairs on the sheets, in the bathroom and even in the fridge. There was a strange white stain on the carpet that we had to cover with a towel the whole trip to not gag. Thankfully, we were not in the rooms often and the balcony was nice to sit on instead of the room. With the good reviews and COVID, I expected a much cleaner hotel.”
