The green exterior is a shock at first but once inside the place has a nice vibe. The lobby is comfortable with several big sofas and chairs to relax. They receive you with a drink, either sparkling wine or beer. There is a casino in the lobby area but I did not use it so cannot comment on it. The room was big, spacious, with contemporary amenities and nice views of the mountains and lake. The ballroom area was spacious and comfortable for a small meeting (~100 people). The Long Eagle Grill which apparently is associated with the hotel is an amazing place. They have a pool and other attractions in place that makes the hotel very appealing for an escape. Overall, highly recommended.

Staff are amazingly hospitable. We loved the peaceful village vibe it’s located in. Very close to liquor stores and top notch food across the street if you want a sit-in or take-out option. But we ordered a ton from the hotel’s to-go restaurant service out of convenience which was also super delicious (big portions, on-point quality). The Sierra Cafe is a great brunch place but would recommend to just go all out for the buffet as pricing can be a bit high Amenities like hot tub, robe, gym service were nice extras. The only thing I wish could be better would be their bathroom/soaps

That Hyatt Experience was amazing. A big shout out to Ryan and James and Pedro. What fantastic lads. Me my wife and brother stayed here a couple days and it was amazing. We are planning our next vacation here. Service is absolutely fantastic. Feels like a 5 star hotel. All staff was amazing. Housekeeping outstanding. They wowed me!

It's challenging sometime to get away to a resort like Incline Village since we live such busy lives. But my wife and I had the opportunity to stay. Here is what we experienced: 1. Accommodations were great. 2. Valets were great and informative. 3. Food Good. 4. VIP Services: Stunk. 5. Front Desk inquires regarding checkout, stunk. Let me address 4, and 5. The VIP services area upon entrance were met by two older "tired" looking women who seemed not appropriate and lively enough for VIP Guests. In past, my experience would be met by, happy, graceful and attractive women, or men, to accommodate my VIP experience. I reluctantly signed up for a VIP card and began my play. With an average bet of 75-100.00 over a period of .45 minutes I chose to end my play and retire for the evening. The next morning, I was comped a putrid amount of 2.00 whole dollars. Wow. I decided to no longer be a VIP member and asked to have my ""good" name purged from the records. The old, tired looking heavy set woman, whose name I thankfully forgot, mentioned that this is "her" system and once you in the system, you can't get out. Unfortunately that didn't work for me. That will be the last time I stay at that Hotel. Regarding number 5, it seems like the reservation desk did not have access to my original reservation, since in that reservation, Resort Fees and Occupancy taxes were pre paid in advance. The reservation desk, was not helpful, since he couldn't find the original reservation. However, when I entered the hotel on Friday, the attendant was able to find the reservation. It seems like this person upon checkout, when asked why I'm being charged twice for Resort Fees and Occupancy Tax, told me sheepishly, that he didn't have access so he couldn't find what I was being charged. So, I 'd like to request a refund, before I take this to social media and really give Hyatt the boot on Google. First my two night stay was 812 for a standard room. My incidentals which including Resort Fee and Occupancy Fees totaled 113.00. I simply ask for a refund of 113.00 and a total purge of all of my records at the resort for the lifetime of my past stays. I sincerely hope that you begin to treat VIP guests, with grace, attentive, smart and attractive people who walk in. VIPs don't like to be treated by putrid, people who think they know it all. Finally, when she says it's her system, I truly believe should should consider firing the entire VIP staff. My days at Hyatt Incline are now over.

Great place! This was my third time staying at this property, but this time with my family. When you arrive their staff is so quick and friendly to help you with your car and/or bringing bags up. Upon check in you’re offered a glass of champagne and they also have a calendar of events for that week that are free you can participate in! Our room was clean with a view of the mountain side and partial lake view. We had the two queen beds with a windowsill seating and it was just enough space for 3 adults and 1 child. While there we did the Chickadee Hike and it was time well spent! It was about 2.5miles and totaled to about 2 hours. We took a sprinter van up to the trail start, had a trail guide, got bird seed for the feathery friends and even some trail mix for us! This was free, we just registered a few days before arriving on the Hyatt website. I believe they change seasonally, but we definitely want to try the others! We also spent about a half day at the pool and don’t miss the little toddler pool that is at most 1.5 feet I believe. We almost didn’t see it, but it was a hit with our three year old! Things we loved about the hotel: - water bottle refill stations at the front and on our floor - s’mores kits for a great evening snack - the heated pool that wasn’t too hot with plenty of seating and shade - the comfortable chairs on the beach so we didn’t have to bring our own - the shuttle to local spots within 2 miles, we used this every day! - great staff with great attitudes

This Hyatt was so clean and pristine.Even the blackjack table was clean, and I'm not kidding.Great location to stay as close to the Lake and snow skiiing.Prices are fair and we mostly enjoyed the scenery, just right off the main road there in North Shore.Fly into Reno and you can get here in less than an hour. Fun Times.

They even offer you a beer from a local brewery upon check-in - an unexpected and very nice perk. A experiência do Spa enganou: a massagem foi boa, infelizmente não desfrutamos de nenhuma das comodidades habituais.Meus amigos me convidaram para o Stillwater Spa no Hyatt no meu aniversário. Já estivemos nesta instalação duas vezes antes e esperávamos desfrutar de uma massagem maravilhosa, passar algum tempo atualizando-se na banheira de hidromassagem, pedir bebidas na piscina; Em suma, planejamos desfrutar de momentos de tranquilidade e relaxamento em boa companhia.Desta vez, porém, a experiência foi bem diferente. Fomos literalmente empurrados para fora do local após a massagem. Eles nos ofereceram uma garrafa de água (sem chá), em um quarto sem vista, sem sauna ou quaisquer outras comodidades de spa.Quando perguntamos sobre a piscina externa, eles disseram que poderíamos acessar essa área, mas precisávamos deixar os roupões e sandálias fornecidos no spa. Em outras palavras, precisaríamos trocar duas vezes para ir para a piscina externa, se você conhece o local saberá que a piscina está literalmente ligada ao spa e sempre teve acesso direto em visitas anteriores.Claro, entendo que há restrições devido à COVID, embora não tenhamos sido informados de todas elas antes de nossa visita.Reclamamos ao sair e optamos por pular a piscina, pois o momento de relaxamento havia passado. Horas depois, recebemos um e-mail do gerente do spa (não uma ligação), lembrando que poderíamos voltar para a área da piscina. (??) Eu acho que ela perdeu o ponto principal.Essa situação não arruinou meu aniversário, porém, eu só queria ter ido diretamente para qualquer praia linda no Lago Tahoe e pular os $ 240 / 1h. experiência de spa. Foi decepcionante.

The Spa experience was deceiving: the massage was good, unfortunately we didn’t enjoy any of the usual amenities. My friends invited me to the Stillwater Spa at the Hyatt for my birthday. We’ve been to this facility twice before and we expected to enjoy a wonderful massage, spend some time catching up in the hot tub, order drinks at the pool; In short, we planned to enjoy some peaceful and relaxing time in good company. This time the experience was quite different though. We were literally rushed out of the place after the massage. They did offer us a bottle of water (no tea), in a room with no views, no sauna or any other spa amenities. When we asked about the exterior pool, they said we could access that area, but we needed to leave the robes and sandals provided at the spa. In other words, we would need to change twice to go to the exterior pool, if you know the place you’ll know the pool is literally attached to the spa and it has always had direct access in prior visits. Of course, I understand that there are restrictions due to COVID, though we were not informed of all of them prior to our visit. We did complain upon exiting and chose to skip the pool as the moment of relaxation had passed. Hours later we received an e-mail from the spa manager (not a call), reminding us that we could go back to the pool area. (??) I think she missed the whole point. This situation didn’t ruin my birthday though, I just wish we had gone directly to any gorgeous beach on Lake Tahoe and skip the $240/1h. spa experience. It was disappointing.

O campus, a área, a praia, a piscina e o resort eram bonitos no geral. Era muito caro ... Tudo. Chegamos quando o incêndio em Caldor estava diminuindo e o quarto era muito caro para a quantidade de pessoas que lá ficaram. E se estamos pagando mais de $ 500 por noite pelo hotel, o estacionamento não deve custar $ 26 por dia. Isso é um absurdo. Era um quarto bastante normal para isso também. Incline Village e o norte de Lake Tahoe são um lugar especial. O Hyatt também poderia ser especial se eles tomassem algumas decisões com algum bom senso.

The campus, area, beach, pool and resort were beautiful overall. It was too expensive... Everything. We came as the Caldor fire was subsiding and the room was too expensive for the amount of people that stayed there. And if we are paying over $500 a night for the hotel the parking should not be $26 a day. That's absurd. It was a pretty normal room for that much also. Incline village and north Lake Tahoe is a special place. The Hyatt could be special also if they made some decisions with some common sense.

It needs renovation, because price they charge does not justify the condition of hotel. Location is great, however there are no other benefits staying at a such high price. Also it only has one restaurant (with junk food) and one breakfast place. Where in the world you charge 500$ per room with absolutely no food options.

Es un hotel bastante caro, pero claro que también la calidad del hotel compensa el precio, además el que esté prácticamente a la orilla de la playa del lago es muy bueno, los restaurantes y los servicios con los que cuenta el hotel son mis satisfactorios para uno como cliente, así que si, recomiendo el Hyatt, y tambien la renta de las motos acuáticas, una muy buena actividad que te ofrece el hotel, la vez que fui la pasé increíble y no me quería ir.
