“Excellent Ibis. Belém is a bit of a madhouse, and the hotel was a clean oasis with a super friendly staff, some who spoke English, which was beyond the call of duty... They even made me a dietetic capirinha with aspartame instead of sugar. My first night in Brazil and I felt welcome.”

“We saw at least 2 rooms available on Booking but when we arrived, the lady at the reception (working on September 23 at 16h00) told us “no vaga“. Does that mean the receptionist does not want to check for vacancy or do they let Booking overbook their hotel and eventually send their guests somewhere else?”
— Alexandra K.
