“Room was not ready upon check in. Once we were finally allowed to check in after waiting in line multiple times we were told our room that we had booked was not available and had to be put into a completely different (lesser value) room. We then were forced to spend the night in a room that smelt like the sewer for the night since they hotel claimed they were fully booked.Poor customer service, rooms were not clean, closet doors were broken, phone did not work in either room we were provided.Customer service refuses to compensate us for not giving us our room we had booked nor for the terrible aroma in the room throughout the entire night.I would not recommend staying here unless you want to be dealing with having to wait in line to speak with the front desk multiple times over.”
