“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel! The view from our room was magnificent. I had a small ritual every morning to run to the window and watch the sunrise. The location is also amazing - up to 15 mins walk to all the museums I was interested in. The gym had some great equipment. I went there and exercised for an hour every day! I also really liked the policy that the hotel has where you can get a drink if you don’t need cleaning in your room. I never use cleaning if I’m staying for less than a week. So basically every day I had a voucher for a drink. On your way back to your room you can just pop up to the bar, ask for a glass of house wine and take it with you into your room. Perfect! Please keep adding more initiatives like this one to reduce energy consumption and unnecessary waste. Maybe bins for recycling and refill shampoo and shower gel containers.If I am to suggest a few improvements (but I am really nitpicking here) it would be some rotation of food at breakfast. We stayed for 5 days, and I was craving something new at our last couple of days.But all in all great job! Thank you thank you thank you for making my stay in Zaragoza amazing!”
