Nos ha encantado el hotel, moderno, acogedor y muy limpio, nada más entrar una olor espectacular. La habitación preciosa, muy cómoda... El desayuno, variedad y calidadLo mejor de todo el chico de recepción, RUBÉN es amable, simpático, servicial y muy detallista. Gracias Rubén por todo.

Las camareras de pisos muy educadas en todo momento. Luego el buffet es de 10. Hay de todo e incluso cosas caseras. Queremos agradecer a las camareras de desayunos, estuvieron de 10, en especial a Sonia y Pilar que estuvieron cercanas y atentas con nosotros. Nos vamos muy bien servidos. Gracias equipo.

Las habitaciones están un poco desfasadas con algunos desperfectos en el suelo. Los baños no me convencen están desproporcionados, unas duchas muy grandes que no cierran bien y unas alcachofas del tamaño de un plato que tienes que hacer un esfuerzo para que no se te caigan en un pié; por ejemplo!!!!!!

No han cumplido su palabra con la hora de salida. Nuestro avión salía a las 16 y por ello preguntamos si podíamos estar en la habitación hasta las 13, 13:30h. Nos dijeron que sí, que no había ningún problema pero a las 12:15 han venido a echarnos de la habitación. No pueden decir una cosa y luego hacer otra. De haberlo sabido hubiésemos organizado la mañana de otra manera.

Increíble! Siglo XXI, y para subir a recepción desde el garaje, un montón de escaleras. El desayuno 20€, y por subirlo a la habitación 5€ más. Y este hotel tiene 4 estrellas? Más que un hotel de 4 estrellas, parece una fonda de pueblo, para no volver!

Hotel ideal.Lo mejor el desayuno buffet,y el personal muy amable. Tiene parking con dos plantas, la parte de arriba sin escaleras. Situado en un barrio selecto para las compras y por los restaurantes. Perfectamente comunicado, tanto al centro por bus y metro, en tan solo 10min, como al aeropuerto , a la estación de trenes a diez minutos y con estación de autobuses q puedes ir caminando. Genial atención q recibimos por todo el personal del hotel, especialmente el de recepción durante toda la estancia, con una extraordinaria dedicación. Además destaco cuatro cosas muy importantes: el desayuno delicatessen, la ducha, las teles y los colchones. Todo nuevo. Las habitaciones son amplias, luminosas y modernas. Ideal para ir por negocios , además tiene salas de reunión y restauración o para ir de visita a Madrid.

No habiamos estado nunca en este Hotel y lo cierto es que me ha gustado. Está situado muy bien y la habitación no defrauda ya que además de ser muy amplia y cómoda, el colchón es muy confortable. Al llegar a la habitación nos ofrecieron dos botellitas de agua mineral de cortesía y unos paquetes de gominolas (vale que no es nada importante pero gusta el detalle). El baño muy completo y te facilitan albornoz y zapatillas a coste cero. El desayuno muy bien. Personal muy amable. Lo Recomiendo.

Un hotel correcto. Las habitaciones con detalles bastante deteriorados y bastante alto de precio. Las camas cómodas y las habitaciones sin ruido.Lo que me pareció un disparate fue el precio del desayuno, 20€ por persona😳. Y el ambientador de recepción era terrible.

Muy limpio y nuevo, personal de excelente trato, centrico, cerca de bocas de metro, un parque para esparcimiento de niños y mascotas a 100m., admite mascotas, habitacion amplia y con todos los servicios y un baño adaptado de los mejores que he visto, por poner una pega tiene escaleras para el acceso aunque cuenta con plataforma elevadora algo pequeña pero se puede entrar facil por el garage que cuenta con plazas para discapacitados que en mi caso fue gratuito. Desayuno bufet con mucha variedad y cumple con todas las normas COVID.

Hola buenas noches, tras coger una estancia de una noche, todo perfecto,la habitación genial ,buena calidad y excelente servicio pero de repente empezó a oler la habitación muy extraño a lo largo de la tarde, a ratos , como un olor a tubería pero no venía del baño, olor como a agua estancada, el caso nos fuimos a cenar y cuando volvimos se lo dijimos al caballero que estaba en recepción. Nos dijo que gracias por comentárselo pero no nos propuso ninguna solución. Por la noche el olor se concentra un montón dónde tenemos que abrir las ventanas porque es muy molesto. Obviamente a las 5 de la mañana no nos vamos a poner a molestar donde tampoco conseguiríamos nada pero llamamos en torno a las 8-9 de la mañana y nos atiende una chica muy maja dónde nos propone desayunar pero al haber dormido tan poco el hambre no era nuestra preocupación aunque lo agradecemos. No pido ningún descuento ni nada por el estilo pero simplemente un mínimo detalle de esta empresa dónde para cobrar la habitación nunca hay pegas.

O preço muito elevado pelo quarto que nos deram, pequeno, com uma vista horrivel. Em termos de amenities muito fraco. O parqueamento para alem de ser muito estreitoé muito caro 25 euros para 1 dia. Limpeza e do resto gostei.

As the NH is a trusted brand, this hotel is clean and good service. Especially not far from the airport. Also walking distance to the main street at the city. Breakfast is nice, I hope the breakfast is complementary.

Location is good, you're downtown in minutes by bus or metro. Even by foot it's doable.Room was great, nice and big. The bed was also good.The biggest plus was the team. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old daughter.Heating up food, asking for a glass of milk was all no problem.Besides that, the team came with some toys and colouring stuff to entertain the little one.

Our first visit to this NH was in April 2017, we are here again Nov 2019 and the same amazing staff is here! Lucky for us! Ruben, Gonzalo, Laura and Oscar thank you for always making our stay an amazing experience! Some of the BEST staff members we have met (we travel more than avg.) ... always smiling, always helpful, always welcoming! Excellent hotel for long or short visit! Highly recommended!

Very good hotel. Breakfast is one of the best I have tried (Especially the eggs :-D) with wide variety. The hotel is clean and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Location is great. Away from the crowds and is located in a very elegant area. Bus station close by and very nice restaurants can be found walking distance from the hotel. I stayed there 2 times and highly recommend it.

Top quality!! Wonderful rooms, friendly staff & great service - I wouldn't have expected anything less, considering it's not the first (and definitely not the last) time I go for an NH hotel! The neighbourhood is also quite a sight - beautiful and quiet streets, loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Great hotel enjoyed my stay here! The lobby is bright and airy thanks to the open glass panel roof. It is fragrant with the hotels choice of aroma. Their breakfast has a decent selection with many local Madrid choices. The rooms were great as well! The beds were comfortable and I was able to sleep well here. I will note that the walls are a bit thin and I can hear people leaving their rooms early in the morning. The bathrooms showers had good rainfall showerheads. Location wise it is okay and you'll likely need a taxi to get anywhere under 10 minutes to the city center. I would stay here again!

I was here on business trip. The hotel entrance and atmosphere is clean, elegant and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was a bit below expectations with uneven room floor and some water spilling on the bathroom floor when taking the shower. Nevertheless the room and bathroom have been perfectly cleaned and prepared. On the day after they were perfectly clear as before the night. Service is really outstanding here.

This is a great hotel to stay at whether for business or pleasure the rooms where very clean and spacious with a very large King sized bed which was very comfortable. The room was designed in a minamilist style with just what was needed without the unnecessary clutter which some hotels can be guilty of. The shower room with rain water facility made waking up a real pleasure and a great way to start and end the day.
