Fantastic hotel! The rooms were clean and had great amenities. I especially loved the big bathtub in my room — I don't know how I lucked out with that but it was great. The hotel lobby/restaurant were very clean and modern. I loved the daily breakfast, it was delicious. It was especially great since I was traveling with 7 people. It was easy to wake up every day and meet up for breakfast then get started on our day. We had a drink at the bar one night and it was great too. I had never stayed at NH Hotels before, but now I will stay with them whenever visiting Europe!

Habitación perfecta muy superior a nuestras expectativas. Muy luminosa y grande. Cuarto de baño con bañera, ducha y dos lavabos. Estaba alejada de los ascensores pero tenía una salida cercana directa a la calle sin pasar por recepción y desde luego merecía mucho la pena por el tipo de habitación. El desayuno excelente. El personal muy amable desde nuestra llegada hasta el check out. Cerca del Vaticano y Plaza del Popolo. Fuimos andando a casi todos sitios excepto a alguno más alejado que cogimos el metro que tiene acceso a menos de 5 minutos del hotel. Esta línea también lleva a Termini. Gracias a este tipo de alojamiento nuestro viaje de aniversario ha sido de 10.

Esperaba mas de NH Collection, el hotel está bien ubicado y es cómodo, pero faltan muchos detalles, ofrecen cafetera y calentador de agua y tienen leche caducada, sólo el primer día, después tuve que pedir que repusieran si quería café con leche. El frigorífico no funcionaba, llamé a recepción para que lo revisaran, el baño tuvo que repasarse de limpieza cuando llegamos…. El personal no es nada agradable y no atiende como merece un hotel de esta categoría… no cuidan al cliente, ni una pregunta sobre qué tal la estancia…. En fin… debe mirar algunos detalles.

Muy buen hotel, no está ubicado en el centro pero está relativamente cerca del Panteón y la fontana di trevi. La habitación cómoda, y la limpieza muy buena. El desayuno está bueno, nos salió 11 euros por persona, recomiendo no ir a desayunar tan tarde porque no quedan muchas cosas. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que al momento de hacer el check out, revisamos la cuenta y nos habían incluido varios productos de frigobar que no habíamos consumido (un agua de litro y medio en Carrefour estaba menos de un euro y comprabamos ahí todo lo que necesitamos, hay uno a pocas cuadras), lo manifestamos y el recepcionista dijo que el personal de limpieza lo había registrado en nuestro número de habitación, revisó los registros nuevamente y al final nos dijo “bueno, les voy a tener que creer” y nos descontó el monto ese del total. Mi consejo es que revisen bien la cuenta al momento de pagar.

Es increíble el hotel, esperaba espectativas bajas pero es increíble, su desayuno es muy bueno, también su ubicación es bastante sencilla, lo malo esque su Internet va muy lento y las camas son incómodas, eso en si, esta bien el hotel

excellent location, Rooms clean and comfortable. Reception not so much. Argumentative and non caring when dealing with a problem with minibar. Maybe he was having a bad day. Had to keep medication in a cool place and the minibar was completely not working, had to insist on either getting a new room or having it replaced. Waited 2 hours but finally had problem resolved.

It would be a very nice hotel if they would clean the rooms. It was all dusty when we came and it always stayed dusty after "cleaning". Also, a drink I had left a very visible mark on the table and they didn't wipe that for days, proving that they usually don't wipe the surfaces and that they don't look around. I don't know what they're doing besides making the bed and changing the toilet paper. Even on day 4 or 5, after letting them in every day, when my pants or other changed clothes touched the floor they would immediately be very dusty at that spot.

Convenient location unhelpful front desk and indifferent service staff. I booked with a Costco package and was unable to receive the amenities promised in the package. After requesting the upgraded amenities I was told they would probably be found in the room they were not, I did receive the one free drink The other amenities they did not know anything about and said they would look into it never heard anymore. That said the upgraded junior suite was very nice and spacious. Breakfast was available and adequate. Table service available for drinks with indifferent slow service

We booked two rooms. In general NH Hotel Roma Centre is a nice hotel. Unfortunately there are quite a few negatives after a stay of 5 days. Plus: - modern look - good breakfast - nice location - 1 of the 2 rooms was neat and modern Negatives: - shower in one of the bathrooms was not working properly - almost all elevators did not work well or not at all - room door was open after cleaning, so valuables were exposed - one of the rooms was not clean on arrival - 1 of the rooms still had to be cleaned 2 hours after check-in (after 3 hours)

I've been staying here since the 30st March 2022 for a conference. The location is great and the room is good ; quite spacious.The only issue that I have is that on the day of checking in we did not have certain standard amen in the bathroom ( they provide soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers) of which, the hand soap, bath soap and shampoo were empty.We did call reception for new supplies, we were given 2 small bars of soap which is not sufficient as we are leaving on the 3rd April. To make matters worse, when we leave the room in the mornings, and the staff is cleaning adjacent rooms ,we have seen the refills for these items in their carts, yet ours haven't been replaced in 3 days, despite being empty and reported to reception.

Lo bueno: Muy bien ubicado, habitaciones cómodas, buen desayuno. Precio adecuado.Lo malo: Habitación con 0 privacidad al tener una puerta de separación con la contigua. Se escuchaba hasta cuando la persona de al lado estaba en el baño, estornudaba, miraba la televisión, etc. Era como si estuviéramos compartiendo habitación. La ducha perdía agua de a ratos.

Stayed here during our trip to Rome. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the metro. There is also a pharmacy nearby to get your covid test for travel requirements. The layout of the hotel is odd. We were assigned to a room where we had to cross a bridge and go through what looked like a fire exit to get to our room. The room is big and seems pretty new. The design of the shower area could be improved as it's very tight compared to the size of the room and the shower head was faulty. The door to the room was heavy, and we had to do a slam to close it entirely.

Excelente hotel tanto por su ubicación como por su servicio. El hotel es prácticamente nuevo y se aprecia en sus cómodas habitaciones. El desayuno, a pesar de la restricciones COVID en Italia, tiene variedad y calidad y es muy cómodo, ya que tiene una parte tipo buffet y otra asistida, que parece una pastelería. Agnese es encantadora, siempre pendiente del cliente. Volveremos seguro! Gracias!!!

Perfecta ubicación, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios pero también tiene a 4 minutos el metro y a 2 minutos el bus por lo que es muy cómodo, habitaciones muy bien equipadas, desayuno excelente pero lo mejor el trato al cliente, personal cercano, simpático y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier duda, muy agradecida, seguro que si volvemos repetimos la estancia!

En este hotel , me abrieron la caja fuerte de la habitación con la llave del personal ; me robaron mi Rolex Submariner , todo mi dinero y el de mi esposa . En su momento nos dijeron que nos iban a responder con el seguro y ahora no nos quieren ni contestar los correos. No hay cámaras en los pisos NO LO RECOMIENDO

Absolutely loved this hotel, staff were so friendly and accommodating! The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but the service makes up for it. Interiors are clean and modern! 15-20 min walk to most tourist sites

I am very sad and feel very frustrated as my Rolex given to me by my father was stolen from the safe in my room, the manager at the time was very apologetic and explained that the cleaning lady was new and she didn’t come the following day. He reassured me that I would be reimbursed for my rolex and the cash that had been stolen, however that the insurance would take about a month to get back to him. Two month went pass he never answered my phone and at the end I managed to speak to him after he sent me an email saying that The insurance company at 99% will not be able to refund anything since there was not any break-in sign to the safe. Even though they manage to open the safe to stole my personal staff I would never stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone,

Buen hotel, muy limpio y seguro. La comida está muy buena y el personal es muy amable. Está al lado del Vaticano por lo que si quieres ir andando llegas a prácticamente todos los sitios de esta forma. Además, el metro está a un paso y hay conexión hacia todos los puntos de la ciudad.

Hotel VEEEEERY well situated roughly 30min walk to the Vatican and 45min to the Colosseum. Many Restaurants, Groceries, Bakeries, Gelato places ect. Rooms are nice (some may find them a little smaller than what they are used to but personally the size was perfect for me. It was very comfortable, clean, nice view and big bathtub. Front desk is friendly.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights in September and had a lovely time! The location is brilliant - we managed to walk to all the main tourist attractions and avoided taxis and public transport. The lobby is very modern as is the restaurant/bar (we didn’t eat here though as we wanted to explore every evening for dinner). There was a slight issue when we checked in because we booked the hotel as part of a package with British Airways but for some reason our reservation wasn’t showing on the hotel’s system - but the staff were very friendly and quickly resolved this. We were also able to check in a couple hours early as our flight was an earlier one. Our room was great and very modern yet comfortable and the bed & pillows were the most comfortable ever, I slept brilliantly every night! Housekeeping were really thorough and made the room look great every single morning There was a decent mini bar in the room with the option of room service (although there was quite an expensive fee for this service so we didn’t use it). This was our first time to Rome and. It definitely provided a great base for exploring and if we was to go back I think we’d stay here again as it’s excellent value for money.

Rooms are great, staff is very helpful and professional. Although the rooms are recently renovated, the common areas are far from being done and will certainly be under renovation for the rest of 2018. No restaurant per say, meals are served in the conference room with no decor.
