“O primeiro ponto de contato não foi bom. Eu liguei com uma pergunta e fui colocado em espera por 20min. Eu recebi minha colega de quarto de outro telefone e eles responderam a questão imediatamente. Quando eu cheguei para check-in e tentou expressar o meu desagrado o funcionário me ignorou e falou sobre mim ... sem desculpas apenas desrespeito absoluto. Isso me incomodou toda a minha estadia. A equipe de saudação na frente para foi ótimo. Muito agradável. O lobby é bom, mas há um cheiro de seweage azedo em toda essa área a partir de quando você vem da garagem de estacionamento. O quarto era bom. Chuveiro foi bom. O estacionamento gratuito foi ótimo. Ginásio foi fantástico.”
