“I have had one of the worst experiences staying at Pullman Kinshasa. The staff there are not professional. I arrived at 1pm and was welcomed by Leslie who told me to wait for 2 hours before I could check in. When I went to check in at 3pm they made me wait for over an hour. No proper explanation. It is evident that the customer experience is not top of mind.
The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear pretty much everything happening outside.
The hotel itself has a lot of flies in the restaurant area. 9/10 times there will be one in your coffee.
