Até agora nível satisfatório, atender às expectativas do sistema, funcionários simpáticos, recepção rápida de chamadas e agir rápido, cleaniless eu dou 9/10 sbb ainda ad alumínio Maggi abaixo do menu, talvez a pessoa que sentou antes deste casaco ficou e negligenciou, e também o resto do megi no copo sye que não foi lavado, até agora a mobília está toda dentro bom estado, ar condicionado difícil controle nk tpi sejuk, banheira besar Dan muat satu bdn (tinggi sya 170cm) irá repetir novamente se o manejo melhorar no futuro

Uma queda tão triste para um hotel outrora elegante.Ao entrar no saguão, em vez de se sentir animado com o início de suas férias, você se sentirá apreensivo devido ao ambiente escuro no interior. Quando nos registramos, todo o lugar parecia deserto e escuridão em quase todos os cantos, embora fosse em plena luz do dia.Graças a Deus pelo tamanho do quarto espaçoso, banheiro e banheira ... A vista não é muito só de casas ou torres elétricas (o pior é o prédio ao lado do escritório, o que significa que você não pode abrir as cortinas).As instalações eram deploráveis. Manchas de ferrugem na piscina infantil e água menos cristalina na piscina adulta de aparência simples. Sem sombras, nada. As espreguiçadeiras já viram tempos melhores.A academia nada mais era do que hotéis de 2 ou 3 estrelas.Não desperdice dinheiro para pagar o quarto com café da manhã (RM60 +) para algo básico do dia a dia. Get a Grab to The Sphere, Midvalley ou SS2 você tem um café da manhã muito mais satisfatório.Infelizmente, duvidamos que voltaremos ao seu lugar novamente.Em termos de localização, você deve pegar o Grab onde quiser. Principalmente o jantar, já que o único restaurante aberto é a cafeteria e só até as 15h diariamente.

Una caída tan triste para un hotel que alguna vez fue elegante.Cuando ingrese al lobby en lugar de sentirse emocionado por el comienzo de sus vacaciones, se sentirá aprensivo debido a la atmósfera oscura en el interior. Cuando nos registramos, todo el lugar se sentía desierto y oscuridad en la mayoría de las esquinas a pesar de que estaba a plena luz del día.Gracias a Dios por el tamaño espacioso de la habitación, el baño y la bañera ... La vista no es solo de casas o torres eléctricas (lo peor es la oficina del edificio de al lado, lo que significa que no puedes abrir las cortinas).Las instalaciones eran deplorables. Manchas de óxido en la piscina para niños y menos que el agua cristalina de la piscina en la piscina para adultos de apariencia simple. Sin sombras, nada. Las tumbonas han vivido mejores tiempos.El gimnasio no era más que los de un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas.No desperdicie el dinero para pagar la habitación con el desayuno (RM60 +) por algo básico todos los días. Agarre a The Sphere, Midvalley o SS2 y tendrá un desayuno mucho más satisfactorio.Lamentablemente, dudamos que volvamos a su casa nuevamente.En cuanto a la ubicación, tienes que conseguir Grab donde quieras ir. Especialmente para la cena, ya que el único restaurante abierto es la cafetería y solo hasta las 3 pm todos los días.

Such a sad down fall for a once classy hotel. When you entered the lobby instead of feeling excited for the start of your holiday, you will feel apprehensive due to the dark atmosphere inside. When we checked in, the whole place felt deserted and darkness at most corner even though it was in broad daylight. Thank goodness for the spacious room size, bathroom and tub... The view is not much only houses or electrical towers (worst the office next building, which means u can't open the curtains). The facilities was deplorable. Rust stains at the children pool and less than crystal clear pool water at the adult plain looking pool. No shades, nothing. Deck chairs have seen better times. The gym was nothing more than those at a 2 or 3 star hotels. Don't waste the money to pay room with for breakfast(RM60+) for something basic everyday. Get a Grab to The Sphere, Midvalley or SS2 you have much more satisfying breakfast. Sadly we doubt we will be coming back to his place again. Location wise you have to get Grab wherever you want to go. Especially dinner since the only restaurant open is the coffee house and only till 3pm daily.

Arrumei o meu Hi-Tea Buffet familiar no hotel, reservei para a maioria dos lugares disponíveis. Mas não há cortesia nenhuma, pelo menos me forneça 1 bolo (que eu solicitei antes). Não se preocupe em perguntar nada, eles não vão lhe fornecer nada.Alguns funcionários não são amigáveis, macam kerja sebab terpaksa. Vamos lá, você é a linha de frente de um hotel 5 estrelas. Precisa de uma melhor atitude de saudação e conversa com o cliente, senyum pun takde bila kami datang. Não dê desculpa sebab pakai mask, podemos ver se a pessoa está sorrindo ou não. A linguagem corporal também saiu, ligue de volta para confirmar total pax pun macam nak marah. Não apenas o pessoal normal, gerente trocadilho sama dekat tempat jantar tu, para mim não é nada educado. Nenhum trabalho etique interagindo com o cliente.I pernah pegi hotel deitado, não apenas 5 estrelas, mas até mesmo 3 estrelas e sua saudação ao cliente é muito melhor do que este hotel. Sakit hati je bila lidando com a equipe

I arranged my family Hi-Tea Buffet at the hotel, i reserved for the majority of the seating that isavailable. But there is no complimentary at all, at least provide me 1 cake (which i requested earlier). Dont bother to ask anything, they wont provide you anything.Some staff is not friendly, macam kerja sebab terpaksa. Come on, you are the frontliner of an 5 star hotel. Need better attitude of greeting and talking to customer, senyum pun takde bila kami datang. Dont give an excuse sebab pakai mask, we can see if the person is smiling or not. Body language also out, call back untuk confirm total pax pun macam nak marah. Not just normal staff, manager pun sama dekat tempat dining tu, for me is not polite at all. No work etique interacting with customer.I pernah pegi hotel lain, not just 5 star but even 3 star and their customer greeting is much better than this hotel. Sakit hati je bila dealing with the staff

Segue SOP estrito, mas ao mesmo tempo não muito agressivo como alguns outros hotéis aspirantes a KL. O ambiente é agradável e confortável. Um bom lugar para realizar reuniões públicas.

Follows strict SOP but at the same time not too pushy like some other wannabe hotels in KL. Ambience is nice and comfortable. A good place to hold public gatherings.

Don't bother inquiry more when u call a thousand times and theeere is no one will pickup your call. I would surprise such service and doubt how good the service quality can be. Go though and realize there are lots guest complaint about the room rundown condition too. Please look into it
