“Great experience,and great location.The staff were friendly and efficient.The breakfast was excellent and Buffet style,with a lot of fresh fruit and pastry.Also nice scrambled eggs.The rooms are spacious with great city views.You are in an area with great bars and restaurants and a safe area.There is a metro station nearby.The rooms are comfy with fantastic large beds.Just lacked the wow factor that you need with a five star hotel!”

“WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... It was very cold outside and the room was not isolated at all. Therefore temperature was 10C inside the room. I asked for a solution and they said they only have 5 heaters... After 1 hour of talking to them asking to change for another hotel they said I could stay for the last two nights in another room with heating for the same price I had in the reservation. Checking out they charged me extra for those two nights!! Adriana the manager was very rude, said that I was lying and I asked for that upgrade. Etc. Gym was dirty, tiny, and broken, swimming pool is tiny and cold, you can't use it. Sauna only reach 30C so useless as well THANKS”
