Eu adquiri um quarto com uma vista em um andar alto para ver a queima de fogos e quando chegamos no quarto, era um andar extremamente baixo e sem vista! Eles tentaram ajudar com um giftcard e mudança para um quarto do 12° andar , porem menordo que pagamos, mas mesmo assim não adiantou! Perdemos a queima de fogos tão esperada! Os quartos são muito agradáveis e limpos. Mas não foi o suficiente para reparar minha decepção! Paguei muito caro e não obtive o que queria! Estou megadecepcionada. Obrigada ao Jorge que tentou fazer algo, mas mesmo assim foi muito difícil conseguir algo pelo ocorrido! Da próxima vez terei que especificar o quarto!!!!😞😤😠 Por isso minha nota baixa! De resto é super incrível o hotel, piscinas, Limpeza do quarto. A área da praia estava fechada. Creio que por causa da época do ano. (Dezembro/Jan)😘🎲😉💞

Foi uma estadia de 5 dias em casal. É um hotel luxuoso. A cama é muito confortável, e a king suite muito espaçosa e confortável. A limpeza não foi a melhor. Apesar de não ser uma estadia muito cara, tudo o resto (alimentação e outras compras) é extremamente caro.

Limpeza dos quartos muito boa

Muito moderno e luxuoso esse Hotel Cassino. Visitei o Cassino e fui assistir um Concert no seu belíssimo teatro. Muito recomendo!

O bar do Roof Top do Hotel é muito bom, com uma vista incrível, a entrada é gratuita e uma boa opção é ver o pôr do sol ali.

Quiet, separate from the action for when you want to sleep, but super close (via the tram to Excalibur) when you want to be on the main strip. Absolutely beautiful rooms, very clean and tidy, and lovely staff. Access to the Mandalay Bay beach is also fantastic. Highly recommend the Delano.

The room was very clean. The bed is one of the best in Vegas. Great bathroom with a big, deep tub. Plenty of room to spread out. Easy access to Mandalay Bay Tram that takes a couple of minutes to get to Excalibur, then a 1 minute walk over the bridge to New York, New York .

I just checked our from 6 night stay and definitely have some pros and cons, so please read: Cons (this list is unfortunately long): Room was a bit simple and had some details such as very scratched chair and lack of amenities such as physical menus or maps of property, it’s a huge property and I always had a hard time locating stores or restaurants. No buffet in the property, I was a bit disappointed there was no buffets so I had to go to other properties to find nicer dining options. If all MGM properties did like a shuttle for all MGM hotels to have free transportation to other MGM hotels within the strip.. I honestly think that would be amazing. If your guest have to go somewhere else for a buffet, this would be an amazing way to keep them within the MGM umbrella. Overall my experience was very positive, I definitely see room for improvement but now let’s go with the reason why this review is 5 stars. Those 5 stars are for two particular employees. Elizabeth at the front desk at Mandalay Bay, I arrived for my check-in at Mandalay and inquired about maybe a larger room if possible. She’s explained due to high season Mandalay was completely booked but they offered to check for Delano. She was the absolute sweetest, super attentive and helpful, she answered every question with a smile and definitely made my entire stay worth it. She was my first impression of Mandalay and Delano and she definitely made her mark. I will come back again, Elizabeth gave me exemplary costumer service and I will always remember her and this property because of that. My second shout out is for our housekeeper Raquel, she was the sweetest and nicest lady. Super attentive and thorough, always had funny anecdotes and definitely made my entire stay so much more comfortable and homey. I know I said my review was long but I have no regrets, this property was my home for an entire week and I would not change this experience at all. Honorable mention to the bathrooms, love the huge bathtub and still having a shower, I really like that layout

Stayed in a pretty nice suite on floor 60. The location was great!!! The room service was below average and stone cold just order delivery don't bother paying room service prices. The hotel and casino were both very nice and had everything you would expect. The room was lacking attention to detail and had minor imperfections especially for a $3000 room I expect the paint to be nice as well as the things inside the room and I just didn't feel like the quality was there! Overall great experience but you can definitely do better!

Es mi segunda visita la primera vez encanto pero esta vez no tenían mi cuarto listo asta las 4pm me lo dieron y no era el q me prometieron porq aun no estaba listo las sábanas sucias y el refrigerador y tambiénestoy deccionada 🥺😡

We loved our stay here. It was a little busy because of the LAMA but it was lovely. The tub was amazing and the shower wasn't bad either. Beds were comfy. The pools were really busy. Hard to find one let alone two chairs down there, bit we remembered the private Delano pool and were able to snag 2 loungers. View from the 32nd floor

Stayed for a work event, but would not say this is a five-star hotel. The location to the conference center is great if you are there for work, but the rooms lack character. Also, the smell is AWFUL. As soon as you enter the walkway from the casino to the Delano, you are hit with a smell of sulfur mixed with the worlds cheapest perfume that literally lingers throughout the lobby and through the hallways. Even in the fitness center! Only saving grace is the odor is NOT in the guest rooms. However if you are sensitive to smells and get headaches easily, do not stay here.The guest room is nice but plain. However all rooms are a suite so great if you like a lot of space. I do need to shout out Guerty, the housekeeper on the floor I stayed in, who was the loveliest human on staff. Is it a great place if you are just resting your head? Yes, but there are far more reasonable places on the strip with more ambiance for the amount you would pay.

This is an awesome rooftop lounge in the Mandalay Bay. It has an amazing view of the strip. The bar is pretty well stocked and they can make a wide variety of drinks. The customer service is friendly and the music is good. It has a good atmosphere and vibe. It’s very comfortable and laid-back. Highly recommend it.

Oh I will love my son forever !!! As a wedding gift he upgraded my husband and I into a king suite ! The room was amazingThe facility is beautiful. The one day we arrived there a maintenance issue going on but it got fixed . The staff was very accommodating. And the slots where pretty awesome as well. Make sure and download the app and book directly with them . The where less expensive for a two room suite than Excalibur through booking.com for a standard queen room that was stripped to bare basics ! The was of the arena and looked great at night . Definitely coming only here on our Vegas trips in the future. !!!

I liked the separate bedroom with a door and the separate TV living space with a second bathroom. We wanted to move hotels because the wave pool was really cold since it's unheated but we were not able to get a refund. The Delano pool was mostly Location was at the far end of strip so if you want to be away from everything it's good but if you don't then that's a con. We paid for a strip view and never received one. The price goes down on weekdays so we actually paid more

Nice location, nice interior design, many pool options. Not the same level of service as pre-corona. Their two best pools require expensive reservations unless you arrive early in the AM and get one of the free spots. There was a problem w the room and with the second room, had to move 2x. But, they did credit

Luxurious rooms! It took a long time after checking in using the app for them to a¢â‚¬Å“have the room readya¢â‚¬Â so we could get our keys and know the room number, instead of just walking up and checking in like normal.

Pillows were great. View was nice. Tub was awesome. Could not double flush quickly.

El servicio de habitaciones excelente. El servicio de check in es muy mejorable ya que nosotros teníamos reserva en el mandalay bay y nos mandaron al Delano sin una sola explicación.Al cambiarnos al Delano, nos dieron una habitación con dos camas dobles, y mira que en la reserva pone bien claro honeymooners ( ya que nos cambian, al menos que tenga una sola cama doble)El lobby del Delano huele a algo parecido de lo que su nombre indica...llega a ser desagradable y ves que hay gente que se tapa hasta la nariz.En nuestro caso que estuviese alejado del resto de casinos fue algo incómodo pero no fue un problema.Para terminar, si no sabes inglés puedes despedirte.....porque nosotros en información y check in solo una persona sabía algo de castellano ( y hay cosas algo complejas de describir en inglés si no tienes un B2)

El hotel Delano, muchos creen cuando recorren el Mandalay Bay que es parte de su estructura, pero si bien pertenece l grupo de MGM Resort, es un hotel separado y se caracteriza por ser un Hotel Boutique de Suites. Es un hotel de lujo con servicio personalizado que acepta mascota. Sus habitaciones parten de suites de 725 pies cuadrados que ofrecen amplios baños estilo spa y salas de estar separadas hasta el lujo de las suites Penthouse de 4,500 pies cuadrados.

s been several years since I last stayed at the Delano, the improvements are wonderful. Gone are the drab all BROWN marble bathrooms, replaced with nice white tile floors and new cabinetry and upgraded carpet make this my new favorite LAS location. A pain to get to the main strip but worth it, BUT *Best GAME DAY-Weekend location if you're going to HOME game across the street.

I was assigned a handicap room. Was never told.

The Safety, Cleanliness, and Decor of the Hotel were amazing. I had more space than I even expected. The staff were always extremely helpful and friendly. There was nothing that I disliked about my stay at the Delano Las Vegas.

Design, quietness There was trash in closet, no Shower robe in the room. Staff did not give you the right direction for stuff in the hotel. They gave a wrong hours of operation of hot tub and pool. Also i called the customer relationship (customer service) and left m

The staff was extremely rude, our room was not ready, and the room we were placed in was vandalized and damage.

The room was poorly cleaned, including a dirty toilet.

The size of the room. Not a true 5 star! They charged for self made coffee & water on top of the wet bar with no price tag. They said I should've just known it wasn't free! Dried blood stains on sheets, worn leather on chair, scalding hot water and hair in bathroom.

The decorations are nice. The service is terrible.

The room was very clean and perfect. Very relaxing and I liked the sitting area. Tried to call front desk several times and no one every answered the phone. Also there was a charge for most things that a 5 star hotel would not charge for anywhere in the world. For example, 50.00 charge to simple open the refrigerator. I asked before.

Upon walking in the massive automated doors, and passing through the giant marbles boulders in the entrance to the rocket fast elevator that sped us up to the 64th floor Skyfall lounge rooftop restaurant and bar, we felt like royalty. Absolutely loved it. Wish it was on its own, and didn't share the Mandelay Bay. Lobby smelled a little odd, the air freshener they use could be better.

Bedroom is so big!! No water during shower at midnight, have to wait with wet for 10 mins.

No lie i just booked the room with out reading the bio. I was completely surprised by the fact that they are suites. Walking down the hallways made it feel like i was in a Expensive museum. The room was great, close to everything I rate this a 10 out of 10. But later in the night the whole hotel smelled like a bathroom. All you could smell in the air was sulfur so i have to take a few points out for that. 6 out of 10. And you have to pay for parking $15

Too far South away from everything else

Elegimos este hotel ya que era el que más nos gustaba por las fotos en cuanto a sus habitaciones recién reformadas . La reserva la hicimos mediante el asistente de viaje de la amex que nos comento que tendríamos una serie de beneficios gracias a un acuerdo de colaboración entre ambos. Cuando llegamos la recepción estaba con mucha gente y había un ruido horroroso, la chica que nos atendió (Niki creo que se llamaba) no se molesto en intentar hacerse entender y cuando le pedíamos que lo repitiera ya que no oíamos lo volvía a decir en el mismo tono y con malas caras, en cuanto a los beneficios de hacer la reserva con la Amex, nos dio un papel informativo y nada más. Llegamos a la habitación, en el piso 34.Al día siguiente me di un baño y cuando empecé a vaciar la bañera el agua empezó a desbordar por la ducha saliendo un olor a tubería horrible. Todo el baño se inundo por lo que avisamos a recepcion que nos cambiaron de habitación. Esta vez nos pusieron en el piso 22 en una habitación que hacía esquina y nos dijeron que esa era mejor ya que tenía mejores vistas!! MENTIRA! Han tenido la fantástica idea de poner dos ascensores que suben del hall al skyfall pegados a esas habitaciones que hacen esquina, cual es el resultado...es imposible dormir hasta al menos la 1a.m debido a los ruidos de la maquinaria del ascensor que está en continuo movimiento desde media tarde.sinceramente la estancia en este hotel fue un horror! Deberían de cerrar las habitaciones que están pegadas a esos ascensores o sino, dejarlos sin funcionar, ya que se puede subir desde otros. Por poner algo positivo, las instalaciones del gimnasio y el spa están muy bien equipadas y todo el personal del restaurante es muy amable y atento.

Es un muy buen hotel en Las Vegas, son muy amables, tienen un muy estricto sistema de seguridad. Si lo que buscas es estar lejos del bullicio del Streep, hospédate aquí. Las habitaciones son hermosas y limpísimas. Me parece que es un hotel perfecto para personas mayores, si eres chavo te vas a aburrir porque está lejos del reventón. Eso sí!!! Está el teatro de Michel Jackson,el show es formidable!!!! Y como yo siempre viajo con mi perrita y no hay muchos hoteles pet friendly en Las Vegas, Delano sí es pet friendly.
