“Can't fault it. Reception staff lovely, mainly dealt with same young man, who couldn't do enough for us. Can purchase tickets here for tram/ underground etc. Dead easy, only about 8 min walk to station if that. Few local cafes/shops. Cant fault cleanliness.Timed it right for yearly change over of mattresses. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.I'd stay again.❤”
