“Wonderful trained, professional staff. The most comfortable mattresses of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Good breakfast and dinner buffet. We stayed in room 381 at the end of February 2017. It was a little close to the pool pump room (with open windows you could hear thelow throb of the pumps occasionally) but still very quiet. I suggest a top floor room for the best views of the Mediterranean. I think the TV should be larger to match the quality of the rest of the room (only 36in). The bathroom is large with a toilet, bidet, full-size tub and separate rain shower with great water pressure. Remember to buy bottled water to drink. The water is safe but tastes funny. The staff are very accommodating to athletes. They stored our mountain bikes securely downstairs so we didn't have to keep them in our room. This was our 3rd stay and we will be back!”
