El hotel está situado en una calle céntrica y comercial desde la que se puede llegar paseando a muchos sitios. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el personal muy cercano. Es un buen sitio para alojarse si quieres pasar unos días de visita en Granada. La terraza de la azotea tiene unas buenas vistas y resulta muy agradable refrescarse en la piscina o tomar un aperitivo alli

Um dos Melhores Hoteis que alguma vez conheci!!!!! Encantado con todo, la habitación muy amplia, un gran detalle con la cortesía que nos llevaróna la habitación , la atención del personal con el que hemos coincidido maravilloso , las medidas de seguridad muy buenas y esa terraza con esas vistas, sindudarlovolveré.

Ficamos no primeiro andar de frente com a rua.Apesar disso, o isolamento acústico estava ótimo. Quarto muito bom. Tudo funcionando, somente a TV que foi preciso chamar o técnicopara consertar. Café muito bom. Diversas frutas, e variedades de pães. Excelente localização. Próximo aos principais pontos turísticos comoa Capela onde estão sepultadosa Rainha Isabel de Castilha e seu esposo o Rei Fernando de Aragão.

Maravilloso nos dieron una habitación que no nos gustó y nos quejamos. Nos dijeron la vez anterior les gusto y dijimos fue perfecta. Un diez a todo. El chico de recepción, Pablo, genial! Te dice, cómo y dónde moverte por Granada. La habitación con cama de dos por dos, con terraza, muy limpia. La piscina pequeña, pero el entorno maravilloso. El desayuno variado y de muy buena calidad... Totalmente recomendable

El hotel está muy céntrico, la habitación era muy grande ,daba a la calle y tenía muchísima luz.El baño es amplio y también con muchisina luz,era agradable regresar a la habitación. La atención muy buena .En algunas cosas no se ve tan moderno como otros,pero todo lo anteriormente dicho,compensa eso. Y ,reitero,muy bien situado,en pleno centro de Granada.Nos fuimos muy contentos.El parking un poco complejo para entrar ,eso si es cierto En resumen,volveremos a pedir ese hotel.

Hotel bueno a buen precio. La ubicación es muy buena. Habitaciones normales y desayuno variado. La piscina es pequeña pero tiene unas vistas muy bonitas de la ciudad.

I was staying with my partner in this hotel for one night. The hotel was almost empty, check in was OK but the staff was not too friendly. Even thought the hotel was almost empty, it seems that they gave us the worst room with no daylight at all. There was just a very small window to a courtyard. The courtyard itself was totally dark either. I wonder how the pictures on the profile of this room category could be taken but it was definitely far away from the reality. The pool facilities were nice but not too big, unfotunately only a few sunbeds which were occupied all the time. There would be enough space for more. Due to covid all bars and coffee bars were closed in the morning so it was not possible to have a coffee after waking up. The prices of the rooftop bar were average, however the price of a cortatdo coffee (espresso with a little milk) was 3 euros and more than double the price than you normally pay outside. The coffee really tasted awful.

We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming of the reception; very pleasant and very coronaproof! However, little did we know that on the rooftop and its bar/pool there was no space kept between people, not very coronaproof! Also, we’ve been there three times and all three times we didn’t get a drink because we weren’t allowed to get a drink at the bar and no waiter came up to us... quite the disappointment. The room was big and spacious, but very minimal and old. All in all, OK hotel but definetely not 4 stars! There’s plenty of hotels that have better value for money in Granada!

Although I didn't stay at the hotel, I can speak to the rooftop restaurant.What a great view!We had a long Tapas lunch next to the rooftop pool and enjoyed the beautiful Granada April weather.Snow capped Sierra Nevada mountains were the prefect background for wine, friends, and tapas.One of the managers, Claudia, help arrange the lunch for our group and was on hand to greet us and the staff made sure the food kept coming and our wine glasses stayed full!My impression is that this is a great spot for cocktails in the evening...the bar was right there beside the pool.Don't miss this great rooftop bar/restaurant!

I had a very good stay in Barcelo Carmen Hotel, in the center of Granada.Nice rooftop with charming view.Staffs are nice and kind, and also I enjoyed my late check-out which was so nice of them.Will definitely come back here.

An excellent hotel, located in an ideal spot to see everything in Granada. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, the breakfast buffet was extensive and offered quality and choice. I was in a junior suite and this was fantastic, the terrace was absolutely huge, it's just a shame it was January do I couldn't enjoy this more! The mini bar was very reasonably priced as well.

Good location very centric, just across El Corte Inglés, rooms are large, king size bed very comfortable and luxurious, the bathroom very nice with everything that you will need, the only problem with the water in the shower was random temperature changes, either too cold or extremely hot, 7th floor has a pool/ bar with a very nice view of the city, Alhambra and the surroundings, staff very friendly, clean and luxurious reception, breakfast buffet are your election, yummy stuff, a lot of food choices and drinks, elevator pretty good, wifi 12mbps sometimes it get a little slow or cut off but good. We were in rooms 557 and 459

The rooms and the hotel looks very nice. But their are some annoying little things about the hotel. 1- the parking lot is very small and a little bit of a hassle to get to, the hotel will park the car for you. The guy who parked my car scratched it and unfortunately I did not notice until I checked out. 2- some of the receptionist are rude and do not speak English very well and they are annoyed if they could not understand you or when you do not understand them. 3- breakfast was average. 4- rooftop was not open all the time. 5- room is called
