Excelente localização, serviço muito atento e arquitectura cuidada. Marina, desportos náuticos, piscinas água salgada e aquecida. Excelentes peças de teatro musical após jantar. Recomendo regime meia pensão.

Estive aqui 6 vezes e sempre feliz e satisfeito. Dificilmente há um hotel melhor na ilha e a localização é perfeita para o aeroporto. Existem vários quilômetros de compras nas imediações e tudo que você precisa.

We were in the Royal Level in September, but have now returned to the beach resort for a month . The apartment is superb with great views from the 1st floor. There is a large terrace off of the bedroom and a huge terrace from the living room. The kitchen is small but set out well. Enough equipment to cook a small meal. Beds are extremely comfortable. The resort restaurant is great with a similar menu to the Royal Level, just slightly less options. Fantastic pool areas. Also there is a small supermarket behind the reception area if you require anything.

Bungalow limpo, bem conservado, todas as comodidades no quarto conforme descrito. Estávamos no início de novembro onde a acomodação em hotel era de 20%. Recepção como diferencial, perto da cidade (cerca de 10 minutos a pé), praia ao lado do hotel, bicicleta maravilhosa e trilha para caminhada ao longo de vários hotéis e a praia ☺️ Delicioso café da manhã, nada faltou. Quanto ao jantar, gostaria de fazer algumas reservas - se tem mesa de doces com bolos, porque não tem café à hora do jantar e quando o pessoal informa onde ir - não deixam a bebida do hotel? Ótimo jantar. Todos os dias uma nova proposta, preparada com gosto. Junto ao hotel existe um campo de voleibol, um parque aquático e um ginásio. A única desvantagem é que o equipamento do hotel inclui informações sobre uma piscina aquecida - que não existe. Juntamente com o meu namorado, estamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia, apesar do trânsito reduzido e do cerco aos hotéis, dizemos que na época há mais atracções e novidades ☺️ Um local com muito potencial.* Escolha para um casal que aprecia férias tranquilas * 😇

Great place to stay. Good service, lot of variety with the buffet and in the room a good shower and bed. Only thing is there are no double beds, only 2 single beds. Easy to rent a car and discover the island from this place. WiFi is not perfect everywhere.

Una experiencia única, si te gusta la naturaleza y las hormigas vivirás una noche de escándalo. El hotel está genial, cuenta con instalaciones variadas entre sus restaurantes y el acceso a todas las piscinas que tienen, peor por desgracia deben mejorar el servicio y sobretodo la estancia en las habitaciones. La primera habitación que me dieron era preciosa, al volver a la habitación fue cuando comenzó todo al ver que tenía todo el equipaje repleto de hormigas hasta dentro de la maleta, y eso que ni tenía comida ni nada. Llamé y me dijeron que vendrían corriendo, tras media hora y que no vino nadie decidí ir directamente a recepción y me dieron otra habitación, para nada porque están todas igual, inundadas de hormigas. Por lo que te llevarás de souvenir puede que alguna que otra dentro de tus pertenencias. Es bastante desagradable ya que están por todas partes y hay hileras e hileras, lo cual se hace incontrolable en todo momento y no puedes sentirte cómodo.Es entendible que por la naturaleza haya insectos, pero cuando se trata de plagas es un problema del cuidado de las instalaciones y del servicio de hotel, porque me quede en otros hoteles por la isla y ninguno tuvo este tipo de problema.En resumen, a vosotros de elegir, sin duda en la vida volveré, ya que me quede una noche y no mas.Y es una pena porque las piscinas y la gastronomía son espectaculares!

Mi experiencia con este hotel ha sido muy muy buena. La gente que trabaja tanto en el buffet, como en recepción las limpiadoras, todos sin excepción de 10. Super educados, amables se afanan por que el paso por el hotel sea inolvidable. De verdad que da gusto la educación y profesionalidad dela totalidad de los empleados. . El hotel y las habitaciones muy amplia y cuidadas. Esta a 45 min de las zonas más turísticas de Fuerteventura.El buffet, es de 10. La comida muy buena y muy variada, siempre había algo nuevo y sorprendente. Nosotros fuimos con nuestros hijos de 12 y 9 años y se lo pasaron muy muy bien. Totalmente recomendable. MUCHAS GRACIAS POR HACER DE ESTAS VACACIONES INOLVIDABLES.

Las medidas anti—covid pierden su utilidad si permiten que niños pequeños sin mascarilla estén gritando y jugando encima de la comida.Literalmente encima,pese a la altura. Varios niños,varios dias. Venga ya!El check—in en recepción resultó muy decepcionante. Creo que un autobus con una docena de parejas podría organizarse mucho mejor. Yo no aguanto las colas. Los 2 trabajadoras de recepción hacian lo que podían. Esperaba algo más del resto.El hotel está bien. La comida es buena/aceptable.El bungalow y su entorno bien.Buena limpieza y mantenimiento.Playa con arena de parque.

He permanecido una semana en este complejo hotelero en régimen de todo incluido. Como puntos positivos debo destacar la limpieza exquisita de la habitación y el buen trato por el resto del personal tanto del restaurante como el de la oficina Como punto negativo me gustaría reseñar dos cosas. 1. En el check in fue lento y desordenado, estuve más de hora y media esperando a que me atendiesen 2. En cuanto al régimen de todo incluido, no podrás disfrutar de ningúnsnack a partir de las 5 de la tarde hasta la hora de la cena A lo largo de mi estancia se han respetado todas las normas de seguridad. Volvería sin dudarlo!

Espectacular hotel situado en esta Isla que tiene infinidad de rutas, excursiones, ocio que hacer. Si que es cierto, que las mejores playas están en el sur de la isla, pero la oferta que tiene este hotel es de 10. Los niños se lo pasaron genial. La atención del personal fue excelente. El buffet del desayuno y la comidaera de una relación calidad-precio inmejorable. Con mucha oferta de ocio y todas las noches tenían un espectáculo en el puerto que se sitúa al lado del hotel. Y alquilando un coche, te puedes mover por la isla con facilidad. Las habitaciones bien cuidadas. Nosotros nos alojamos en los bungalows que se encuentran pegados al mar. Increbiles. Eso sí, hay que pagarlos. Pero para una familia de 2 adultos y 2/3 niños es ideal. Por la zona hay mucho comercio, por lo que no hay problema si quieres comer o cenar fuera del restaurante.

Stayed here a number of times AI and SC. It's probably the best hotel I've stayed in. Food is excellent with plenty of hot dishes that are fresh and tasty. Self service drinks and snacks through the day around the pools or you can sit down and have lunch in the main dining area. Evening entertainment consists of a kids club then a good show afterwards. The whole resort is clean, well maintained and a pleasure to walk around. Staff are very friendly and happy to help. There is a kids club which is secure and activities throughout the day for adults and children. I would not hesitate to stay here again!!!!

We loved it here. Stayed in a well equipped, modern, deluxe studio near the pool and beach with its own patio and loungers. It was very clean and serviced every day. The resort is good for couples or families, with things to do of you want activities or you can do your own thing and have peace and quiet. The buffet breakfast was great with such a variety of food and drink. The evening buffet was mostly good but the meat options weren't great as a lot of it was quite tough and hard to eat. Lots of other stuff too though and a decent selection for vegetarians. We'd go again and it only didn't get 5 stars because of the evening meals.

Had an amazing stay😍From the time we checked in till the day we left all the staff couldn't do enough for you. We stayed in a self-catering bungalow which was lovely. Hotel is spotless in all areas, our bungalow was cleaned every day to a high standard. Hotel is in a great location for the beach bars and restaurants.. We would definitely recommend this hotel!! Thank you again for our amazing stay..

First rate resort, with a wide range of facilities. Located in a large sandy bay, next to the marina, with only a short walk into town, makes this a perfect spot. We stayed all inclusive, which proved to be a good option as the menu all be it limited, was varied throughout our visit. One of our party is Coeliac, so has to follow a strict diet, when this was explained to the restaurant they were more than happy to accommodate. Well done Marcel and his team! Hotel and entertainment staff were all very friendly.

I stayed here in June for a week with my family. It was a lovely resort, the food changed everyday and there was plenty of variety to try- something new to try everyday. The two pools were a good size and there was lots of activities taking place throughout the day in which we could partake. There was truly something for everyone- there was entertainment for children in the evening, swimming with seals, shops and the beach was right next to the resort. We were all inclusive so we also enjoyed food throughout the day- there was food outside near the pool with drinks so you could top up whenever needed! We also made plenty of use of the free cocktails in the evening.The only thing that was not so handy was because of the big resort out Villa was about a 5 minute walk away from the beach.

We had a nice stay at this very fine ressort. Very friendly staff and the place lived up to our expectations. Very near to a fine beach and good for tours allover the island. I'm sure we will be back.
