O Hotel é muito bom, o estacionamento é gratuito! O quarto além de grande é limpo! O banho não é em banheira! A cama King Size é top! Como é proibido fumar no hotel, o cheiro de cigarro não existe! O único ponto negativo é a distância! É ideal para quem procura conforto e não se preocupa com a distância! Localizado próximo ao aeroporto! Ficaria nele novamente!

Bom custo benefício: bem localizado, principalmente para quem está de carro e bem aconchegante. Os funcionários muito bons. Bom para encomendas. Porém o hotel não aceitou deixar as malas, pois eu iria fazer um cruzeiro e só voltaria na segunda. Solicitei cancelamento da cobrança do café da manhã do último dia e não o fizeram: cobraram e por sinal cobram muito caro.

Apesar do quarto espaçoso, cama confortável e com uma bela vista para o lago, falharam ao esquecer de reservar o transfer para o aeroporto, sendo que no dia anterior havíamos avisado da necessidade. Pedir desculpas não resolve o problema, já que perdemos o voo.

Ótima localização e estrutura pelo preço, só não leva 5 estrelas pelo serviço de limpeza se quiser dormir bem mesmo com aviso na porta os camareirosvai te importunar

Muito bom hotel. Excelente localização para quem vai ao aeroporto mas não é tão afastado de Miami. Nos arredores tem de tudo. Posto de gasolina, lojas de conveniência, magazines, restaurantes, lanchonetes, farmácias etc. Mas lembre que aqui nos Estados Unidos só se anda de carro. O perto quer dizer até umas 3 milhas.

Excelente acomodação. Limpo, novo. Gosto de hotéis nessa área do aeroporto, com estacionamento amplo. Preço justo. Único ponto negativo, queriam cobrar meia diária pois cheguei às 10:00. Tive que esperar até 12:00 para entrar no quarto.

Excelente hotel. Bem localizado. Ponto super estratégico, fácil acesso para o Dolphin Mall e Wall Mart. Os quartos são ótimos, super espaçoso, com ante-sala com a opção de transformar sofá em cama. Tem frigobar porém vazio (padrão americano), mas como de praxe nos hotéis dos EUA existem máquinas de gelo nos corredores. No quarto tem máquina de café e as cápsulas estão inclusas no preço da diária. Ele fica ao lado de um lago. É a segunda vez que fiquei neste hotel. Super recomendo. Custo e benefícios ótimos.

The room and location were nice. The service sucked. I asked about the hotel shuttle upon check in, then I went and waited by the shuttle 15 minutes before the hour as they told me there was no need to pre book it. After waiting and seeing no driver, I Went to inquire at the front desk. Only to be told that the shuttle stops running at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. It would’ve been really nice if somebody had said that when we checked in. Also when I went to the restaurant to eat breakfast I went to pay with cash and apparently this is a no cash hotel. As cash is legal tender in the USA I make it a point to not provide business at businesses that do not except cash. Nice room but won’t be back.

Positives: Nice view of a lake, pretty quiet, convenient location. Negatives: My husband and I were on our honeymoon and during our moments of intimacy a woman walked in without knocking, she stated it was check out...now this occurred at 8 am check out is usually 10/11 am ...when I confronted the front desk the woman apologized but it seemed extremely fake...I eventually spoke to the head manager who promised to send vouchers (which I never received)...overall this was very disturbing. I would say if you stay here remember to doubt triple clock your door for a potential peace of mind. Also the nightly rate is not worth the overall experience. For what you would spend here it's better to stay on south beach.

Easy parking on hotel premises with many available spaces close to entrance. Check in was an easy process even though we arrived at midnight. The rooms are big and spacious, and the divider between bed and sofa/TV area nice touch. The downside is the bathroom, where showers are open and water leaks onto bathroom floor after every use, had to throw all towels on floor to it walkable again after shower. Also, the thermostats in the room don't work so no way to adjust the temperature. Hotel gas it set at 70, comfortable but on the warm side.

It was clean and the room was nice. The pillows were wonderful! However, Booking.com told us we could park our car there while we went on our cruise, and that the hotel would provide shuttle service to and from the port. Both of those statements were untrue. The woman who checked us in told us that happens all the time with Booking.com. Just be aware travelers, if you go through that website.

It was a pretty hotel, but for the price, this was not worth it. You get more at other Choice Hotels in my opinion. Hotel has a guest laundry but only one washer and dryer for whole hotel, and the dryer did not dry... I ran through 2 cycles and still had wet clothes. I alerted staff who neither offered to refund my coins nor put an out of order sign up. Next was breakfast. Most if not all choice hotels offer free breakfast. This one has it, but charges extra. This hotel has a tiny outdoor pool, but no hottub..hotel... and didn't offer towels that I could see. The grounds are pretty but you can't walk around Lake, it's fenced off. They have limited cleaning services, and you have to reuse towels or go down and get new ones on your own. Location is great, close to airport and 20 min from downtown. Free parking. There is an added resort fee on top of your room rate.

Gracias a los chef Ydalmis y Rolando, porhaber hecho nuestra cena, inolvidable, su presentación, su sabor, la atención, mejor imposible, el churrasco más exquisito que he probado, acompañado por una yuca frita super crujiente, y mi esposo, fascinado por el salmón y sus acompañantes, lo recomendamos 100%, cerramos el año con broche de oro......gracias

Tuve la oportunidad de comer el 31 de diciembre en el Restaurant de hotel Cambria y quedamos muy complacido por la buena atención y amabilidad del personal, el Chef Rolando y la Chef Ydalmis prepararon un delicioso salmón con camarones y el churrasco con yuca frita y arroz que estaba muy rico y jugoso y para cerrar el momento un delicioso Tiramisu, los felicito y los recomiendo.

The hotel is beautiful in a very secluded area, except it needs a renovation badly : all the stainless steel is rusted, cigar and cigarette burns everywhere, stains on carpet and seats. The view, again is beautiful but most tables need professional cleaning as they have lots ofgrime from years of use. The office chair in my room had a worn tear the size of a football so I never used it. I really hope management gets the picture here: gorgeous views and layout of hotel but needs upgrades fast !!!

Hotel was avg nothing spectacular. Service was adequate but don't expect and courtesies. Ask for some toothpaste that request was met with a quick no as well the shuttle driver no showed so they didn't have a shuttle (the night I stayed) from the airport. As well the shuttle doesn't begin until 5 30 am so don't plan on having a shuttle ride for an early flight

It needs to be renewed. It has an old feeling. Decoration is not nice. The painting was worn down and the A/C is from the past century. Service was good but not great. The rooms are big and spacious. The shower is big too. Big windows. Free parking. Free shuttle to the airport. Convenient location. Shower was clean. Overall, not a bad stay for 1 night. If you’re staying longer, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Comí el 31 de Diciembre aquí y tuve el mejor churrasco y yuca cita y arroz al Ydalmis Tambien comimos un salmón con camarones espectacular y el postre tiramisu. Uno de los mejores que he comido. Recomiendo el restaurant del hotel cambria. Fui atendido de una manera súper especial del chef Rolando y de la chef Ydalmis!!!!
