Agradavelmente localizado na praça. Pode ir a pé para tudo ou de bicicleta. A equipe é incrível e é muito útil. Os quartos são um pouco pequenos, mas não me incomodou, pois eu não tinha que ficar muito no quarto.

É o hotel mais inusitado que já me hospedei. A atmosfera é pujante da alegria dinamarquesa. A proposta de ser ambientalmente amigável com um lado futurista encanta pelo equilíbrio entre os dois motes. Tudo é muito simplificado, ou melhor, desburocratizado. Check in e check out extremamente ágeis! A cama é um ponto forte, pelo tamanho e conforto. O top foi o controle universal do quarto através de um iPad: luzes, cortinas, humor, TV, filmes, contato com a recepção, temperatura,ventilação e outros mais que não deu tempo de investigar.

Adorei o hotel é jovem e diferente. Desde que somos recebidos até ao momento em que deixamos o hotel sentimos alegria boa disposição em todos os que nos recebem. O ambiente foi propositadamente arranjado para que a receção que é ao mesmo tempo mil e uma coisas: - é um ponto central muito interativo com bar, sala de espera, biblioteca, área de trabalho e de lazer, creche e miradouro da cidade entre outras coisas. Parabéns. Os quartos são muito cómodos, a limpeza é muito boa. O pequeno-almoço é bastante bom, a escolha é variada e os produtos de boa qualidade. A reposição dos alimentos é muito rápida. A Mariana, a Dulce, a Letti, a Mercedes foram fantásticas, pacientes e muito atenciosas comigo. Até mesmo o Otto que não acredita que o café Português é melhor que todos os outros cafés do Mundo, também foi paciente e aprendeu a tirar-me um verdadeiro expresso Português. Só me faltou uma mesa de trabalho no quarto, de resto tudo excelente. Cumprimentos e obrigado a todos, mesmo os que eu não mencionei. A estadia com vocês foi ótima.

Pleasantly located in the square. Can walk to everything or bike. Staff is amazing and is very helpful. Rooms are a little small but didn't bother me since I didn't have to stay in the room much.

Ótimos quartos, vistas deslumbrantes. Eu gosto de tudo sobre este hotel, mas a falta de privacidade no banheiro / toalete. A outra pessoa na sala pode basicamente ouvir tudo o que você tenta fazer lá, não há fechadura na porta também. O banheiro / chuveiro fica a apenas uma peça de vidro fosco a um metro da cama. Sem privacidade

Great rooms, stunning views. I like everything about this hotel but the lack of privacy in the bathroom/toilet. The other person in the room can basically hear everything you try to do in there, there's no lock on the door aswell. Bathroom/shower is just a frosted glasspiece a meter from the bed. No privacy at all

After crossing the Danish border, I stayed at citizenM for five days 24/7 in quarantine. The hotel staff is indeed very very helpful and fulfilled all my wishes I had directly to my room. The room itself is very modern and comfortable, nice bed and equipment. Would definitely stay there in quarantine again! Thanks again to the whole crew :-)

Estupendo hotel, muy céntrico y con excelente aislamiento acústico, tanto de las otras habitaciones y zonas comunes como de la muy ruidosa avenida en que se encuentra. Es bastante nuevo. Las camas enormes y muy buenas. Muy limpio. Habitación espaciosa y con espacio bien distribuido. Domotizado. Luces, persianas, tv...se controlan con una tablet. Personal joven y amable, excelente dominio del inglés. La recepción se encuentra en la última planta, junto con el bar y comedor y zona de trabajo o relax. Desayuno decente. Precio muy correcto en general.

I am just loving the place. Service is top, all staff is nice and accommodating.The lounge area feels like home, superbly designed and gives you the right sense of relaxation. The rooms are equipped with everything a person needs and the most important element for me - one of thebest quality beds I've slept on. Pillows are top quality too. The bathroom something super cool. Definitely coming back for my next stay.

De otro planeta, una auténtica pasada de hotel, pone 4 estrellas pero buen podía ser de 6, si de seis, he estado en hoteles de lujo por el mundo pero este es una pasada, lo controlas todo por un Ipad, luz, aire, persianas, TV... Tiene hasta peliculas X. Te cogen las maletas si sale el avión a última hora, esta en el puro centro, enfrente de la calle stroget y pegando con el Tivoli. Merece la pena ir a Copenhague solo por este hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The room was a little small but it was very comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location is super. Everything is so easy to reach. The staff members are so friendly and helpful. We will come definitely again ❤️

Hotel en pleno centro de la ciudad, en la plaza del ayuntamiento, muy cerca de la calle de las tiendas, el tivoli (a dos minutos), la estación central y un centro comercial. Es muy moderno, y el auto check-in se hace de forma muy sencilla en la planta 7 del hotel, al igual que el checkout, pero también hay persona que habla español y te atiende si tienes algún problema.Tiene sala para guardar maletas si dejas pronto la habitación pero hasta por la tarde no te vas, bar en la planta de arriba, y al hacer el check-in te da opción de elegir en que planta quieres la habitación, así como de añadir extras, como el desayuno. La habitación una pasada, con la tablet manejas todo.. nos encantó. Muy limpio y personal muy amable.
