Lovely hotel. Location great,good beach in a quiet area. 15 minutes walk in either direction to shops and bars. Pool area has loads of beds, never crowded. Rooms comfortable , with nice indoor landscaping. Food surprisingly good overall, no complaints there! The other surprise was the quality of the in house entertainment at night , varied and enjoyable. Just a couple of improvements to suggest; towels in the rooms are not in keeping with the quality of the hotel, too thin and small, and it would be better to supply cold milk at the self service drinks bar. Hot milk with tea is wrong!

Currently sat by the pool here on a winter break. The hotel is immaculate, well maintained, and tidy. All the staff are friendly and helpful from reception through to services. The location just outside of the town means the area is pleasant and the long sandy beach is quiet. The usual fantastic Riu standard will probably be back!

the rooms were excellent, balcony to sit on at night time. listening to the green parrots. watching tennis or football. very clean. every day cleaned and fresh towels. the food was excellent breakfast lunch and evening meal.the drinks were on tap so easy to access and the bar staff were excellent. entertainment was excellent the only down side was in the outside lounge they went of at 10.45 to 11.00. just needed a little more. but were excellent what performed on the stage. the outside was cleaned and well maintained. the entertainments staff was none stop all day and kept us entertained with games bingo and aerobics in the pools. we would recommend this hotel

Beautiful hotel, staff were really lovely and always cheerful. Had problems getting pool towels as no one available to issue them. Soon sorted with the help of reception. Food was excellent, I am a very fussy eager but never went hungry. Only downside was the long walk back to our room. We have health issues so it wasn't ideal. Overall a lovely stay

This was our second stay at the Paraiso this year and once again we enjoyed a warm welcome. It is a large hotel but has extensive grounds and there are plenty of sunbeds .Sometimes we were by the pool area but we also used the area to the rear which was a bit more peaceful. Chef cooked a different roast each evening and the salmon was mouthwatering. I'd also recommend the roast beef if you like it pink and moist. On the salad counter you can enjoy large shrimp ,mussels, tuna, fresh meats and all types of vegetables. For the cost of the holiday the quality and choice at all meals is amazing. Well done catering staff. We enjoyed the whole holiday and all the staff were friendly and helpful I've just concentrated on the meals because of some adverse comments regarding the food. We'll be back again soon hopefully.

Muito boa nao falta nada para nos sentimos bem

Las instalaciones básicas pero decentes, aunque en el ámbito hostelero y de restauración la situación que nos encontramos es de precariedad absoluta, está más cerca de un hotel de 2 estrellas, que de las supuestas 4 (por las que pagué). Un menú de ensalada preparada que se repetía noche y día (con productos ya bastante secos y deteriorados) y un segundo plato a base de pescado o carne a la plancha (sin más) y nuggets o patatas fritas congeladas, también espaguetti con tomate. Sin más opciones , ni a la altura de un menú básico. Lo único que salva a este establecimiento es la magnífica atención de todo el personal, gente dedicada, atenta y simpática, que consiguen que el servicio sea impecable. Es una pena que el resto de las condiciones sean de un hotel de una categoría inferior , por lo tanto dudo que vuelva o lo recomiende a nadie. Agradecer la respuesta e interés por los clientes, vuelvo a destacar la atención de su personal, del que no puedo tener queja. El fallo está en la gestión y abandono de las instalaciones y en el apartado restauración (escaso y poca variedad). Gracias.

Nós (2 adultos) chegamos aqui em 30/08/2020 e estamos hospedados por 12 noites - tudo incluído. Este é agora o terceiro hotel Riu que visitamos. Os outros foram ótimos. O complexo é um pouco antigo, mas muito bem conservado e limpo - assim como os quartos.Na primeira noite estávamos realmente ansiosos para a comida e os coquetéis.De acordo com os pontos, avaliaríamos da seguinte forma: Os pratos principais obtêm 6,7 de 10 pontos. Todos podem encontrar algo que seja gostoso, mas é preciso procurar.O café da manhã era como o jantar - alguns pratos, como os ovos mexidos, eram até intragáveis. O suco de tomate foi fermentado. Na verdade, você só poderia comer os pratos preparados na hora e acompanhamentos, além das frutas.Coquetéis 4 de 10 - estes são absolutamente os piores coquetéis que já bebemos. Vodka Sun era o único coquetel que não tinha gosto artificial.Estamos curiosos para ver como isso se desenvolverá.De acordo com a situação atual, prefiro não reservar o hotel na alta temporada se o hotel não puder fazer coisas simples como as mencionadas. Estamos acostumados com as coisas melhores de férias com tudo incluído e das casas Riu.Atualização após o 4º diaO atendimento na recepção é excelente.A comida é boa. Café da manhã também - o suco de tomate não estava mais fermentado.Os coquetéis às vezes são melhores e às vezes piores. A seleção não é particularmente extensa, os coquetéis são misturados e o sabor dos coquetéis ainda recebe 4 em 10 pontos. Você deve simplesmente preparar os coquetéis frescos, apesar do trabalho extra - o Riu Vistamar e o Riu Yucatan eram muito melhores aqui.As medidas de higiene corona obtêm 6,5 em 10 pontos - em particular por causa das portas abertas na sala de jantar por onde os hóspedes do hotel andam repetidamente. Na verdade, a febre é medida na entrada principal do restaurante e os desinfetantes são distribuídos. Alguns convidados simplesmente passam pelas portas abertas, mas também não são verificados.Além disso, existem dispensadores de desinfetantes em toda a área pública, mas 80% deles estão desligados - você também pode desmontá-los.Atualizar após 9 diasOs dispensadores de desinfetante agora estão 80% ativos.A comida ainda recebe 6,7 de 10 pontos. Ich bin trotz der aktuellen Lage angereist und ich bin begeistert vom Service und dem Hotel. Die Angestellten geben sich so viel Mühe und sind mit soviel Herzblut dabei. Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl und auch sehr sicher. In den letzten 20 Jahren wurde bei mir nicht so viel Fieber gemessen wie in den letzten Tagen, aber das stört mich nicht. Auch die Maskenpflicht, die ich persönlich zwar hasse, stört nicht wirklich. Es wird ein Hohes Maß auf Hygiene gesetzt. Hier wird alles gründlich geputzt und außerordentlich oft desinfiziert, ehrlich gesagt um sehr viel mehr als ich es bei uns in Deutschland erlebe. Ich bin fasziniert, wie toll mir das Zimmermädchen mein Handtuch als Rose gefaltet oder mein Schlaft-shirt trappiet hat <3 Das Essen ist überragend! Die Kellner wahnsinnig aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Das essen wird zum Teil direkt vor den Gästen gegrillt und frisch serviert. Auch ohne Mietwagen ist alles sehr gut fußläufig (Boutiquen, Bars, Restaurants, etc) erreichbar oder für die faulen auch mit dem Bus. Es ist toll hier und ich würde jederzeit sofort wieder kommen! Das werde ich auch ganz bestimmt!

Hotel enorme,muy buena situación,el personal es lo mejor(todos se portaron genial). Las habitaciones se han quedado un poco anticuadas,el buffet es repetitivo,y las actuaciones de por las noches,muy pobres. Supongamos que debido a la actual situacion(covid-19),se han tenido que adaptar a lo que hay,ya que el hotel estaba a una baja capacidad de clientes.

Un hotel acogedor, los empleados de lo mejor que he visto, recepción, animación, restauración, limpieza...todos muy atentos y dispuestos siempre para ayudarte. La comida para ser buffet y con las circunstancias que se daban por el cierre esta semana muy correcto. Acceso a la playa que está muy cerquita.

Ha sido un lugar muy acogedor con vistas al mar, los empleados muy atentos y amables, en resumen como si estuvieras en tu casa, la comida muy abundante.... Todo perfecto muy bien!!!

El personal super amable y atento, pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, me ha extrañado que tenga la categoría de un 4 estrellas. La limpieza regular, un día no limpiaron el baño y la comida fatal, muy poca variedad, muy repetitiva la comida y de muy muy poca calidad.Las habitaciones antiquísimas y los exteriores, el suelo, en algunos sitios con los azulejos rajados. No repetiré sin duda.

Es un hotel viejuno que esta cuidado y la comida es un poco baja de calidad para ser de 4 * las hamacas de pension ,esta cerca de la playa pero es muy ventosa, personal amable y eficaz

Personal encantador, habitaciones limpias aunque necesitan una renovación, comida buffett poco variada,buena ubicación del hotel. Merece la pena ir a visitar este hotel, hemos pasado una semana de cine y lo poco negativo que pueda existir compensa por el trato tan agradable recibido, todo el personal con una simpatía y una disponibilidad absoluta. Nos marchamos encantados sin descartar la idea de volver pronto. Gracias al personal del Hotel Riu Paraiso Lanzarote por una estancia en la que nos hemos sentido como en casa !

Hotel de 4 estrellas inmerecidas Necesita una renovación de habitaciones urgente El personal súper amable, las instalaciones esteriores fenomenales, el bufé muy poco variado, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. El subdirector muy majo te da la razón en todo pero pasa de ti olímpicamente. En resumen necesita una reforma cuanto antes No pienso volver No lo recomiendo

Went for a week.. had a lovely time fully rested... the staff.. food...entertainment second to none... we had a mobility room close to pool.. bar.. entertainment & resurants . The downside we had the sandstorm whilst there. Would certainly visit again.

Fantastic. The staff just go the extra mile which. Makes for a great stay. Huge hotel with big comfy rooms nice pools in a great location just across the road from a beautiful beach.The airport is around 10 minutes away so no long transfers. Loads of shops and bars a short stroll away.The hotel is a little dated if you want to be picky but the service makes a up for it. The lovely Australian lady even let me check in early.

Me and my cousin first stayed at this beautiful hotel in 2018. We loved it so much we returned again in 2019. We have just booked to come again in July but this time with my mum dad and sister. Such an amazing experience both times, I can’t wait to return and experience another amazing hotel! May I add, both me and my cousin being young ladies we absolutely loved the volcano disco!! Wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't done an all inclusive trip in a long time. It is huge. Two hotels joined together. We went in October so it was quieter with not large numbers of kids running around. The place was spotless. Cleaners around all the time, pools cleaned morning and night, all the parasols and sunbeds straightened every evening. Food is varied and good quality and loads of it with a mix of UK and European recipes. There are also a couple of restaurants that you can book in the evening for a quiet meal. Good range of drinks, but not extravagant. Premade drinks a little light on alcohol, but you can top it up by the barman.i think the only thing to let it down was that the room furniture is now a little dated. Safes in each room. You do not have to spend anything if you don't want to. Over the road from the beach and basically a real great place for a break.

Pleasant stay in June. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Food tasty and fresh but very busy, preferred the Canarian and Asian restaurants as more intimate. Staff friendly and helpful. Only issue,not enough seating in the no smoking area in the evening after dinner

Lovely hotel, good rooms, great pools, varied choice of buffet food. Excellent views and location. Only downside is the dinner menu is 90%+ the same as the lunch menu, however I've kept the fifth star as the extra three specialist restaurants you can book save that minor issue. We'll hopefully be back and would recommend the location, near the beach, only a short walk to the shops and bars, an ideal distance. I should also mention the fantastic staff, helpful and friendly all of them from the bar to the restaurant to the pool to the entertainment, can't fault them!

Lovely pools, loads of sunbeds, friendly staff and everywhere kept very clean. Excellent food with plenty of choice served in a light and airy dining room or on outside terraces. Animation team work really hard throughout the day and something on every evening. Bar staff very attentive but no waiter service. All inclusive drinks are readily available and good quality.

We arrived at the hotel in 10 mins. The WHOLE of our bus checked in, it took about an hour. There were another 3 or 4 buses turn up , so we didn’t get a room for about 4 hours. Our room was on the...

Upon entering our room, it was clear our room had not been updated for over 15 years. There was minimal lighting in the room with a light switch which was temperamental meaning the hallway light...

We had room 386. There is no view only lots of foliage in front and a tiny view of the tennis court. If we had known earlier we would have paid extra for a view. Didn't have a lounger for two days...
