Stayed on Sunday 12/11/22 for a Monday departure at the Long Beach cruise terminal. Other than the front desk giving us the wrong room at early check in and getting to see the current occupants “hugging” in bed. 🤣 this is a awesome hotel, employees are all nice and room was clean and very nice looking. Close to anything you need or want, all walking distance. Will definitely use again. Thanks for the great service. Perto de tudo o que você precisa ou deseja, a uma curta distância. Definitivamente usarei novamente. Obrigado pelo ótimo serviço.

I booked this hotel last minute because it was exactly in the area that I needed. The hotel is beautiful in the pictures, and other than the landscaping it doesn’t quite live up to that in person. Our room was fully stocked with all of the towels and travel soaps etc., but it also came with two drawers full of opened snacks that must have belonged to the previous guest. This makes me question the cleanliness of the room as a whole. On our second night, our room keys stopped working due to being booked for two nights, but our keys being programmed for only one. It seemed a bit expensive for what we got. They didn’t offer a continental breakfast and we had to pay for parking. All things I would consider before I booked again. All in all, it wasn’t the worst stay, but definitely not the best. I just wish they would pay more attention to detail. I read a lot of very favorable and positive reviews for this hotel before booking, so I was confident it would be great. I’m glad it was great for others, but it definitely left something to be desired for my little group. Reservei este hotel no último minuto porque era exatamente na área que eu precisava. Nosso quarto estava totalmente abastecido com todas as toalhas e sabonetes de viagem etc., mas também veio com duas gavetas cheias de lanches abertos que devem ter pertencido ao hóspede anterior. Isso me faz questionar a limpeza do quarto como um todo. Em nossa segunda noite, as chaves do nosso quarto pararam de funcionar devido à reserva de duas noites, mas nossas chaves foram programadas para apenas uma. Parecia um pouco caro para o que obtivemos. Eles não ofereceram café da manhã continental e tivemos que pagar pelo estacionamento. Todas as coisas que eu consideraria antes de reservar novamente. Em suma, não foi a pior estadia, mas definitivamente não foi a melhor. Eu só gostaria que eles prestassem mais atenção aos detalhes. Eu li muitos comentários muito favoráveis ​​e positivos para este hotel antes da reserva, então eu estava confiante de que seria ótimo. I absolutely loved this hotel. My family, specially the kids, loved staying here. It was very clean and BEAUTIFUL! It was so quiet and relaxing all around. They have a bar, which also serves some food. I had the chicken tenders and fries (10/10).The bartender, Veronica, was very friendly. They have a heated pool, which we had no time to try. The hotel is right across a shopping center so everything is close by, right across the street!!! Also, the rooms have a fridge and a microwave!!!! I hardly see rooms with microwaves. There is also entrances all Around so you do not need to come in through the main entrance every time. Eu absolutamente amei este hotel. Minha família, especialmente as crianças, adoraram ficar aqui. Foi muito limpo e LINDO! Era tão calmo e relaxante ao redor. Eles têm um bar, que também serve comida. Eu tinha as propostas de frango e batatas fritas (10/10). O barman, Veronica, foi muito amigável. Eles têm uma piscina aquecida, que não tivemos tempo de experimentar. O hotel fica em frente a um shopping center, então tudo está por perto, do outro lado da rua!!! Além disso, os quartos têm geladeira e microondas!!!! Quase não vejo quartos com microondas. Há também entradas todas Ao redor para que você não precise entrar pela entrada principal todas as vezes.

The front desk, pool, outdoor lounge area and bar all have a relaxing, modern atmosphere that's very inviting. There are gas firepits in the outdoor lounge areas. Beautiful landscaping with pretty flowers. No smoking if any kind on the property. You can tell that they've updated the bathrooms and are very large, but the rest of the room didn't look updated. We had a mini fridge and microwave. Everything seemed to be pretty clean except there were opened snacks, bread and cookies left in the drawers from the previous tenants. I walked around the entire facility looking for an ice bin. I got locked out because my card key wasn't working suddenly. I had to go to the front desk and ask. It was down the employee service hall with sandwich bags of ice in a cooler. I don't know if their ice machines are all broke down or what, but I feel like with as big as the property is, they could really benefit from a few ice machines. The door to the room seemed to be missing the seals. You could see light coming in and you could hear the traffic as if it were right outside the door. It was hard to sleep at night because you could hear conversations being had and everything else from the other rooms and anybody that walked around the outdoor hall. We were told that breakfast would be served and dinner was at 5pm at the bar. There's no complimentary continental breakfast, but they do have a menu to order from for room service or the bar area. There's a Walgreens across the street for late night essentials and Shoreline Beach boardwalk is only 9 minutes away. So it's close enough to go shopping and dining, but without the constant traffic that it brings.

I was greeted with a very rude gentleman at the concierge desk and he made the whole check in process very awkward for my husband and I. I have never experienced low grade customer service when checking into a hotel. When we entered the room we noticed these huge stains on the love seat and in the morning we discovered the hair dryer wasn’t working. I was pretty bummed that we booked our overnight stay here. I recommend a customer service training course for the person who greeted us at the front desk (Unable to leave name, He wasn’t wearing a name badge.) and a new hair dryer for the room. Please burn the couch at this point. Reservei uma viagem espontânea ontem à noite e fiquei empolgada ao entrar. I foi recebido com um muito parece rude cavalheiro no concierge e ele fez todo o check-in processo muito estranho para meu marido e I. I nunca experiente baixo grau serviço ao cliente ao fazer o check-in em um hotel. Quando entramos no quarto notamos essas manchas enormes no sofá de dois lugares e pela manhã descobrimos que o secador de cabelo não estava funcionando. Eu estava bastante chateado que reservamos nossa estadia nocturna aqui. Eu recomendo um curso de treinamento de atendimento ao cliente para a pessoa que nos recebeu na recepção (não foi possível deixar o nome, ele não estava usando um crachá.) e um novo secador de cabelo para o quarto. Por favor, queime o sofá neste momento.

The hotel room itself and hotel grounds were beautiful! We had a king room second story with a balcony overlooking the pool and it was pretty views! The front of our room was located facing the front parking lot near the check in entrance and it was very very loud from street noise unfortunately: you hear cars, motorcycles, sirens… lots of sirens… not very insulated so even if someone let their door slam it was very loud. The room was clean and decorated nicely. The bar/lounge downstairs had a very nice bartender and she made me a yummy cocktail ;) we ordered the chicken tenders and fries and the fries were bomb! Chicken tenders were nothin special but we ate them. It’s location was centrally located, right off the freeway, across the street is a cvs which was nice. The aquarium is why we stayed here and it was only a 8 min drive from the hotel which was super convenient!! I would stay here again but maybe ask for a room not facing the busy roadway. Easy check in, easy check out. O quarto de hotel em si e os jardins do hotel eram lindos! Tivemos um segundo andar de quarto king com uma varanda com vista para a piscina e foi bonitas vistas! A frente do nosso quarto estava localizada de frente para o estacionamento da frente, perto da entrada do check-in e era muito alto do barulho da rua, infelizmente: você ouve carros, motocicletas, sirenes ... muitas sirenes ... não muito isoladas, mesmo que alguém deixe a porta bater foi muito alto. O quarto era limpo e bem decorado. O bar/lounge no térreo tinha um barman muito agradável e ela me fez um coquetel gostoso ;) pedimos as propostas de frango e batatas fritas e as batatas fritas eram bomba! As propostas de frango não eram nada de especial, mas nós as comemos. Sua localização estava centralmente localizada, logo à saída da rodovia, do outro lado da rua há um cvs que foi bom. O aquário é o motivo pelo qual ficamos aqui e ficava a apenas 8 minutos de carro do hotel, o que era super conveniente! ! Gostaria de ficar aqui novamente, mas talvez pedir um quarto não voltado para a estrada movimentada. Check-in fácil, check-out fácil.

We got a room just to relax once we got back from vacation. Nice rooms, nice pool area. Kids love the giant chess and connect 4. And there are a few private first come first serve cabanas. For it's location it's a great stay Temos um quarto apenas para relaxar quando voltamos de férias. Quartos agradáveis, área de piscina agradável. As crianças adoram o xadrez gigante e se conectam 4. E há algumas cabanas privadas por ordem de chegada. Por sua localização é uma ótima estadia

Nada a dizer, apenas tudo perfeito !!! A limpeza do quarto não é feita todos os dias, a menos que seja solicitada. Mas, ao mesmo tempo, os quartos e áreas comuns são muito limpos. Os funcionários da recepção são muito prestativos, disponibilizando-se para qualquer coisa.

Convenient location that’s within walking distance of various restaurants and some shopping; short drive to beach, cool restaurants, and better shopping options. I didn’t get into pool but it looked nice and many guests enjoyed it. Cons: No ice machine (room service brought it in a ziplock bag). Room was not cleaned well (hair on sink, toilet, and bed), not vacuumed well, not much lighting in room (seems like a lot of hotels are doing away with general lighting). Several homeless people nearby. Hotel perfeitamente adequado. Prós: Wi-Fi grátis. Travesseiros e roupas de cama confortáveis. A equipe foi muito agradável. Restaurante no local para serviço de quarto. Localização conveniente que fica a uma curta distância de vários restaurantes e algumas lojas; curta distância de carro da praia, restaurantes legais e melhores opções de compras. Eu não entrei na piscina, mas parecia bom e muitos convidados gostaram. Contras: Sem máquina de gelo (o serviço de quarto trouxe em um saco ziplock). O quarto não era bem limpo (cabelo na pia, vaso sanitário e cama), não era bem aspirado, não havia muita iluminação no quarto (parece que muitos hotéis estão acabando com a iluminação geral). Vários moradores de rua nas proximidades.

The hotel was clean & well updated with a beautiful heated pool, assorted comfortable chairs/cabanas for lounging & even fun life-size games suitable for kids and adults alike! By far, one of the best things about the hotel was the service. From checking-in to the morning and night bar service, everything was super convenient. Above all else, the staff made a great impression on us. Every worker was extremely attentive & accommodating, but especially a staff member named Britt! We had a few small requests that she went above and beyond to fill with a smile on her face. She seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and comfortable working in many areas of the hotel & made our stay super relaxing and memorable. Thanks for an amazing stay, The Cove (& Britt)!
