“The room was never clean to begin with. The sheets haven’t been changed or cleaned. Under the bed was old milk bottles and sauces dipping cups. Every pillow had stains on them. Plus the smell in the room was inevitable. I tried lighting a candle but that didn’t help at all. Then the customer service was bad. I asked for more towels and rags but the front desk ended up being very rude!!!! Also you can’t connect any console gaming devices to the WiFi. Plus the elevator needs to be inspected!!! Was dirty at all times. Really didn’t enjoy my 4 night non-refundable stay !!!! Also, they don’t “clean” the room everyday, they wait until the third day of your stay to clean your room and “change” sheets due to “COVID””
