Assim que entramos, fomos recebidos com reclamações e indiferença por nós como clientes. Chegamos com máscaras e como a equipe teve dificuldade em nos entender, a equipe nos disse para tirar as máscaras. Enquanto estávamos lá, outro cliente fez uma pergunta e a equipe também teve problemas para entender o outro cliente. O nível de grosseria estava acima do topo e nós nunca iremos ficar lá novamente. É incrível que eles consigam permanecer no mercado.

Tan pronto como entramos, nos encontramos con quejas y desprecio por nosotros como clientes. Llegamos con máscaras y, dado que el personal tenía problemas para entendernos, el personal nos dijo que nos quitáramos las máscaras. Mientras estábamos allí, otro cliente les hizo una pregunta y el personal también tuvo problemas para entender al otro cliente. El nivel de mala educación era exagerado y nunca nos volveremos a alojar allí. Es sorprendente que puedan permanecer en el negocio.

As soon as we walked in we were met with complaints and disregard for us as customers. We came in with masks and since the staff had trouble understanding us the staff told us to take off our masks. While we were there another customer asked them a question and the staff also had trouble understanding the other customer. The level of rudeness was over the top and we will never stay there again. It is amazing that they are able to remain in business.

Não tenho ideia de por que algumas pessoas têm que ser tão rudes, mas o homem na recepção em 30/08/21 leva o bolo. O hotel é decente, mas ele é uma das pessoas mais rudes e arrogantes com quem já negociei. Fiz dois pedidos. 1. Esteja no andar mais alto possível. 2. Fique em uma sala o mais longe possível do elevador. Ele apenas olhou para mim e disse, sim, tanto faz. Então ele me colocou em uma sala ao lado de um elevador muito barulhento. Eu viajo por aqui a trabalho um pouco. Nunca mais vou ficar de novo.

I have no idea why some people have to be so extremely rude, but the man at the front desk on 8/30/21 takes the cake. The hotel is decent, but he is one of the rudest most arrogant people I have ever dealt with. I made two requests. 1. Be on the highest floor possible. 2. Be in a room as far away from the elevator as possible. He just looked at me and said, yeah whatever. Then he put me in a room right next to a very noisy elevator. I travel through here for work quite a bit. Will never stay again.

O frigobar em nosso quarto não funcionou. O quarto era razoavelmente limpo, mas está mostrando sua idade em lugares como o banheiro. Quando informamos as pessoas sobre o frigobar, elas apenas acenaram com a cabeça e disseram tudo bem. Isso nos deixou pensando se eles planejavam consertá-lo.

Nos encanta este hotel. Traigo a mi sobrino pequeño aquí todos los años durante las vacaciones de primavera para que pueda nadar. Venimos todos los años. Hemos venido con más frecuencia el año pasado. Esta vez conseguimos la habitación con jacuzzi y le encanta. Cuando la piscina cierra, todavía puede usar el jacuzzi.

We love this hotel. I bring my little nephew here every year for spring break so he can swim. We come every year. We've been coming more often the last year. We got the jacuzzi room this time and he loves it. When the pool closes he can still use the jacuzzi.

The mini fridge in our room did not work. The room was reasonably clean but it is showing its age in places like the bathroom. When we informed the people up front about the mini fridge they just nodded their heads and said okay. It left us wondering whether they planned on fixing it.

Eu evitaria este lugar honestamente, a menos que seja o último recurso. O lado de fora e o saguão parecem bons, mas é só isso. Nosso quarto não era limpo. As paredes estavam sujas e o teto estava sujo. Algumas manchas estranhas nas paredes. As tomadas elétricas da parede foram instaladas de cabeça para baixo e havia umas duas ou três boas que acenderam ao conectar as coisas. A cabeceira da cabeceira da cabeceira da cama, seja o que for, não funciona ou funcionou mal e os plugues cairiam. As toalhas pareciam sujas, controle remoto da tv mal funcionou e não era agradável. Não ficaria surpreso se as camas tivessem percevejos enquanto estivéssemos hospedados. Ah, e ainda melhor é o cheiro de cigarro e maconha em SALAS NÃO FUMANTES. Tem que amar isto. Não recomende.

Honestamente, evitaría este lugar a menos que sea el último recurso. El exterior y el vestíbulo se ven bien, pero eso es todo. Nuestra habitación no estaba limpia. Las paredes estaban sucias y el techo sucio. Algunas manchas extrañas en las paredes. Los enchufes eléctricos de la pared se instalaron al revés y había dos o tres de ellos que chispeaban al enchufar cosas. La cabecera del enchufe de la cabecera, sea lo que sea, realmente no funciona o funciona mal y los enchufes se caen. Las toallas se veían sucias, el control remoto de la televisión apenas funcionaba y no era agradable. No me sorprendería que las camas tuvieran chinches mientras nos quedamos. Ah, y aún mejor es el olor a cigarrillos y marihuana en las HABITACIONES PARA NO FUMADORES. Voy a amarlo. No lo recomiendo.

I’d avoid this place honestly unless it’s last resort. Outside and lobby look nice but that’s about it. Our room was just not clean. Walls were dirty and ceiling was dirty. Some weird stains on the walls. The electrical wall outlets were installed upside down and there were a good two or three of them that sparked when plugging things in. Bedside outlet headboard whatever it is don’t really work or worked poorly and the plugs would fall out. Towels looked dirty, tv remote barely worked and it was just not pleasant. Wouldn’t be surprised if the beds had bed bugs while we stayed. Oh and even better is the smell of cigarettes and and weed in NON SMOKING ROOMS. Gotta love it. Don’t recommend.

Not up to Comfort Suites standards.

Very tired and worn. Many details missing and lacking. Dirty entrance and doorways throughout. Filthy stairwell when opted not to use the elevator with unmasked guests. The room lacked wipes...
