Horrível equipe rude no check-in e check-out. Máscara de polícia e gritou com todos no prédio. Foi dito que você pode esperar. Quarto velho sujo, sem café da manhã como anunciado. depósito de $ 250. Este lugar precisa de todos os novos funcionários. Mais caro degradado hotel.

Horrible rude staff at check in and check out. Mask police and yelled at everyone in the building. Was told you can wait. Dirty old room, no breakfast like advertised. $250 deposit. This place needs all new staff. Over priced run down hotel.

They're doing construction right now, which is annoying. But they are doing everything they can to make it easier for the customers. Marco was super helpful and friendly throughout the whole stay. He made sure that all of our needs were met for the entire week we were there. We were there for after surgery recovery for an entire week. The room's outlets by the bed and sink don't work. But they are obviously fixing all of those things.

Verifique se o hotel ainda está em reforma externa. A partir de agora, a fachada ainda está em fase de demonstração e parece que faltam alguns meses para a conclusão. É alto, sujo e na ordem errada, pois os quartos deveriam ser reformados primeiro. Os quartos são malcheirosos com tapetes muito sujos. Não tenha medo de mudar de quarto porque poderia ser um pouco melhor. Minha estadia foi razoável. As camas são confortáveis. Eu vi alguns insetos na sala, apenas dizendo. Este hotel não é exemplar de Weston, que é uma bela cidade de classe alta.

Check to see if the hotel is still under exterior renovations. As of now the facade is still in the demo phase and it looks like a few months till completion. It is loud, dirty and in the wrong order as the rooms should of been renovated first. The rooms are smelly with very dirty carpets. Don’t be afraid to change rooms because it could be a bit better. My stay was decent. The beds are comfortable. I did see a couple of bugs in the room, just saying. This hotel is not exemplary of Weston which is a beautiful upper class town.

The hotel was clean and nice but I was awakened by construction. I wish I would have known there was construction going on I would have stayed at another hotel. Won't be back.

Mold in rooms 304 and 306 (the two rooms we had reserved). Showed picture of mold to staff. Desk staff assured me it would be cleaned. The desk staff lied and was not cleaned till after the third night. Our grandchild required multiple breathing treatments, It was hard to sleep in the room. If you have family members with any mold sensitivity, stay somewhere else.

A melhor experiência que tive em um hotel recentemente. A equipe fez seu trabalho com educação e zelo, mas não amigável. Exceto por ver várias baratas, as suítes eram agradáveis e limpas, com amplo espaço. Arrumação foi eficiente e respeitoso. O café da manhã continental estava abaixo da média, e acabou o leite para os cereais e aveia. Consistia em alguns doces, pãezinhos, opções limitadas de cereais, aveia, café, suco de maçã e suco de laranja muito limitado. O hotel está em construção, então a manhã de segunda-feira do feriado de Natal de 2021 foi frustrantemente barulhenta. Estacionamento era amplo. Eu ficaria lá novamente em um piscar de olhos.

The best experience I've had at a hotel recently. The staff did their jobs politely and dutifully but not friendly. Except for seeing several roaches, the suites were nice and clean with ample space. Housekeeping was efficient and respectful. The continental breakfast was subpar, and ran out of milk for the cereal and oatmeal. It consisted of a few pastries, rolls, limited choices in cereal, oatmeal, coffee, apple juice and very limited orange juice. The hotel is actively under construction so Monday morning of Christmas break, 2021, was frustratingly loud. Parking was ample. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, las camas y almohadas, las toallas, todo está impecable y funciona bien a pesar que es un hotel con sus años. Incluye el desayuno, que es muy rico y variado. La atención del personal es excelente.

El mismo día que llegamos, por un problema con el agua dejaron de funcionar los ascensores. Las escaleras estaban descuidadas, sucias y desmejoradas. además tuvimos que subir y bajar todos los días los seis pisos. Nadie nos ofreció ayuda con nuestro equipaje. La habitación estaba sucia. La cafetera perdía agua. La heladera no cerraba bien la puerta y no enfriaba. No se facilitan ningún tipo de utensilio en la habitación. Los vasos que había estaban sucios. Intentamos quejarnos con la manager Judith y no estuvo predispuesta a ayudarnos ni ofrecernos ningún tipo de reconocimiento. Definitivamente no volveremos ni recomendaremos el lugar.

Horrible hotel I've ever stayed at. First night Toilet no working moved us to different room that smelled like mold or someone was smoking inside the room.Staff was nice but will never stay here again.

Worse motel I've ever stayed at. First night a/c broke moved us to different room that smelled like mold even had a damp rids in the rooms tried 2 other rooms with the same problem on the 4th floor. Never moved us to a different floor just different rooms even when I said didn't have the smell in the first room we got on the 3rd floor.Staff was nice but will never stay here again.

Very nice hotel. One of the few I’ve been to this summer that has daily housekeeping service. Only two issues: 1) my first night the clock radio alarm went off at 4:45 AM and ruined a good night’s sleep, and 2) there are no USB ports in the bedroom area. Didn’t like having to charge my devices in the kitchenette.

Mike was amazing! He spent a lot of time trying accommodate our needs on the phone and check-in was a breeze. He was able to get a room on the 1st floor as I requested. He was just outstanding. Thanks Mike!

De lo mejor que fui. El desayuno es el típico americano, tal vez un poco acotado para quienes no estamos acostumbrados pero igualmente tienen muchas opciones. El traslado al Mall anda muy bien y siempre fue como lo pactado. La mayoría de los recepcionistas eran muy amables, excepto una que trataba de muy mala manera, si mal no recuerdo su nombre es Catalina. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y el barrio es muy seguro y pintoresco
