Hospedado aqui para o governo mandatou quarentena após a viagem. Muito desapontado com a estética ... as fotos dos quartos no site de forma alguma incorporam o que tínhamos de ficar. Quartos antigos e sujos. Tapete imundo, uma poltrona manchada e cortinas com teias de aranha e aranhas mortas ... a comida era horrível ... eu não ficaria aqui por minha própria vontade ... daria zero estrelas se pudesse 😠

Me alojé aquí para la cuarentena ordenada por el gobierno después del viaje. Muy decepcionado por la estética ... las fotos de las habitaciones en el sitio web de ninguna manera representan lo que teníamos para quedarnos. Habitaciones viejas y sucias. Alfombra sucia, una silla de descanso manchada y cortinas con telarañas y arañas muertas ... la comida era atroz ... no me quedaría aquí por mi propia voluntad ... le daría cero estrellas si pudiera 😠

Stayed here for govt mandated quarantine after travel. Very underwhelmed by the aesthetics...pictures of the rooms on the website in no way embody what we had to stay in. Old , dirty rooms. Filthy carpet a stained lounging chair and curtains with cobwebs and dead spiders.. the food was atrocious... i wouldn't stay here of my own volition...I'd give it zero stars if I could 😠

My stay at the hotel was made as comfortable as possible, given the fact that I had to stay 10 days isolated in my room in quarantine.

Estoy aquí por 10 días como hotel de cuarentena. Las habitaciones están bien y hay un pequeño patio para caminar (50 x 60 m) que me mantiene en forma durante 10 días. Me voy esta noche. El personal (hotel) es agradable pero el gobernador. El equipo de seguridad contratado varía. Estoy aquí para seguir la regulación del gobierno para proteger al público y a mi familia, pero me han tratado como a un prisionero y no he hecho nada malo. Mi viaje de negocios fue necesario. El equipo de seguridad se está divirtiendo un poco. Pero no estoy seguro de si volveré a hacer esto debido a la restricción y la soledad. Alimentos en general, los calificaría con 2 estrellas (muy rara vez es bueno para comer y, normalmente, cuando estás en ese lugar todos los miércoles en mis días de hostal, ofrecían pudín, pero aquí NINGUNO) Tengo que pedir comida de Uber durante unos días para apetito.

Estou aqui há 10 dias como hotel de quarentena. Os quartos são OK e há um pequeno pátio (50 x 60 m) que me mantém em forma por 10 dias. Eu estou saindo esta noite. Staffs (hotel) são agradáveis, mas o gov. a equipe de segurança contratada varia. Estou aqui para seguir as regras do governo para proteger o público e minha família, mas eles me trataram como um prisioneiro, o que não fiz de errado. Minha viagem de negócios foi necessária. A equipe de segurança também está se divertindo. Mas não tenho certeza se farei isso de novo por causa da restrição e da solidão. Alimentos em geral, eu os classificaria com 2 estrelas (muito raramente é bom para comer e normalmente quando você está em tal lugar toda quarta-feira em meus dias de albergue eles ofereceram pudim, mas aqui NENHUM) Eu tenho que pedir Uber come por alguns dias para manter meu apetite.

Terrible experience. Though it is designed hotel for quarantine for foreign travelers they don't have menu options for other nationals. The room carpets were torn. They don't care for your requests.

I am here for 10 days as quarantine hotel. Rooms are OK and there is small (50 x 60m) walking yard which is keep me fit for 10 days. I am leaving tonight. Staffs (hotel) are pleasant but the gov. contracted security team are varies. I am here to following the government regulation to protecting the public and my family but they've treated me as a prisoner which I've done nothing wrong. My business trip was necessary. Security team are taking bit of joy themselves. But I am not sure whether I will do this again because of restriction and loneliness. Foods overall I would rate them 2 star (very rarely it is good to eat and normally when you are in such place every Wed back in my hostel days they offered pudding but here NONE) I have to order Uber eats for few days to keep my appetite.

Reservado o Club Room que foi um bom tamanho e ótimo custo-benefício. A varanda foi uma adição agradável e apenas como mostrado nas fotos. Pontuação máxima em limpeza. O processo de reserva foi rápido e fácil. No entanto, na chegada pedimos dois copos de vinho para o nosso quarto. Tive que esperar 3 horas para eles chegarem. Liguei algumas vezes e até desci à recepção para pegá-los eu mesmo, pois o sol estava forte e queria tomar um drinque na varanda. Fui prontamente recusado pela equipe que disse que iria trazê-los e levou 45 minutos para fazê-lo. Não tem café da manhã ou comida no hotel, por isso não posso comentar.

É difícil dizer algo muito bom sobre o lugar ... minha melhor descrição seria: "perdido nos anos 70". O lugar precisa desesperadamente de uma reforma séria. Os tapetes são surrados, o quarto era apenas isso, um quarto, sem outras características redentoras. O elevador quase não se moveu e quando pedimos um táxi para as 5h da manhã seguinte, quando descemos para a recepção, eles nos disseram que o haviam esquecido ... mas pelo menos eles pediram outro e gentilmente pagaram por eles próprios. Cansado.

Difficult to say anything too good about the place….my best description would be: “lost in the ‘70s” . The place desperately needs a serious refit. The carpets are threadbare, the room was just that, a room, with no other redeeming features. The lift hardly moved and when we orders a taxi for 5am the next morning, when we got down to reception they told us they had forgotten it….but at least they ordered another one and graciously paid for it themselves. Tired.

Booked the Club Room which was a good size and great value for money. The balcony was a nice addition and just as shown in the pictures. Top score for cleanliness. Booking in process was quick and easy. However, on arrival asked for two wine glasses for our room. Had to wait 3 hours for them to arrive. I called down a couple of times and even went down to reception to collect them myself as the sun was shining and wanted to enjoy a drink on the balcony. I was promptly turned away by staff who said they would bring them up and took 45 mins to do so. Did not have breakfast or food at the hotel so cannot comment.

NUESTRA EXPERIENCIA EN ESTE HOTEL HA SIDO MALISIMA Y DESAGRADABLE!! Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, salia porqueria del lavabo y las sábanas de la cama estaban sucias. Estábamos alojados en este hotel porque EasyJet canceló nuestro vuelo y nos metió aquí sin darnos ninguna solución para volver a Mallorca y el personal del hotel (en especial una recepcionista morena y un camarero del bar), en lugar de empatizar con todos nosotros, fueron muy desagradables y no nos facilitaron nada la estancia a pesar de que la compañia de vuelo dijo que cubrían nuestros gastos. Nos hicieron pagar el agua y las bebidas porque decian que solo nos entraba la comida (8£ por persona qie no bastaban ni para un sandwich), incluso en el desayuno y a pesar de estar embarazada y de encontrarse niños en la misma situación. Quien puede negar algo tan esencial como es el agua por Dios...y encima en una situación así!! NO VOLVERIAMOS A ESTE HOTEL EN LA VIDA....VAYA FALTA DE HUMANIDAD!!!

El hotel anticuado nooo lo siguiente, el personal de recepción super antipático y el personal en general o normal o antipático.... una botella de agua de 750cc me costó 4.30£ para q os hagáis una idea ... la moqueta de la habitación con agujeros... los muebles super viejos y encima nos han hospedado aquí a través de easyJet por una cancelación de vuelo y dicen q las bebidas no entran y en easyJet nos dijeron q estaba todo incluido... vamos no lo recomiendo para nada y no le pongo menos estrellas pq no se puede... NO VENGAIS A ESTE SI PODEIS EVITARLO
